Just recounting the story about how awesome our wedding was and how terrible Hayley was. Almost 3 years later and we loved how awesome our wedding was but it still pisses me off how much of a waste of money Hayley's services were. TOTAL FRAUD. She made us feel so confident that she would do everything we asked to make our special day the way we wanted and she FAILED miserably. UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF MONEY! Hire anyone else but this POS! read more

Hayley was such a pleasure to work with. Her years of experience really showed in the planning process. She communicated with my fiancé and I every step of the way and made our wedding day such a breeze. As the bride and groom it was easy to lose track of time, but thank goodness for Hayley because she made sure we were on schedule for every part of the day. Let me start by saying that this review is long overdue. Hayley was absolutely fantastic and truly truly an essential part of our wedding planning and execution. My now wife and I are both professionals and at the time we were planning our wedding we were even more busy than normal. My wife is truly a remarkable woman and I am so thankful that she said yes when I proposed. She excels at essentially everything but especially planning, coordinating, and doing so in a thoughtful and cordial manner. That being said, given the scale of our wedding and all of the particular details, we both agreed that it was a good idea to hire a coordinator. As usual, my wife did her research and we agreed upon Hayley. It was, without exception, a great decision. Hayley was incredible!!! She set up a conversation with us to make sure that we were a good fit. It went well and I think that was because she was very forthcoming about who she is as a person - attentive to detail, well-organized but flexible, deeply intelligent and thoughtful, and above all, wants to do a great job. She was always timely in her updates. She let us know exactly what to expect and she kept her word. She maintained a great relationship with the other entities that provided services - such as the florist, venue coordinator, caterers, and photographers. She understood what we wanted as a couple for our Special Day and she was respectful of our cultural heritages. Hayley was awesome before our wedding but on the day of the event, she really took it to the next level in the best way performance. Truly, she was an all-star. My now wife and I both have parents who are thankfully in good health but getting a little older and she made sure that they were able to sit and have access while still respecting that they are their own persons. She maintained good communication and made sure that we stayed on time without being overbearing or pushy. She adjusted on the fly when issues came up (none of which were her fault in any way, shape, or form). She had a "can do" attitude that we both really appreciated. She was nothing but gracious with literally everyone - including the serving staff - which was really important to us because every human being deserves respect. And she stayed to the end to make sure that everything turned out well. My wife and I cannot recommend her enough. You cannot go wrong with Hayley and if anything, book her as soon as you get a chance because she will help make your dream day truly a wonderful day to remember and cherish. My wife and I wish her the very best. Hayley, thank you one last time for helping to make our day a truly remarkable one. Yemi read more

My husband and I got married September 20th of this year at Lake Oak meadows. Hayley was picked to be our wedding coordinator, let me tell you she did absolutely amazing. Everything was set up perfectly and planned amazingly, it ran so smoothly and I couldn't ask for anyone better to do it. She was so kind and helpful. Any questions that I had for her she would answer right away. Without her I don't think this wedding would've been so magical. I got married in May 2024 at South Coast Winery in Temecula CA. I couldn't be more happy with how the day turned out, and that is due to Celebrations by Hayley, specifically Victoria Knight! Before agreeing to work with Celebrations by Hayley, I had an initial call with Hayley and what sold me to work with her over others, is that she wasn't salesy- very easy demeanor, made great suggestions and vendor recommendations. overall, i felt trust in her right away. Victoria and I started to sync about 6 months before the wedding to walk through my vision. We met at the venue and we walked through the ceremony, reception, along with the BEO SCW created for the day. You can tell Victoria Knight is well experienced with wedding planning, asked great questions, caught mistakes on the BEO, and made great suggestions adjusting the timeline. For the rehearsal Victoria was so informative with the bridal party dos/don'ts when walking down the aisle. For the day of her and her assistant were on top of everything, with no questions for me, making my day stress free! Not only was I impressed with Victoria, but so were a few of my bridesmaids commenting their day of coordinator was never that informative! I highly suggest requesting Victoria Knight through Celebrations by Hayley for a stress free process! read more

