Overall, I loved getting married at the Temecula Creek Inn. We got married at the Stone House. It's absolutely beautiful, the food and drinks were fantastic, and I wouldn't make a different decision about the venue. Some highlights: - The Stone House as a venue is beautiful. There was plenty of space for 150 people, and it felt like the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner were all slightly separated despite being in the same spot. We appreciated the convenience of staying in the same location while also having the experience of moving guests around. - The Stone House is not accessible by foot or private vehicle. It was incredibly private, and we were able to control when guests arrived. No one was able to get there super early, which helped with the schedule. The shuttling was also very easy. - We loved creating our signature cocktails with the mixologist Eric. He's super knowledgeable and it was so much fun. We came up with 3 perfect cocktails. - The food was great, and I never like wedding food. It was hot! The tasting was also really fun, we liked meeting vendors and the other couples getting married there. - The Creekside House was a huge plus. We used it to get ready. I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 groomswomen and 3 mothers all getting ready there. It never felt crowded. We also did our Sunday farewell brunch there. There was plenty of parking and lots of space inside and outside. We had music on while we got ready and a football game Sunday. We also had a couple bridesmaids and a few guests stay there, which was great. - I loved Devon. She was super friendly, really great at explaining all sorts of information when I first viewed the venue, and overall very helpful. We had a small hiccup with a suite for the getting ready space. She called me, we talked it out and she came up with the idea for the Creekside House, which was better than the suite anyway. - Every in-person interaction I had with any staff member was always positive. Checking in was easy and we were able to get into the house early. Everyone was always kind and attentive. - The property is beautiful and we used a lot of it. We did our rehearsal on the oasis lawn, which was a good size. We did our welcome reception on the patio beneath the Corkfire grill (including glow ball which was so fun), took photos at the Meadows and a few guests golfed. It was great as an all-in-one venue. - Our bridal suite was beautiful, we really loved it. There was a bottle of champagne, a cookie and a cute little note when we arrived. They gifted us a very soft blanket. Some Challenges: - There was a lot of nickel and diming. We needed an extra microphone for our ceremony vocalist. That was an additional charge ($130). We needed an extra cord, that was a charge. etc. I get that those things are usually rented for a fee. We paid around $50,000. You'd think they could just let us use the mic. - I don't feel like the amount everything would cost was accurately explained prior to us signing. Maybe that's on me and my understanding, which is why I didn't choose 4 stars. My advice would just be to really try to get clarity about what it's all going to cost. - It was pretty cold that night. To be clear, this is not the venue's fault, just something to consider. The ground also gets very slick and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we are so happy we got married at TCI. We can't wait to visit in the future and remember our beautiful wedding. read more

We got married at TCI and it was an awesome wedding! We had 300 guests which was very challenging and they made it happen. We worked with Danielle at the start and she was very helpful, and even helped accommodate some unusual requests due to our larger guest count. The food was awesome, and our guests still talk about it to this day! This was almost a five star review, but their recommended vendors list was hit and miss and the day of coordination was a little unorganized with shuttling and the grounds maintenance. We just got married this past weekend at The Stone House and it was amazing. Everything we wanted in our wedding became a reality. Stephanie Duncan was our venue coordinator and she was fantastic to work with! She was always supportive and willing to help whenever possible. She is genuinely a sweetheart. From the moment we arrived(day before the wedding) we were welcomed with a nice care package for my wife and I to start our wedding weekend. The Stone house is absolutely the perfect place to get married(not biased (: ). It brings a sense of intimacy no matter the size of your wedding count as it is secluded on the property around what feels like a forest. The nature mixed with our unique sense of modern glam was impeccable. AND most importantly, the food!! Wow, all our guests loved their plates. Literally! The only real issue we encountered on our venue side was our bar service. The bar's credit card system did not work that night. This created an issue and a backlog of guests waiting for a drink at the bar. Unfortunately after a while I would say about 10 of our guests decided to leave because they were annoyed waiting to get a drink. The bar service was big for us which