She pointed her finger in Marques's face and made a threatening statement: "You don't know who you're messing with." This behavior was unwarranted and inappropriate for a professional environment, especially during critical wedding setup operations. The incident created a hostile and disruptive atmosphere that negatively impacted workflow and team cohesion. 2. Management Interruption and Escalation During this timeframe, supervisor Lisa was pulled away from an ongoing meeting multiple times due to the situation. Marques maintained consistent communication with Louis regarding task coordination. The escalation and breakdown in communication were not caused by Marques. 3. Equipment Disparity and Workplace Misconduct (Golf Cart Usage) Marques was initially informed he would have shared access to a primary workplace golf cart. However, coworkers later restricted his access by hiding the cart and marking it with their names. The courtyard was beautiful for both our ceremony and reception, and many of our guests told us it was one of the nicest and most enjoyable weddings they had attended in quite a while. The venue offers many services and vendor options, but we also appreciated being able to bring in some of our own. We used our own food vendor, and everything went smoothly. We also had a friend's small band play throughout the day and up through our first dance before transitioning to the house DJ for the rest of the evening. The venue staff were quick and efficient with the table arrangements, setup adjustments, and cleanup. It helps to stay organized and have a few dependable friends or family members available to help, but we understood that from the beginning and were very happy with how everything came together. Gayle was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had originally planned to get married there before COVID but did not end up having our wedding until afterward. Even after all that time, she had kept our records and helped us pick everything back up. She was always kind, patient, and accommodating. She encouraged us to communicate through email so any reminders, changes, or additions could be documented, and that worked very well for us. Gayle is the venue coordinator rather than a full-service wedding planner, but she still helps with a great deal during the planning process and on the wedding day. We found her presence helpful and never intrusive or hovering. She was attentive, available whenever something needed to be handled, and helped keep our anxiety under control. The house DJ did a good job for what we needed. Providing a clear playlist and specific instructions ahead of time helped, and the transition from the band to the DJ went smoothly. The announcements were fairly minimal, but that was not a major issue for us. We are very thankful to Gayle and everyone at Dove Canyon Courtyard for helping make our wedding such a beautiful and memorable day.

The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us!
