Not to mention, she truly shares your joy. We shared so much excitement and anticipation discussing the wedding together. She always showed up organized and prepared to prioritize what was most important to us. She had a huge hand in making my wedding the best day of my life! We even had HUGE last minute changes, but she rolled with the punches and maintained a positive, reassuring, problem-solving attitude toward it all. About 6 months out we new we needed help. Once we found Jen she got us right on track. She actually met us for the first time during our menu tasting for the wedding. She immediately began guiding us and providing invaluable advice, which was much needed. She listened to our vision and helped it come to life. She joined us on numerous calls with our vendors (being flexible with timing, even during Mother's Day). Whenever we had any questions she was quick to respond and was there for us through the entire process. We were able to send her the items like our audio guest book phone, name cards, signs, fans, etc and they magically arrived when we needed them for the wedding. She took away a lot of stress during the planning process and the day of the wedding which made it much more enjoyable and memorable. I give my highest recommendation to Jen and would book her again in a heart beat.

Let me start with, I'm horrible at planning anything! My fiancé and I went to view this venue and…read morewhen we tell you we fell in love with how gorgeous it was it's an understatement. The important thing to note here is that they do a lot of weddings! Towards the beginning they were undergoing a lot of changes within staff and it was difficult initially to contact them or get a response which was extremely frustrating. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you to everyone who helped create our magical day sorry if I was a stressed wreck initially but you guys definitely delivered and made me look good because like I said I can't plan anything accordingly. To see how great it turned out you guys definitely know how to make everything feel perfect. 12.2.21

Please do your homework and do your research about this venue before booking!…read more First of, our son and daughter in law booked this venue way too early, like a year and half before their wedding date. Although it is a pretty venue, the communication from their staffing is horrible!!! They don't return phone calls or emails after they get your booking. My husband and I wanted to get involved prior to our son's booking, but our son is 27 yrs old. We thought he's old enough to handle doing business with this venue. Wrong! This venue knows how to up-sale about their property. They know that young brides and grooms are emotional. They capture on that emotion and tells you anything to get the booking. Lisa, the manager couldn't careless after she received the deposit and final payments. I've called and left numerous messages multiple times with the venue staffers that I needed to speak to Lisa. Not once did she ever returned my phone calls. On the day of the wedding, as the mother of the groom, I was served pizza!!! Our son asked about a special menu for vegetarians, pescatarians and vegans. During the sales pitch, their salesperson told our son and his bride that there wasn't any issues making special meals for those guests, me being one of them. Can you believe the nerve of this venue served me pizza on the day of the wedding??? Before the wedding, our son and his bride did the food testing. They were told no one else could come to do the food tasting. Mind you, we were the ones that paid for this venue. Our daughter in law forwarded me an email from the venue, by their chef, that no one else could come to the food tasting. Anyhow, not only myself was given pizza, our other 2 guests were also served pizza. Mind you, there were only 3 guests total that had a special dietary restriction. I was so embarrassed and horrified. I had to tell my aunt and the bride's grandmother weren't notified ahead that the venue was serving individual pizzas to dietary guests. The venue could at least offered some sort of vegetables or couscous, but nope, nothing!!!!! I can give you a very long list, but I'll only give 3. Number 1: Food wasn't cracked up to be. Even their regular menu like the basic of chicken and red meat, was real bad. Number 2: We paid for a Photo Booth thru the venue. The photo booth folks never showed up. Although the venue refunded the money, but all was lost of having our guests take pictures for memories are long gone. Luckily we paid for good photographers (like 4 photographers+videographers). They were able to capture some moments of our families and guests. Number 3: We had wedding crashers! The venue told our son they will have 3 security guards on the wedding dat. We saw none, not only 1 insight. These wedding crashers had the gall to eat cakes, ordered alcohol at the bar and joined our guests on the dance floor!!! Mind you we paid for a premium package which included open bars. Our daughter in law contacted the venue to let them know about all these issues, they didn't offered any compensation or some sort of refunds accept for the photo booth that never showed up. We have 2 other children. We'll never use this venue going forward. We told all of our friends about this venue. A lot of them were at the wedding, so they too know not to book this venue for their own children's weddings. This venue isn't worth mentioning their names. Lake Oak Meadows is pretty but not worth your money to book. There's plenty of beautiful venues around. So please, please ask questions, do comparison before booking. Don't let them tell you that they've a special going on and if you don't book right then and there that you'll loose the deal. It's not worth your money!

Soiree was easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. Sheila even found ways for us to save money by reusing some of the florals from the ceremony for reception. THANK YOU, Samantha!…read more Samantha was my wedding reception coordinator this past January (2012). My husband and I tied the knot in November and decided to celebrate with 75 of our closest friends and family at Longshadow Ranch Winery in Temecula. Longshadow was the perfect venue and Samantha was the perfect coordinator! We could not have asked for a better person to help plan and organize our event. Samantha is friendly, personable, organized, efficient, and energetic. The day of our event, Samantha was the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. We checked out Longshadow back in November of 2011 for our wedding a year later. Longshadow is a beautiful venue, of course, but what absolutely sold us on the place, was Samantha. She was so sweet and SO WELCOMING! We never felt like we were being hussled. Coordinators at other venues can be so pushy and "salesy" which is such a turn off, but Samantha was nothing like that. She was so genuine, we had to get married where she was! For the entire year of planning, Samantha was there for me! No matter what I needed, she would try and help me as best she could. Any questions were answered, and phone calls or texts answered or returned right away. Heck, I even called her when I was freaking out about guests of horror, and she calmed me down! My own future hubby couldn't even do that! I really could not have survived the year of planning without her. As it got closer to the wedding, Samantha heard from me much more, and NEVER made me feel like I was bugging her. She helped me with vendors, gave me some great ideas (we served pies at our wedding thanks to her ingenious idea!) and let me bounce my own ideas off of her. She was not only a wedding coordinator, but a great friend! The day of the wedding, she was SUPERWOMAN! I do not know how she did it, but she managed to coordinate all of my vendors, bridal party, family, and STILL I felt like she was always next to me, asking how she could help me. She did so many little things for me, that I can never list all of them, but I will never forget! I could not have lived through my day without her. She made me wear a bib while drinking red wine before the ceremony (thank goodness because I ended up needing it,) made sure my photographer got all the shots I wanted, made sure all my songs were played, MADE SURE I ATE (huge help,) took me outside for a breather if I needed it, calmed down unruly guests, and ultimately made me feel like someone had my back that day! Like I said, words can never express my appreciation for Samantha, and I know that my wedding day was such a success because she was there to help me. Sam, you're the best!!!