I will knock out a star for. Another note, Temecula Creek Inn offered me and my groomsmen a complimentary round of golf. Cool, right? We showed up thinking there was nothing to do, but we needed to bring our own golf clubs. I should have known that, but I'm not a golfer. Also the customer service was not the best there. The guy made me feel like an idiot. TCI should advise that little tidbit of information. We had to change our plans and went to Cork & Fire(restaurant on the property) and had drinks and food. Again, food will not disappoint. As a couple that is in the events industry finding the perfect venue and team to facilitate our wedding day was a challenge. We searched countless venues and either didn't love the facility itself or the staff was just not up to par. We reached out to TCI on a Wednesday and were immediately offered a site visit for Thursday. We met with Danielle Deignan and hit it off immediately. Danielle took all the time needed to answer every question we had (and there were A LOT) with so much grace and professionalism. The Stonehouse venue speaks for itself, stunning in every way possible. Between our interaction with Danielle and immediately falling in love with the venue we knew that this was going to be the perfect venue for us. Contracting was a breeze even with some revisions that we requested to the contract. Even after signing Danielle was readily available to help us with any questions we had. About 6 months before our wedding Danielle introduced us to Erika Pope our Catering Service Manager. With Erika's upbeat and sweet personality, we knew were in GREAT hands! Erika was also available and prompt in answering all of our questions and even talked me through a mini panic attack when we thought we'd be rained out on our wedding day. We had so many small details that required Erika's attention and she always took everything on with a smile and never made anything out to be difficult or inconvenient. Erika and Danielle were definitely the shining stars of our EXCEPTIONAL experience at Temecula Creek Inn. On our wedding day NO detail was missed or overlooked. The team took care of every detail for us and allowed for us to truly just enjoy the experience. I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with both of these ladies not just as a bride but as a fellow event professional. Last but certainly not least I'd like to mention the food. My GOODNESS... We are STILL getting compliments about the quality and presentation of the food from both the cocktail hour and dinner. We had a large amount of hospitality professionals present as guests at our wedding, so talk about a tough crowd to impress. So many of our guests stopped us to say how impressed they were with the food and presentation. We had a guest who is an executive chef of a large high end hotel even mention that he was amazed at how perfectly prepared the filet was and that the flavors in everything were so incredible. Talk about a COMPLIMENT! We cannot say enough about our experience with Temecula Creek Inn. I was a wedding coordinator this past Saturday at TCI. The Stonehouse venue location is beautiful. I love how you don't need a lot of decor to make it look lovely. Michelle from catering was wonderful. I had many questions since it was my first time working there. Marisol the catering captain was also great. She was on top of everything. The food was delicious! I was very impressed with all the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. Rosie the shuttle driver was also very informative with all the questions I had about the shuttle service running back and forth. It was a great experience. I was shocked to tons of dry up grass clippings on the lawn going up to the hotel. You should have the gardeners use blowers to blow it off, grass clippings make good fertilizer. I thought it was a city park seeing that. Also fix the tv , the picture was freezing all the time. Then I saw this a cat5 cable for internet hanging above the outdoor Walk way. What is that about? My cousin had her wedding here recently and it was one of the best weddings, maybe THE best wedding I've ever been to! The setting is beautiful. She had her ceremony and reception at the Stone House, so the ceremony was under big tall trees, and everyone was able to sit in shade. There were big grassy fields for all the kids to run around in and plenty of space to set up our dinner tables and photobooth and dance floor. We all really enjoyed the food! The salmon was delicious, as was the starter salad. Maybe the portions were a little too small for some people, but personally I felt full. Plus there were LOTS of desserts offered after the dinner, including smores made on the fire pits! The only sad thing was there were some passed appetizers during their cocktail hour but I never got one... The only negatives was that it's right under a highway, so you can hear slight noise from the cars/trucks and also see the large trucks driving past sometimes. Also there are only 2 "real" bathrooms, but you can rent port-a-potties. TIP: I got bitten by a really WEIRD bug, not just a regular mosquito, bc my bite turned dark red, which has never happened with mosquitoes. Luckily, the event staff had bug spray to offer us, but future bridal parties might want to have that on hand for guests. read more

