Cassie was the best wedding planner. For every question I had, every uncertainty I had, she had a response. Whatever it is we wanted for the wedding she was able to make it happen. One of the most stressful parts of planning a wedding is the little details and she was even able to help with a lot of that which was a big load off my mind. A special call out to her ability to get heater rentals for our outdoor wedding the night before the wedding when we realized people would be cold during dinner. On the day of she was always steps ahead of us, making sure the day was running smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. You will not regret booking Cassie!

What to say about Cassie.... well, she is for sure the best! She is so sweet, she gets it done, she gets along with everyone, she is just the perfect person you need for your event! Being in the wedding industry and working with Cassie many times on different events watching her work and interact with people, vendors, watching her put everything together.... I knew that I needed her when I started planning our wedding! Cassie always shows up with a smile, a happy heart and ready to go! She has great ideas and will make everything come together for your day! I am still getting compliments from my guests on how nice she was to everyone, how she just fit in and things got done and organized and ran so smoothly! I would 100% suggest Cassie for your wedding day or other event that you would need a coordinator. You will be so happy that you have her!

I was someone who didn't think I needed a day of coordinator for my wedding... and boy oh boy, was I wrong! Cassie MADE my day perfect, and was SO helpful during the planning process-- looking back I can't imagine doing it alone! She was quick to respond ALWAYS, even while on vacation. She is an EXPERT and set up my entire wedding better than I could have ever imagined, not to mention she has a heart of gold and truly cares about making your day PERFECT. She was my right hand all night and I am eternally grateful that she was part of our wedding.

Working with Cassandra Vazquez (aka Classy Kay Events) went so poorly that within a week of my wedding, she was having me sign a gag order in order to access a refund that I was owed, on account of her company's terrible service. I chose to abandon the refund and not sign the document so that I could share my honest thoughts without compromise - and hopefully without having to deal with her again. Here's how Classy Kay Events 'coordinated' my wedding: * Instead of a day-of coordinator and an assistant, as had been discussed, only one person showed up. That person arrived late and did not actually begin setting up until over an hour later. Classy Kay Events' owner, Cassandra Vazquez, she told me that the assistant had called in ill the night before and that she'd failed to recruit a backfill at such short notice. Although I'm glad they didn't send a sick person to my wedding, I was still beyond disappointed because I had specifically asked Cassandra during our first-ever conversation together (back in Jan, 2020), what her back-up is in case of emergencies / no-shows. Cassandra had strongly assured me that she had a team of 8 people 'on call' who could jump in at short notice and that it never had been, never would be a problem. * Little was done as requested. Much of our wedding décor, flowers and food were never unpacked or used. One of our tables was allocated the wrong number of chairs and place settings. Our dessert table was not setup until halfway through the night. * Our guests were roped into doing odd jobs all night - i.e. specifically what we had hired a coordinator to *avoid*. Our friends & family had already gone to huge lengths (and costs) in order to be there, and even helped out for whole days/weeks ahead of the wedding to get everything ready. All we wanted was for them to kick back. But, by the end of the night, the coordinator's clean-up was so slow that guests had to step in to help out so that my new husband and I would not get fined by the venue. The next day, we found out that the coordinator had also been ordering them to assist her while my husband and I drove between the ceremony and reception. They setup all the appetizers, ice & soft drinks, various decorations, etc. - and basically didn't get a chance to relax until we arrived. In a nutshell: my experience of working with Classy Kay Events was distressing, disappointing and downright humiliating. As grateful as I am to my amazing friends and family for all their help (both before and, unfortunately, *during* the wedding), that's how regretful I am about hiring Cassandra. For anyone looking for a coordinator/planner, I'd recommend using Thumbtack (similar to Yelp but for vendors rather than stores). I found it only after I'd already paid a deposit to Classy Kay Events and now wish I'd eaten my deposit and hired a wedding coordinator through there instead. Costs are transparent, there is an accountability/review mechanism, and everyone I've hired from there has been reliable, skilled and highly professional. Alternatively, if for whatever reason you've already paid a deposit to Cassandra / Classy Kay Events that you can't get out of: get everything you discuss with her written into the contract. No matter how many times you need her to revise the document, no matter how much she pushes back, don't settle on the standard text. Get. It. Into the contract! I didn't have the forethought to ask her to revise the contract to explicitly state that there should be 2 people setting up my wedding, as we had discussed over email, phone and in-person. Nor that they needed to start at 10am, as we had agreed. Nor that she should be there in-person herself, as originally planned. (Oh yeah, did I mention that she pawned us off onto a member of her team once another couple came along with our same wedding date but a higher-rate package?) Lastly, in case helpful, I paid her $1,230 for day-of coordination (which apparently was $500 less than her usual rate - and boy did she make me feel it). You get what you pay for ... except in my case I got far, far less. The $200 refund she put on the table didn't even come close to making up for the wedding memories ruined, stress caused before and during the wedding day, and hours wasted since then trying to reason with her for fairer compensation - let alone wedding decorations that never got used. Hopefully she is never again entrusted with the opportunity to botch a wedding like she did ours.

