If you book your wedding or any event at The Condor's Nest Ranch, you get private use of a ranch-style home and 20 acres of 360 degree views of Temecula and San Diego County that stretches out to the Pacific Ocean. There are so many areas on the ranch that can create perfect and picturesque photos. Have your wedding ceremony next to a statuesque tree on the upper lawn, or have the panoramic view as the backdrop to your wedding. Or if you want that country, rustic feel, there's a big, red barn where your guests are entertained by their array of barnyard animals - horses, pigs, goats, llamas, cows, and chickens. The Ranch is perfect because you get to customize your wedding the way you want it. You can be as grand or simple with the decorations as you want. Your imagination can go wild here. Just look at their web site for photos of all the details. The ease about booking The Condor's Nest Ranch is that they provide everything for you. They already have a list of caterers that they work with that you choose from. A bar service, a DJ, a venue coordinator (more on that below), and an officiant that can customize your ceremony anyway that you want. Although you can provide your own officiant, pastor, or reverend. Up to you. Their basic package already provides tables, chairs, settings, linens, and clean up. Along with sound and lighting. The only thing you are responsible for is flowers & decor, and the cake. The food or caterer we choose was the BBQ option. IT'S DELICIOUS!!! Brides & Grooms are invited tot he ranch at the beginning of the year for a meet & greet of all the vendors. You can try all the food and talk with the reps and walk around the venue. The BBQ, I think is the BEST option for your wedding. It's bbq tri-rip and chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, beans, and salad. It's the best tri-tip I have ever had. And the chicken is fall off the bone juicy! Plus on the day of your wedding, it's a BUFFET...all you can eat! Next to the beauty of the venue, the food is the nest talked about thing about my wedding. There are different packages for the bar service, but we just got the regular bar service that includes beer, bottom-shelf liquor, and wine. With an open bar, it doesn't matter what kind of alcohol it is. DJ Jake, whom is the DJ that the venue only allows you to use, sounds a little restricting, but there's a good reason for that. Since the venue is "old" and you might run into electrical or power outs, Jake knows exactly where to go to fix the situation. Like what happened on my wedding. During the father-daughter dance, there was a lot of fun activity going on at the photobooth that the flash kept making that lights and sound go out. Jake knew exactly where to go to fix the situation. If it was another DJ from somewhere, I don't think he'd be able to handle it as fast. But other than that, DJ Jake makes a very good MC. Very professional, and a fun guy for your party. If you are weary on what he will play, like we were, just make him a playlist - email him mp3s or burn him a CD and you're done. We decided to use The Condor's officiant, Rev. Tony. Use him. Not only is he good looking but he's a really good officiant. He delivers good, and is able to pick up the vibe of the couple and the guests and was able to make our ceremony heart felt and funny. Guests are reminded of how they definitely felt the power and love from our ceremony. Now this is important. The venue's day-of coordinator is Lisa Doherty. You meet her at the meet & greet and are not in contact with her again until a month before your wedding. Over the phone, you go over details of where the ceremony & reception takes place and where are the little details need to be. Like if yo are going to have cake or cupcakes, is it self serve or passed around. Little details like that. She meets with the vendors and directs them where they need to be. For this reason, you NEED to have a separate day-of wedding coordinator that will be there for YOU and your reception party. I didn't know that. I assumed that she was my coordinator for that day. Long story short, if I did have my own day-of coordinator, I would not have been an hour behind schedule. You MUST MUST MUST have a wedding coordinator. It's SO SO SO IMPORTANT. Other side notes. The price seems, well, expensive. But keep in mind that you have the venue the entire weekend. Private use. Meaning there will be no stragglers, or wedding crashers. You and 14 other guests can stay at the ranch for 2 nights with full use of the everything inside. It's all you can eat, all you can drink, and clean up all conveniently packaged for you. And its good too. The venue alone should make your decision. There's so many beautiful areas and details around the place that will make your wedding pictures unique, and special compared to everyone else.