Location is nice and quiet, easy to find parking, and convenient for many weddings in the area. But the rooms were not as great. They don't use fitted bed sheets anywhere on the property; just a sheet on top of the mattress for you to lay on. The shower had black scum underneath the handles. They don't clean your room while you're there...We had a mound of dirty, wet towels just marinating in our room for the 4 days we were there, and we had to take out the trash ourselves. It's nice on the outside, but not on the inside, especially for the price. Next wedding I'll drive a little further if I need to for a quality, clean room. read more

This was the worse hotel experience I've ever had in my life.  Waited for hours for our reserved room that was never made available, just lied to us like several other people waiting for their rooms also.  We had to cancel our dinner reservations, had to drink wine out of our trunk car, ended up driving home for several hours because we didn't want to sleep in the parking lot on Valentines Day. The location of Temecula Creek Inn is beautiful especially with the surrounding golf course views and the rooms that are provided on site. Makes for beautiful pictures and wonderful opportunities for guests and clients like. I had the pleasure of participating in a wedding at this location and while the process of planning seemed to go for the bride and groom the actual day lacked consistency, structure and key parts to the wedding that were promised. The bride had gone to great lengths to make sure that the set up was exactly what she wanted for her big day and went through it with her wedding planner( that was provided from the site) to ensure that her day was exactly what she wanted. Yet on the day about half of her requested items were not placed in the right placement and her planner was nowhere to be seen after the ceremony itself. We asked the staff that was present at the wedding to try to find her or help us with the problems which we had and we receive backlash and negativity from almost all that were there. The bridal party itself had to change and find the things that were missing and fix them so that way the bride could relax on her day. The planner did not help arrange the timing of the remainder of the day other than the ceremony and again was nowhere to be seen. Knowing the price of the bride and groom paid for this wedding I would hope that the site would take some notes to help brides better their experience at this location to continue their business in a pleasant and happy way. This review is for the Stone House wedding venue and staff, not the Inn itself. I just got married at the Stone House in May, and we are so happy with how everything came together! We decided to choose this venue because we wanted an outdoor ceremony and reception that could go later than 10 pm, but also because it is so GREEN. If you are lucky enough to have the budget to add more greenery and florals, that is great, but if you don't, it's already soo beautiful, you don't need to add much to make it look amazing. When you visit the venue, you have to be able to envision what everything will look like once it is all together, it can be really hard, so I highly recommend that you look at inspirational photos from previous weddings to help you gather your own ideas. We had the pleasure of working with Stephanie, TCI's Catering Manager. She helped us throughout our entire wedding planning process and is a HUGE reason why everything was as perfect as it was. I can admit that I was a bit controlling during the process (but what bride isn't) and probably overwhelming at times, but she understood my vision and what I wanted everything to look like. She also was a big reason why our food was AMAZING. We were having a hard time figuring out what we wanted to serve to our guests, so she recommended that we do a land and sea plate (filet mignon and sea bass) to please everyone but also make it easier on us for seating cards. I'm sure Stephanie works with a ton of couples at a time, but she never once forgot any details of our wedding when we spoke with her. One more thing about Stephanie, she is the nicest person you will ever meet and understands how important this day is to the couple. She is so organized and on top of her stuff! I recently got married at the Stone House and couldn't have chosen a more beautiful location. At dusk, the ambiance is incredibly romantic and whimsical. It has the relaxed feel of a backyard soiree but is super classy. The event flows really well since the spaces are nearby but separate. The big trees and hanging lights are so beautiful that you don't really need to bring in decorations. I was a bit worried about having an outdoor wedding in July, but there is shade and a nice breeze in the evening. It was totally comfortable and our guests did not have to use the fans and misters we provided. The TCI team did an amazing job. Cara was our catering coordinator and she was such a joy to work with. She is passionate and bubbly, which will make you even more excited about your