Cassie made my wedding a breeze! I met Cassie through a mutual friend, and immediately booked her. She is incredibly accommodating and drove all the way to San Diego to check out the venue. She arrived the day of the wedding super early and did so much. My husband and I are so so glad we booked her. She made our wedding fun and easy. We didn't have to worry about a thing. During the wedding I loved approaching her to ask, "what is next?" Cassandra is a DREAM COORDINATOR. My husband and I first found a vrbo house for our wedding venue and were introduced to Cass through that venue. When the house didn't work out (new city ordinance noise restrictions), Cass immediately helped us find a new venue and introduced us to an even BETTER location (The Vineyard House at JD Winery in Temecula). On top of introducing us to our dream location, she showed us a huge list of available vendors. Cass helped us plan our wedding every step of the way - it was obvious that she has years of experience and knowledge in her field. Every question I had, she immediately had an answer. The BEST thing about this incredible coordinator is her positive energy and unwavering dedication to make the bride and grooms wedding day as seamless and happy as possible. SHE DOES IT ALL!!! She calmed our nerves the day of and took charge of every little thing. Cass doesn't just make sure that every detail of your big day is taken care of, she does it with ease and grace. She made our vision and dream for our wedding come true and was sooo positive, calm, and friendly. She even took the most beautiful behind the scenes pictures for us. Where to begin with Cassandra!? She was absolutely flawless in helping to plan the wedding of my dreams! Not only is her personality a total blast but her eye for details and basically reading my mind was very impressive! She kept me stress free throughout the whole process and remained on top of every detail. He day of our wedding went without a hitch! (From her end at least- minor hiccup from the venue) She decorated exactly how I imagined with the decor and signs I made without needing any instruction whatsoever. I'm so thankful we hired Cassandra and if we ever renew our vows and want it to be a big party I'd hire her again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Cassandra!! You are amazing inside and out. Once it got closer to our wedding day we got a new coordinator named Tessa and she basically saved my sanity because from that moment on I had no issues and felt so prioritized. Be patient with them in the beginning because you're one of many brides they speak to on a daily basis. Once you're wedding day is actually there, it will be worth every single penny. The food was amazing, the DJ is so good and attentive, our day of coordinator Hayley was also really nice and Victoria made sure to ask me if I needed anything she was there to make it happen. I can't stress enough how incredibly beautiful our wedding was and every single guest told us the pictures of the venue we sent did not do it justice. Also, get the horse carriage it's such a beautiful moment I shared with my dad then with my husband. We saw Tessa the next day when I went to pick up some things we left behind and she asked where we were going for our honeymoon and literally within the hour of us leaving she emailed us so many great ideas and recommendations. Lake Oak Meadows is lucky to have someone like her that is so kind, reassuring, goes above and beyond expectations, and genuinely you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you to everyone who helped create our magical day sorry if I was a stressed wreck initially but you guys definitely delivered and made me look good because like I said I can't plan anything accordingly. My husband and I tied the knot in November and decided to celebrate with 75 of our closest friends and family at Longshadow Ranch Winery in Temecula. Longshadow was the perfect venue and Samantha was the perfect coordinator! We could not have asked for a better person to help plan and organize our event. Samantha is friendly, personable, organized, efficient, and energetic. The day of our event, Samantha was the first person to arrive and the last person to leave. Everything turned out better then we could have ever expected. All of your hard work and dedication made our event extra special =)