We stayed here with our family for our wedding in April and we could not be happier we found this place. All the guests complimented the venue and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Seeing the farm animals, the gorgeous vast scenery and the beautifully designed & decorated house made me fall in with this ranch the minute we entered. Lisa and her entire staff were absolutely amazing at accommodating everything we asked for. Thank you to their whole team for making our night so wonderful :)

We absolutely loved our mid-October wedding at the Condor's Nest. The venue is rustic, funky, super photogenic, comfortable, and tucked away in a beautiful spot. We were lucky because the weather was perfect the whole weekend. Bree was a very organized and helpful coordinator, the property was more than amazing, and the included vendors were all very professional and made the whole process of planning so easy and worth the price. Also, they're all super nice and flexible and made the wedding weekend a breeze by taking care of many of the details. We used Dalena's catering and it was a big hit and delicious. Some questions I had during planning that you may wish to know: They have every prop you could need. They have rooms full of vases, table runners, candles, etc in all sorts of styles. I did my own florals with a team of bridesmaids and we loved the props and details they included. We also brought our own runners, but they have some too. Bree is super crafty and can pull stuff together quite nicely-- including seating arrangement display and chalk boards writing. We had 19 guests (mostly our wedding party and guests) stay at the ranch with us (right under their 20 person limit). We brought a few air mats to make this work. It wasn't tight, but for the most part the wedding party was all good friends so a ton of privacy wasn't important. They have a ton of linens, blankets, and towels so no need to bring more. The grass on the lower field is mostly dead in October, but it still leads to beautiful ceremony photogs. The upper grass area comfortably sat our ~110 guests for dinner at the rectangle tables, which opened up space on the pool deck for dancing. We upgraded a few of the services included catering (to include appetizers and a few more sides), DJ (to add a few more hours of coverage over the standard 5), and bar service (to have higher end labels and craft beers) and the additional price tag wasn't cheap, but it was worth the expense and the vendors were all very helpful in coordinating the changes. The DJ Jake is really great. We catered our rehearsal on the ranch with a local taco caterer. It was delicious, and having it on the ranch helped us to enjoy the beautiful setting and have an intimate rehearsal (they have a 30 person limit for this & paid around $70 for tables and linens for the setup.

This by far exceeded our expectations for a wonderful venue for our daughter's wedding!! Bob and Lisa who manage the venue are delightful and so supportive- Trish was our day of coordinator and was just amazing. They do so much for you and there are NO hidden costs! We rented the home and bunkhouse and it made it even more special. All the girls got ready at "our" house and the guys were down at the bunkhouse. Pictures are amazing because there are so many unique spots to create that special moment. We were there in October so the wedding was on the flat dirt - we switched our site to the massive oaks trees and used oriental rugs down the aisle! No one noticed the dirt and the reception up by pool was just perfect- it was a magical night!!

If you are looking for a venue for your special event, look no further! Condor's Nest Ranch is magical in every sense. The owners- Bob and Lisa, are super sweet and accommodating as well. Make sure you visit the Ranch yourself, the pictures don't do it justice. The Condor's Nest Ranch will not disappoint!

Just had the most amazing picture perfect wedding here! Could not have been a better experience. Trish the day of coordinator had every detail thought of. Everything was so smooth. I had nothing to worry about at all on the day of. Everyone had so much fun feeding the animals, taking scenic pics, and dancing on the dance floor near beautiful pool. We had the best time ever. Love this place!! Strongly recommend for wedding venue. Thank you to Lisa, Bob, Ryan, Trish, Jacob!!!!

Love all the old farm equipment around, great props..

Heaven on Earth..Simply a perfect place of peace to have a beautiful wedding. The grounds are so well kept and the animals are always willing to interact..The nights are amazing under the stars as you listen to the wild life.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! We looked at several places before deciding on this one and a huge reason was because of the family vibe I got here. I was planning a big, crazy Indian wedding and even though they had never had one... Lisa, Bob and Trish were so accommodating!! We stayed on the property from Thursday to Sunday. Lisa and Bob were so great about answering the million questions that I had! Jess helped us check in and was always around when we needed him.... he even helped bartend my Henna party the night before the wedding! We had an unexpectedly cold weekend and they were quick to pull out the heat lamps to keep my guests warm! Trish helped me and my family stay on time and made sure my groom and I were able to taste all of our food!! I am Indian and my now husband is white. This venue was the perfect place to blend our two families!