wedding. The cooking team also did a lovely job. We had stations at our wedding and I was able to try the salmon and mac and cheese stations. Both were incredibly delicious! People were so happy with the food. TCI also has fun, special touches you can add to your wedding. For example, we had s'mores around the fire pits (though most people were too full by then to eat anything! haha). The big hit of the night was "glow ball." TCI set up glow in the dark sticks leading guests out to the golf tees. Then at the golf tees, you'd use a glowing golf club to hit a glow-in-the-dark golf ball. Whoever got closest to the pin (which was lit up like a bullseye) won the competition. They even had someone dressed in a glow-in-the-dark outfit standing near the hole to measure distances. Guests went crazy for it! The only downside was that the bathrooms were closed during our wedding so we had a bathroom trailer. The stalls were tiny and it was impossible to fit in there in my gown. read more

This venue was BEAUTIFUL (I'd rate it a 5 on looks) and I wish I could rate it more overall, BUT I don't want other couples to waste their money. They went against our contract on MULTIPLE things, our coordinator was nowhere to be found most of the time (I even had to orchestrate the rehearsal), the servers were rude, and some of the food wasn't fully cooked. I tried to not let these things ruin my day, but I ended up having an anxiety attack the next morning because of how much they had messed things up. They need some serious help here. We arrived for a wedding weekend. When people arrived to check in they didn't have the rooms ready. We were at the wedding and got a message at 8pm that our room was FINALLY ready. 4 hours late but then have the audacity to give you no late check out. We got into the room and called for extra bedding for the pull out. It took them over an hour to bring it and when they did the bedding had blood stains on it! The grounds are beautiful but they need to do a total upgrade on all of the rooms. It's seriously outdated and falling apart. Not worth the price per night. Everything was great until we had dinner. Venue was gorgeous, loved the shuttle to the ceremony/reception, cocktail hour food was ok. I don't usually write such negative reviews, but the way they treated my mom and the bride's mom was appalling. They had the fish with risotto -- which was very underdone. Very, very underdone. I'm not the type to complain about things like this, but they spent a lot of money for this and it should be done correctly. We all understood that it could not be re-done, but they needed to know to improve upon next time. What I expect is for them to apologize and replace it with something else. But nope, they argued with us. First off, I am of Asian descent, and my mother speaks minimal English. She let them know it was undercooked -- the wait staff, instead of apologizing, told my mom know that this isn't RICE. That's why she thinks it tastes funny. They made both my mom and the bride's mom feel like they were idiots for thinking this is rice. They repeatedly came over to tell them that this IS NOT rice, assumed they have never had risotto and that's why they aren't familiar with it, and I finally said to them, "I have had risotto countless times, I have made risotto myself, and this is underdone." They finally said that the chef will come out to speak to us because they did not want to leave it at that and that our satisfaction was important. Chef never came... and the meal was well over. I am very livid at their response. My mother has had risotto at many wedding venues, and it isn't supposed to be hard like that. The bride's mother even said that she was at the tasting and it didn't taste like this. The waitress was rude enough to say to us that risotto isn't rice and that what we may have had is rice pilaf. Further insinuating that all we know is rice, rice, rice. Secondly, after the manager had come to solve the problem, the waitress comes over again to let us know risotto is not rice and it is a sort of pasta. WRONG. WRONG. WRONG. Risotto IS rice... typically made using Arborio rice. read more

We are on our way home after booking a Valentine's Day special at the Temecula Creek Inn. We have stayed there a number of times. This was our worst experience. We arrived at 3:30. Our room was not ready. By 4:30 the lobby was packed...no rooms ready. The restaurant and outdoor bar were booked. By 5:09, they still did not know when our room would be ready for our getaway. I cannot recommend TCI highly enough. Our wedding at TCI was absolutely perfect. Stephanie Duncan is the person you would dream to have helping you with your wedding-- she truly went above and beyond at every turn for us. Every detail was taken care of, and even last minute requests were always responded to right away with "sure, no problem!" Stephanie not only helped us organize details with TCI, but with her experience was able to help us with all outside our vendor questions or concerns. The staff in general at TCI was so great-- we even had comments from our guests about how attentive and gracious all of the staff was. The Stone House is absolutely STUNNING-- we loved how guests are seated in the shade during the ceremony and the beautiful grounds allow people to do activities like lawn games, a photobooth, cigar bar, lounge area-- having glow ball golf was a huge hit with everyone too! It was super convenient for all of our guests to stay at TCI and for those who didn't, there was a short shuttle ride to Pechanga for those who chose to stay there. If I could go back in time, I would 10/10 choose TCI again to have my wedding. read more