Words will never be able to express how much Samantha helped me with my wedding. I could not have…read moredone it without her! We checked out Longshadow back in November of 2011 for our wedding a year later. Longshadow is a beautiful venue, of course, but what absolutely sold us on the place, was Samantha. She was so sweet and SO WELCOMING! We never felt like we were being hussled. Coordinators at other venues can be so pushy and "salesy" which is such a turn off, but Samantha was nothing like that. She was so genuine, we had to get married where she was! For the entire year of planning, Samantha was there for me! No matter what I needed, she would try and help me as best she could. Any questions were answered, and phone calls or texts answered or returned right away. Heck, I even called her when I was freaking out about guests of horror, and she calmed me down! My own future hubby couldn't even do that! I really could not have survived the year of planning without her. As it got closer to the wedding, Samantha heard from me much more, and NEVER made me feel like I was bugging her. She helped me with vendors, gave me some great ideas (we served pies at our wedding thanks to her ingenious idea!) and let me bounce my own ideas off of her. She was not only a wedding coordinator, but a great friend! The day of the wedding, she was SUPERWOMAN! I do not know how she did it, but she managed to coordinate all of my vendors, bridal party, family, and STILL I felt like she was always next to me, asking how she could help me. She did so many little things for me, that I can never list all of them, but I will never forget! I could not have lived through my day without her. She made me wear a bib while drinking red wine before the ceremony (thank goodness because I ended up needing it,) made sure my photographer got all the shots I wanted, made sure all my songs were played, MADE SURE I ATE (huge help,) took me outside for a breather if I needed it, calmed down unruly guests, and ultimately made me feel like someone had my back that day! Like I said, words can never express my appreciation for Samantha, and I know that my wedding day was such a success because she was there to help me. Sam, you're the best!!!

Soiree was easy to communicate with via phone, text, and email. Sheila even found ways for us to save money by reusing some of the florals from the ceremony for reception. That was a very honest and realistic way for us to stay in budget but still have the florals of our dreams. They were prompt day of the wedding. In addition, we were worried about not having enough time with our photographer to complete the flat lays; Sheila accommodated this and allowed my husband and I to pick up the flat lay flowers the day before for this to be done (her idea!). We highly recommend this company for florals for your event! We would hire them again!

But we had so many of our guests tell us that they were beautiful. The consultation was so helpful. We sent over our inspiration board/mood board and we discussed everything we wanted and didn't want. So happy we booked Heather for WTW's month-of package. We were actually looking for a day-of…read morecoordinator but after speaking with Heather, we realized that month-of would be more beneficial especially with vendor logistic/timing (plus WTW prices were reasonable). Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

She was incredibly helpful during the planning process--offering thoughtful insight into creating a seamless timeline and even helping with ideas for decor and place settings tailored to our outdoor, beachy (and occasionally windy!) wedding. She thought of every detail, from preparing us in advance to get those dreamy photos (like the first kiss and cake cutting) to ensuring everything ran on schedule without a hitch. On the day, Elena was a true lifesaver. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and reception, I never once had to worry about where I needed to be or what was next. I booked her early and we initially just did a couple meetings to discuss our vision and needs regarding coordination, vendor contracts and florals since we did not need a full-planning service, only partial. She was always upfront and gave me honest opinions especially when it came to where to splurge and save, and what could look good and what wouldn't. The last 2 months is where she really shined, helping us follow up with vendors on details, setting deadlines for me to book rentals, reviewing contracts and constantly doing sanity checks when I needed it. The day of, she came extremely prepared, everything flowed smoothly (except some technical issues on part of the venue) and she was great at going with the flow and just letting the vibe and natural mood of the day go, and fixing whatever problems I threw at her. We also had her as our florist and she truly out did herself- her prices were incredibly reasonable and she handled everything like a champ when her assistant got sick the day of the reception. She also took my back and forth floral design suggestions and changes very well, as I am quite particular on details in some areas and deferred to her expertise in others.
