This venue is very beautiful for an outdoor location. Plenty of space, even for large weddings. The plants are taken care of very frequently and they all look very healthy and full of color year-round. The staff is amazing. They handle a large amount of weddings each year across all their venues and are well-versed in the details and needs of each event. We felt especially taken-cared of by our wedding coordinator Alyssa Dubois. She was very attentive to every detail, was professional, and very organized. Her communication with us was great. She provided great suggestions during the planning process and hyped us up on our wedding day. Truly the best helping hand we could have asked for. The only downside to booking with this venue is the cost, as this is quite a pricey location, but if I haven't made it clear enough already, it is well worth it.

During the rehearsal, the chairs were set up facing the wrong direction, and the instructions were disorganized and unclear. On the wedding day, the coordinator was nowhere to be found--it was like she disappeared after the ceremony. There was no signage anywhere in the venue, and the restrooms were not clearly marked. There were restrooms in the winery space, but they were an incredibly long walk for guests. There were also a couple of restrooms in the getting-ready area, but they were labeled "Staff," which made the situation even more confusing. The venue's layout was also awkward. Couches were randomly scattered throughout the space, so guests ended up standing in separate groups during cocktail hour instead of naturally gathering together. The food was also a major disappointment. It was served cold, and most of it was dry. It honestly felt like a low-budget Souplantation. Overall, I do not recommend Bel Vino Winery for weddings. Save your money and book somewhere else.

My husband and I had our wedding at Wedgewood Weddings Bel Vino Winery, and while there were a few…read moresmall hiccups along the way, the team was nothing short of amazing when it came to addressing and correcting anything that popped up. Their responsiveness and professionalism made all the difference. The venue itself is breathtaking set high on the hill with panoramic views that feel straight out of a movie. It's one of those rare places that practically decorates itself with its natural beauty. The bridal suite and groom's headquarters were both comfortable and convenient, and the entire property has such an elegant, romantic charm. I didn't get the chance to do a tasting beforehand, but we could not have been happier with the food. The presentation, the flavors, everything was top tier. The package we chose was all inclusive, reasonably priced, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. From the very beginning, the General Manager, Gina, set the tone for the entire experience. She has an incredibly knowledgeable team, and if it wasn't for her intoxicating personality and genuine love for both the venue and her staff, we might've kept looking but she made it impossible not to say yes on the spot. I love doing business with people who truly know their craft, and Gina is absolutely one of them. As a professional event planner myself, I can be a tough critic but it was such a joy to finally hand over the reins and just be "the bride." My coordinator, Brinley, was truly the MVP of the entire day. She ran a tight ship from the moment we met to the moment the lights went out. There wasn't a single thing she couldn't handle she took care of every detail, every request, every curveball with ease and grace. And here's where she really went above and beyond as any couple knows, the bride and groom rarely get to sit and enjoy their own meal on wedding day. Brinley thought ahead and packed us two to go plates before we left. When we got home, still riding the high of the night, we sat down and devoured that meal and it was absolute heaven. It was the sweetest, most thoughtful gesture and truly the perfect ending to a perfect day. If you're dreaming of a romantic winery wedding with natural beauty, a luxurious ceremony site, and a team that genuinely cares look no further than Wedgewood Weddings at Bel Vino Winery. From Gina's leadership to Brinley's flawless execution, this venue delivers a five star experience from start to finish. Thanks for having us, Serena & Stephen DaSilva

This venue is well equipped for a rustic/barn style wedding at an extremely reasonable price in comparison to some of the other venues. This venue is a DIY venue, so you will have to supply our own vendors if you choose this one, but that just makes it more memorable, right? They've got several places where you can choose your ceremony and or reception at, tons of photo-ops, a bride and groom suite to get ready (the bridal suite is pretty big I might add), and some tables for you if you choose to use theirs. This place is strictly a no-smoking facility, so if that's a dealbreaker for you, look elsewhere. But nevertheless, we really thought this place was cute for anyone with a smaller budget!

Nestled deep within the breathtaking, rolling hills of the De Luz Valley, the venue provided a majestic backdrop that felt entirely worthy of a royal celebration. Walking the grounds, surrounded by authentic stone walls, towering castle turrets, Disney inspired, you couldn't help but feel the magic in the air. The absolute pinnacle of the scenery was the stunning swan lake, where the elegant white swan glided across the water, making every single photograph look like a painting from a storybook. What truly elevated this magical experience from a beautiful dream to an absolute reality was the incredible warmth of the people behind it. The owners and our wedding coordinator were hands-down the most amazingly sweet and caring individuals we could have ever hoped to work with. They treated our family with a level of genuine kindness that turned all of our wedding stress into pure joy. Their logistics support was unmatched as well; because the scenic journey into the valley involves a beautiful but windy road, we chose to provide a shuttle service for our guests from a nearby hotel. The venue team coordinated with us seamlessly to ensure everyone arrived safely, and comfortably. That dedication carried over beautifully into the reception, where the food was absolutely spectacular. Instead of standard wedding fare, we had an incredible feast of barbecue pulled pork with all the perfect fixings to go along with it, and our guests are still raving about how delicious and comforting the entire meal was. The entire day carried a beautiful, subtle Disney inspiration that captured the pure essence of romance without ever feeling overdone. There was the cozy dragon pub, which worked perfect for serving our delicious cocktails to our guest. As the sun set, the true magic unfolded during the outdoor reception in the King's Court. We danced the night away under a canopy of twinkling market lights and a blanket of stars, surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. Watching my daughter celebrate her happily-ever-after in a place so profoundly beautiful, and supported by such wonderful people, was a moment I will cherish for the rest of my life.