Lastly, I'm likely biased here, but I think TCI is one of the most beautiful event venues I've ever seen. Everything seemed fine until my friend who I hired for extra help let me know that the steak was not done and they had to take a lot of them back. They seemed to fix it really quick and brought out a taco station which they did not charge for. What really pissed me off was the day after my wedding when my brother let me know that my parents who had already paid for two nights were actually forced to move to another room RIGHT before our wedding started. When I asked why they didn't have any real answer. It didn't make sense for guests, let alone my parents who already paid in advanced (using our room block) for two nights to be moved. They did refund me for their two nights and said they would provide me with a weekend at the resort for free but that part never happened. read more

I fell in love with the Stone House at Temecula Creek Inn the instant we visited. It was exactly what I was looking for. After we booked, everyone at TCI was always SO helpful and responsive, they make you feel very valued. The tasting event is very fun and even gave us a chance to meet new vendors who we eventually hired. And the food is delicious!! We had guests tell us it was the best meal they'd ever had at a wedding - we didn't have any leftovers! Our wedding weekend went off without a hitch, in big part due to TCI staff and their helpfulness. My friends and family were so impressed with everything and I was able to have a virtually stress free wedding! Perrin was our on site coordinator and she was just amazing. Always available to answer my random questions and ease any worries I had. Diana Ross was my wedding coordinator and she is AWESOME! Definitely recommend her if you are getting married at TCI - she knows that place like the back of her hand! Our guests that stayed at the hotel loved it and now talk about going back to stay again. The groom and groomsmen stayed at the Creekside Guest House, which I definitely recommend as they had an awesome time golfing and enjoying the house that weekend. If I had my wedding all over again, I would 100% choose the Stone House at Temecula Creek Inn again. My wedding was effortlessly beautiful and perfect. Everyone at Temecula Creek Inn treated us kindly and helped with any questions or concerns we had. Krysteena ended up being our day-of contact since our assigned coordinator left the job - but there were NO hiccups! It was such an amazing day and I loved every moment. One thing I wished was that the suite they gave us was a little nicer (the bathroom was falling apart). But as for the wedding - everything was perfect! To start off my fiance and I were so excited to view our first venue and from the pictures online we were really excited to see this place but.... My fiance and I had an appointment with the wedding coordinator or should I say saleswomen named Crystal, when we arrived we checked in at the front desk and we were rudely greeted by the receptionist, we told her we have an appt with Crystal but we couldn't remember Crystal's last name and the receptionist with an attitude said her last last name, she then told us to have a seat in a rude tone. Crystal came in and greeted us nicely and she took us to the 'Stone House'. Crystal asked who is paying for the wedding and we said we are. Not sure why it matters who is paying?.She also asked if we are looking at any other venues today and we said yes Wilson Creek and in an attitude she said " totally different place, most people who look at this venue don't look there also". I said well we are new at this and we just want to look at different styles of venues. I didn't know that was such a big deal to look at different style venues. Crystal was telling us all the rules and regulations of having a wedding there, she had a very monotone voice with a slightly rude tone. Crystal asked us how many guests we have on our list and we told her around 300 people, Crystal, then asked if I was white, and I told her I'm half Italian and she said "oh, I thought you were white", I'm not sure what my ethnicity has to do with anything, also I'm not sure if she was trying to be funny, but that's very unprofessional in my opinion. We told her we wanted servers not a buffet but, Crystal told us that we will need to have a buffet (buffet was more expensive then the serving) because its a lot of work for the staff, but we would be paying 22% gratuity? If I'm paying 22% I'm going to have servers, that's part of what I'm paying for. Then she showed us where our ceremony will be held and we told her we didn't like the golf course in the background because we don't want random golfers in our pictures, Crystal