My husband and I got married in June at Grand Tradition Estate and we hired Hayley for the Luxe package almost one full year before. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. Hayley was nearly absent the entirety of the planning process. It's hard to put into words how much stress her absence and disorganization caused us, but we got to the point that we were quite literally considering asking her not to come to the wedding because by that point just thinking about the possibility of things going wrong with her was so overwhelming. Before going over some of the issues, I will say that right when we hired her in the summer of 2023, she did quickly give us names to vendors, many of whom were great. So we did appreciate that. After that first week of hiring her, everything went downhill... Quick recap of just a few of the issues: 1) We quite literally would go months without hearing from her. It was almost always us having to reach out to her asking her for guidance and what exactly we were supposed to be doing at that point in time of the planning process. We did not have any phone consultations with her outside of the first and last in-person meeting, she did not reach out to check in and keep us on track, absolutely nothing. We were absolutely clueless and had to figure out the entire planning process on our own. 2) We were the ones coordinating with our vendors the entire time. We understood that based on the Luxe package, we would be the ones reaching out to and choosing our vendors at the start, but our expectation was that as the wedding day got closer, Hayley would be involved in the communication threads and ensuring that everything was going along as planned. She was COMPLETELY absent. Me and my husband had to coordinate every single detail with our vendors up until the wedding day. 3) TWO weeks before the wedding day, and only AFTER I had texted Hayley about how stressed I was trying to keep on task and up-to-date with email communications with the vendors (eg, confirming timelines, arrivals, etc.) did Hayley send out a few emails to the vendors asking for their liability insurance and what not. 4) ONE WEEK before the wedding day, Hayley texted my husband and I telling us she is going out of town, that she would be back just a couple days before the wedding, and heavily implying that we should only contact her in case of an emergency. This is after she had been absent this whole time already. 5) My husband had to ask to talk to her a couple times throughout the year-long planning process to express how our expectations were not being met. Nothing changed on Hayley's end. 6) We had such little trust in her ability at times to do what she would say she'd do that we'd have to send her reminders for when we had a scheduled call or meeting with our venue. 7) On the wedding day, my bridesmaids had to do Hayley's job for her a couple of times. For example, we made clear a couple of very simple requests, such as not letting any guests see me when my bridesmaids and I walked out to do photos. Hayley literally stood in the parking lot with these guests, pointing at me and my bridesmaid had to go over there and remind her to NOT let them see me (this is one of MANY examples). 8) The day of the wedding, SEVERAL people, including some of our vendors, commented on their observations of how Hayley didn't seem to know what she was doing. It was unclear to us for the most part what she even did that day. Fortunately, the staff at Grand Tradition Estate, including our wedding coordinator that was included with the venue, was absolutely incredible (highly recommend!) and we had a super beautiful wedding day. Without them, we literally cannot imagine the disaster that would have happened if we had just had Hayley. This is the first Yelp review I've ever written, I created my profile specifically to voice our experience with Hayley because it was really that terrible. Not only are we upset about all the added stress we went through leading up to the best day of our lives, we also hate that we spent money on a service we did not get. We felt it's important to let others know objectively what our experience was so that maybe they would not have to experience the same thing we did. read more

I had the opportunity to work with Hayley for my wedding a few weeks ago. From the first meeting we had, Hayley was beyond kind and attentive to my wants and needs. She was always available for phone calls and always willing to help me when I needed it. She knew we had a busy work schedule, so she tried hard to make sure we could meet on days that didn't require us to miss work. On the day of our wedding, she was simply the best! Where do I even begin! Lisa Occhipinti was our day-of-coordinator for our June 15, 2017 wedding at Lake Oak Meadows and she absolutely blew us away with not only how perfectly she pulled off our day but how amazingly awesome and kind hearted she is and was throughout the entire planning process. We upgraded our day of coordinator to have Lisa help execute our wedding as well and we were so glad we did. By the end of the months of planning we completely trusted her to pull off our dream wedding and she did just that. As the bride, not being able to see any part of your ceremony or reception until you are actually in it is a little daunting, but as i took in each detail throughout the day I was absolutely in awe of my own wedding. It was quite literally exactly how I had hoped it would be, Lisa made our dream wedding happen for sure. If there were any issues or problems, I knew nothing of them. Our guests all told us how this was the best wedding they had ever been to and that is all because of Lisa. She was so patient and available throughout the planning. With all of our details and endless questions, she was always there to help and reassure me that everything was going to be perfect. And she was so right. Our wedding fell on a particularly toasty 93 degree day in June and all throughout the day I saw Lisa working her butt off, ensuring everything ran smoothly, and somehow making it all look effortless. She will be a lifelong friend of ours for sure (if we can bribe into hanging out with us again). :) We highly recommend Celebrations by Diana for your wedding planning needs, and if you are lucky enough to snag Lisa you will have the best wedding ever. We got married on February 22, 2014 at Temecula Creek Inn and hired Diana as our "month of" wedding coordinator. Diana far surpassed our expectations and helped us deliver the most perfect, well organized, and smooth wedding that we could have ever asked for. We had about 200 guests, 10 vendors, and several extra items such as a large tent rental for our reception, portable restroom rentals, etc., so I knew it wasn't an easy task. She coordinated with the venue, catering, and vendors so that all we needed to do was show up and enjoy the day. Later I found that a few things were not perfect but Diana took care of everything (and I mean everything!) so that we could just focus on our guests and enjoy our wedding. Before the big day she was available for all my questions and we communicated either by phone or email pretty much every day. She offered very helpful suggestions, such as we had originally planned to do a "meet and greet" to each table during our reception but Diana explained to us that that it would take too much time. We ended up taking it out and I am very glad she recommended this because she turned out to be so right! An example of how we knew she was a great wedding coordinator was during our planning process when we would talk to our vendors and we would mention that Diana was assisting at our wedding. Every one of them who knew her commented on how great she was and how they were at ease that she was involved, since they knew everything would turn out beautifully. Afterwards we received a lot of compliments on how beautiful and perfect our wedding was, and my response always was "we had great help", referring to Diana. We could not have asked for a better person to be involved in planning the biggest party of our lives. We recommend her highly. Her bubbly personality and attention to detail helps make her excellent at her craft. We can't thank her enough for helping making our day so flawless and beautiful. -Theresa & Hanwei read more

We just used Celebrations By Diana for my daughters wedding at the Temecula Creek Inn on August 8, 2015. I couldn't have been any happier! (By the way, Temecula Creek is also absolutely gorgeous!) Then we contacted Celebrations By Diana, and Angela was assigned to our wedding. From that point on there were no more sleepless nights worrying about the wedding. Angela treated us like family.
