Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. During the rehearsal, the chairs were set up facing the wrong direction, and the instructions were disorganized and unclear. On the wedding day, the coordinator was nowhere to be found--it was like she disappeared after the ceremony. There was no signage anywhere in the venue, and the restrooms were not clearly marked. There were restrooms in the winery space, but they were an incredibly long walk for guests. There were also a couple of restrooms in the getting-ready area, but they were labeled "Staff," which made the situation even more confusing. The venue's layout was also awkward. Couches were randomly scattered throughout the space, so guests ended up standing in separate groups during cocktail hour instead of naturally gathering together. The food was also a major disappointment. It was served cold, and most of it was dry. It honestly felt like a low-budget Souplantation. Overall, I do not recommend Bel Vino Winery for weddings. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! First of all, how dare you ever tell a bride "no need for a day of coordinator, because we will provide one!" What an absolute joke. I set the tables, the isle was NEVER set up, I was dressed and guests arriving when a friend ran in and said "the isle isn't set up at all!!" IMAGINE BEING IN YOUR DRESS AND RUNNING TO TAKE CARE OF IT. The worst part, there were clouds in the sky so they moved my entire set up from the gorgeous courtyard to this ugly, unevenly paved tent. If I wanted to have my wedding in a tent, I would have had it at a friend's house in the backyard. The "day of coordinators" were late to the Venue and never set the dried lavender up to be tossed as we walked back from the alter. I even went looking for the girl, no where to be found. Finally found her.. in some back room.. looking so stressed. And for what? She didn't do anything.. I moved all the tables myself... I arranged the florals.. I set up the dessert tables... All in all, we put on smiles and I attempted to have a lovely time. Even though I was in full regret from ever deciding to use Tívoli. I needed support, and unfortunately, I never received it from the staff. Also, when people decide to do the family style dinner,(all the different foods on a platter) you should be using FLAT plates. Not raised plates that almost look like pasta bowls. All the food came out smushed together. Imagine waiting 10 years to be married, and then this is your experience... I included a photo for proof. We were there. And no tables in the insanely beautiful courtyard.... The whole reason I traveled 300 miles for this venue.