proceeded with well today's just really busy, it will not be busy on your wedding day, mind you this was on a Saturday and our wedding will be in two years on a Saturday. I said Saturday is the busiest day for golf? She still said that it will not be busy on our wedding day. I guess she can predict the future?! She was very pushy on the alcohol and insisted on us buy the deluxe alcohol package (way more expensive). We felt like we were buying a new car with all the pushiness and the constant selling of the venue. I understand you make a profit off us having our wedding there, but show some sympathy. She showed us the Stone House and informed us that that is where the cake cutting will be in here and we said how are all 300 people going to fit and see us, and she said "not everyone will WANT to see the cake cutting". uhh okay?. I'm not sure if she took us serious because my fiance and I are younger but, never judge a book by it's cover because now we won't be spending $55,000 if not more on this place, we are moving on. And I think I'm missing some other events that happened while at this place You guys lost a customer, because if all this didn't happen we probably would've booked with them, depending on other venues but, this was number one. If they are rude to us, I can't imagine how they would treat our guests. The one star is for the unprofessional-ism, but the venue it self is a 5 star. We recently had our wedding at the Stone House at Temecula Creek Inn. It was my dream venue since before we got engaged and the first venue we looked at. Temecula Creek Inn was without a doubt the perfect setting for our romantic outdoor June wedding. Krysteena was helpful in shuttling us to the Stone House three times before we put down our deposit. The catering staff was great the day of the wedding. Everything went off without a hitch! However, leading up to our wedding, there was a lapse in staffing and a few frustrations. After emailing our assigned coordinator multiple times with no response, we found out that she no longer worked for TCI and we would be "notified" once they hired a new coordinator. Unfortunately that process took way longer than expected, leaving us without a liaison to the venue. A lot of emails and questions we had went unanswered. When we finally got a new coordinator, she was very unresponsive and often "out of the office" when we emailed/called. The other frustrating part of TCI was the food. I had read rave reviews about the food and when it came time for our tasting (a group tasting with LOTS of other couples by the way) I hate to say it but we were extremely disappointed. The steak was raw, while the fish, chicken and pasta were extremely over cooked. Fortunately, our new coordinator set up a private tasting and comped the fee. Although it took two months to actually nail down a date and time that worked with the chef. On a more positive note, the weekend of the wedding was incredible! The hotel staff went above and beyond to get us into rooms early, coordinate golf for my husband and his groomsmen and even left sweet presents in our honeymoon suite. The location is stunning and the rooms were beautiful. Despite the few frustrations, we wouldn't have wanted our wedding at any other venue! It was everything we wanted. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Crystal, the Catering Events Manager, who toured me around the venue! I visited many many venues in and around San Diego and not one compared to the service and treatment I received at TMI. Crystal, took her time to show the property, explain the different ways to set up the flow and answer any questions me or my bridesmaid had. She genuinely seemed interested in how I met my fiancé, my wedding, and my vision. She was professional and kind. After visiting some venues where I felt I was being sold a timeshare at a wedding house, or given the 5-cent tour to move me out in time for the next one, Crystal and TMI was such a refreshing change. Not to mention, the grounds by the Stone House are absolutely beautiful. The area has a lot of built in things, (firepit, bocce court, etc) but still retains a rustic, historic feel. I highly recommend any bride looking for a beautiful, rustic but classy venue to visit Temecula Creek Inn. read more

Our June wedding at TCI was everything I could have dreamed of! The venue itself is beautiful. Stephanie Duncan was our coordinator, and she is a huge part of why our wedding was so perfect! She is the BEST! She is so easy to work with (you will feel like you have known her for years), she was so organized, honest, responsive, had a great eye for detail, and overall a pleasure to work with! The food, drinks, intimate atmosphere at the stone house venue are amazing. From the ceremony, to the reception, we could not have had a better time or asked for a better place to get married. Our guests had a blast, and we receive sooo many compliments on the venue, food, service etc. The only downfall was the hotel itself. Rooms are rundown and old. Lots of guests had issues with broken ac's, clogged drains etc. in their rooms. That did not take away from an amazing wedding weekend or the venue. We are SO happy we chose TCI. read more
