We had contacted several other vendors for price quotes as well, and even though Touched by Time is located in the Temecula area, they did not require a rental minimum or charge more for delivery for our Orange County wedding. Nancy and Kelly are the sweetest people and are so great to work with! We had an initial meeting with them to describe what we wanted and go over details and sign the contract. Then it was just email correspondence until about a month before our wedding date, we went to pick out our furniture! As of October 2019, they had just moved to a new warehouse space, consolidating all their inventory as well as their photobooth trailers. Nancy is great at suggesting what furniture pieces will go with what and picking out accessories and reassuring you that everything will look exactly how you want it to look. We rented two lounge furniture sets (couch, chairs, table, and a bunch of accessories), an arch, donut wall setup, giant jenga and corn hole. They arrived on time, set everything up and was great about working with the restrictions of our venue. Super fair pricing (they had the best pricing for an arch!), super sweet people, highly recommend!! If you are a dog person, they have the sweetest dogs as well!!

These two helped a lost and confused bride (me) figure out what I liked and didn't like and pulled my vision together into the most perfect day! I started with just an inquiry, unsure of what I wanted in regards to rentals and without any design aesthetic myself, I had no idea what colors I wanted. I described things that felt whimsical and looked soft and romantic and Nancy and Kelly took my words and send me photos of some wonderful pieces they had. They both worked closely with me to help me narrow down my vision and even expand on it. They sourced the most PERFECT donut wall that was even better than I dreamed of. They had the frame, a wonderful vintage find, and worked with Nancy's husband to put a peg backing on it and had him make matching dowels to display even more donuts on for me! I was blown away! They tied it together with a fun marquee "DONUTS" sign and beautiful glass and gold cake stands, blush pearl beading and gold mercury votives. It was the prettiest dessert display that lured our guests into the Stone House for some delicious sweets! Additionally, once I got my vision together, Kelly knew I wanted a soft blush couch, one way or another. She kept an eye out as they are always adding new pieces to their collection or refurbishing old ones, and she sent me photos of lots of choices until we found the most perfect look! I couldn't be happier! We did two lounges, one inside the Stone House and one outside. Each had blush elements and kept with the whimsical vibe by adding glamours decanters and gold mismatched picture frame or stacked trunks and a crystal chandelier lamp. It was a dream come true and all our guests could not stop saying how it was the most beautiful wedding they'd ever seen. I needed to rent an Arbor or something to stand by for our ceremony. Nancy and Kelly had the most perfect arch and paired it with a crystal chandelier to ad a little glitz and glam to our special moment. It was perfect! They also were so wonderful in working with the Calligraphist I had chosen. They got her the vintage window in enough time so she could write out all the guest names, menu details, etc. for our escort wall. It turned it beautiful Our sweetheart table was another creative vision. I wanted nothing distracting from my hubby and I but still romantic. Kelly pulled he most comfortable wing back white chairs with a soft fur plush white and glitter pillows. She decorated the table with beautiful vintage china, charger plates, gold and crystal goblets a darling "Mr. & Mrs." sign and blush pearl beads for a romantic touch. It was stunning and made our first meal as husband and wife so special. The entire team that supports Nancy and Kelly at Touched by Time deserves 10 Stars if I could give them. A family member recommended Royalty Rentals, so I reached out. Brenda answered the same day and was super responsive. I described what I was looking for/imagining and she sent me examples from their website, even suggesting new ideas. They typically don't service La Jolla area, but she got approval to deliver there, and they were still better priced than others in San Diego area. They set up perfectly, even got our arch put together (which was a relief since it was one less thing to do), and broke down at the designated time. Their professionalism and service are top notch. I filled out an online form to select and customize the photobooth package. We opted for the 2x6 strip photos with a silver glitter background. The package was more reasonably priced than most other local photo booths that I researched online, which was part of the reason why we selected them. The photobooth was a big hit at our wedding. They had a good amount of fun props to choose from. The photobooth has options to take color or black and white photos and leave a video message. The prints came out immediately and I didn't notice any technical difficulties. The prints were excellent quality. Copies of the photos were given to the guests and pasted in a scrapbook that guests could write messages on. Many of our guests didn't know they could leave a video message, so it would have been good if that was advertised a bit more. At the end of the night, they left the scrapbook and a flash drive with all the photos and videos on it. We were impressed with the quality of the photobooth. Ryan and his wife were professional and extremely kind. I highly recommend them.

We even got compliments from our vendors about how detailed her timeline was. We got so many compliments throughout the day and after the wedding about how amazing and seamless Ari made the day; from the dress rehearsal, to making sure everything was up and decorated, the ceremony, the reception, and clean up! She provided a thorough overview of her services for the day and eliminated any concerns/hesitations. Throughout the duration of time leading up to the big day, we were having difficulty finding a DJ and officiant. I reached out to Ari and she was able to provide a long list of referrals which ultimately led us to securing a great DJ. Ari is very organized and punctual--she provided a thorough document for us to fill out, which included things like our story, timeline (order of wedding party), and a list of decor and placement. We had a rehearsal the day before and Ari arrived early and provided a seamless run through. On our wedding day, everything was amazing. Let's just say Ari and her team knew the assignment. Ari and her team were so attentive and really made stress nonexistent. They coordinated with our vendors and set everything up as pictured. It was super windy that day and glasses were knocking down & a few shattered--Ari and her team quickly pivoted and got everything handled in no time. The florist also forgot our petals for the aisle, Ari caught that on the decor list and was able to handle that situation with the florist. Her team even offered to help me take pictures on my phone! At the end of the wedding, Ari and her team put all of the items/decor back nicely & provided an inventory list of everything. Ari and her team are just amazing & I cannot recommend them enough! I reached out to what felt like 1 million different companies, and most of the quotes were fairly high for a canopy. I found Arael Events here on yelp, and then I went to social media to see if I could find additional tagged photos of events they've done. Not that I needed an elaborate set up, but I wanted to make sure that the set up looked nice and that it would withstand the weather and wind. Her quote came in significantly lower than most other companies, and that included canopy walls, a string of lights down the center, as well as set up and teardown. They are quick, professional, and friendly! When I find a company that I believe in, they have my full support! I would highly recommend this company to anybody looking to rent for their events, so much so that after my event, they took down the canopy, and transported it just down the road to a friend's place for their weekend event, AND I booked them again for our team the following week.
