I was in a bind for our high school football team's Thanksgiving team dinner. Four weeks prior, the weather was shifting back-and-forth teasing rain on ONE day... the day of our event. Tuesday of the dinner week rolled around, and sure enough, the rain was confirmed for Thursday. I reached out to what felt like 1 million different companies, and most of the quotes were fairly high for a canopy. I found Arael Events here on yelp, and then I went to social media to see if I could find additional tagged photos of events they've done. Not that I needed an elaborate set up, but I wanted to make sure that the set up looked nice and that it would withstand the weather and wind. Her quote came in significantly lower than most other companies, and that included canopy walls, a string of lights down the center, as well as set up and teardown. They are quick, professional, and friendly! When I find a company that I believe in, they have my full support! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent for their events, so much so that after my event, they took down the canopy, and transported it just down the road to a friend's place for their weekend event, AND I booked them again for our team the following week. read more

Pros: - Tables and chairs were in good condition. -Fast availability. Booked on a Monday, delivered on a Saturday. - Excellent price. 5 six-foot tables with 30 chairs $150 including delivery. Great deal. - Seemed like a small family business. Cons: - Delivery and Pick-up were not on time. They were a couple of hours late. For delivery this was fine, but for pick-up I was stressing out because we were checking out of the Airbnb by 11am and they were supposed to pick everything up earlier that morning. Instead they came at 10:30 and I was getting so worried thinking we would have to carry the tables and chairs to the street so that we could close up the Airbnb. I called them, texted them, and messeged them on Yelp with no response. When I finally got a call back, the lady only spoke Spanish so we couldn't communicate and she hung up. - I didn't love that they only dropped off the tables and chairs. I thought they would unfold them to set them out but we had to do that ourselves. Overall: I would not use this company again. I did not like the lack of communication and the stress it caused me at the end of the weekend. read more