The complaint of lack of vendors - yes, this is a smaller expo. I would have loved to see more vendors, but there was enough different category vendors to visit and it took me almost 2 hours to walk the floor. If you are looking for something specific, this may not be your type of event. But if it's your first time and/or don't have any details or specifics on your wedding planning, this is the place to be. I was so overwhelmed when I walked in - I am glad it wasn't a huge expo. Geared toward the "budget bride" - Geez, judge much? I am a "budget bride" and damn proud of it! Affordable vendors doesn't mean low quality! There were plenty of vendors - such as photographers, photos booths, etc. that had great portfolios. Two of my wedding vendors are sourced from this show! Sorry not sorry I'm not bougie enough to have an upscale wedding. Discrimination? Far from it. But I get it. You're mad that you smashed cake over your face and got your shiny new engagement ring covered in frosting. But you try to judge sound level with hundreds of girls screaming, music blaring and people talking. Oh you can't? Thought so. One thing I can appreciate about a business, is that they own up to their mistake and try to make it better. I happened to read the "discriminatory review" prior to the show and heard the announcement that they want to ensure it's fair and not to make the same mistake as last show. Now that's admirable. Selling of personal information - I signed up knowing my information was going to be shared with all of the vendors that were at the show and only vendors at the show. I never received any spam from non-Kiss The Brides vendors. That's how expos works. And if you missed the little disclaimer about "by submitting your email, you give permission to..." that's on you. Overall, Kiss the Bride Expo was a much more positive experience than I had anticipated, for someone who had read the "bad reviews" prior to going. I was pleasantly surprised with the information and vendors I walked away with and I would totally recommend Kiss the Brides Expo!

But my most favorite thing about this most current expo is its location. My bridesmaids and I were be to Make a weekend out of the experience, which is what I believe really contributed to our amazing experience! I highly recommend any bride, groom, and even Bridal party to attend future expos!

Heather saw us 2x before the big day: final venue walk through and our rehearsal day. She was super organized during those 2 days and helped guide us with our venue and corral our entire wedding party during the rehearsal. Heather also provided us with a day-of timeline, even for the hours she was not physically at the venue. On the wedding day, she arrived with Annaleise (team member) around 3pm and immediately got to work with the decor set up before our 6pm ceremony. All we had to do was hand over our room key and off they went! To be honest, we were so busy that day that if we didn't have Heather helping us out, I'm not sure how we could've accomplished what we needed to do. No amount of uncles and aunties could've done what WTW did in the same amount of time hah. Plus we had a cocktail hour "flip" during our ceremony, so having WTW help us during that time was crucial. At the end of the night, all our items were returned to vendors or packed away in the boxes we brought them in and stored in our room. During the month of, WTW used Google's suite to keep everything organized and documented, which I found very helpful since its a program that I am familiar with (vs learning a new program). And Heather also provides some rentals if you want to add more to your decor, which was also VERY helpful when we needed more candles and stands. Heather is professional, calm, and assertive. She knows what needs to be done to help make your day run smoothly and is a team player with the vendors and venue. For reference, our wedding was in Riverside, a church ceremony, 8 people in the wedding party, 120 guests, ~10 vendors, plated meals, and a hotel venue reception. We had a couple funky additions in the night which made the reception feel nontraditional, but Heather handled them like it was normal. We haven't received official pictures yet, but when we do, I hope to update this review so any new potential clients can see her magic. Thanks again!!

Just below, there's a pond with a gazebo, and only a few steps away you'll find the ceremony site. It's already gorgeous on its own, but it becomes even more breathtaking with added decor. The reception area, with its canopy of sparkling string lights, feels warm and romantic without needing much enhancement. My couple started their day with getting-ready photos in the bridal and groom suites, which are full of character. There are so many thoughtful details and props from vintage trays to elegant silver-framed mirrors, that make for creative images. We also used the spacious, beautifully lit living room for portraits. The first look and bridal party photos took place just outside the house, which provided a private and peaceful setting since guests gather in a separate area for the ceremony and reception. After the ceremony, we explored the gazebo and pond for more portraits. One of the most unforgettable moments was sunset!!! My jaw was on the floor! The sky turned the most incredible shade of pink, with mountains surrounding the venue and the string lights beginning to glow. It was absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't stop taking photos. And the bridal bouquet -- I still have no words. It was more incredible than anything I had dreamed of!! Needless to say, the florals completely stole the show all night, and they were talked about weeks after our wedding. She went above and beyond with every single piece of her work. We could not have been happier and more in awe with it all!! Kimberly is passionate about working closely with her clients and building the relationship to deliver florals that feel so personal and fitting. She is also all about working collaboratively with the vendor team to really achieve that beautifully styled wedding with attention to every single detail. We HIGHLY recommend Kimberly and The Dainty Lion Floral Co. for the couple that is looking for florals that stand out from the rest with a bold and a non-traditional /fresh flare, and well as a creative and kind soul that places her heart and passion into everything she touches.

First time seeing a concert at this venue. Nice outdoor theatre...I thought. We saw Kenny…read moreLoggins, he was great, still sounds good. Sound was good too. But the visual part of it was not so good. Seats are all level, no elevation and the stage seemed low. Really hard to see anything. We finally ended up standing off to the side and could see more than at our seats. The venue could use some big screens with cameras on the artist. That would help! I liked Pala Casino, good drinks and nice restrooms near the concert area.

Isn't this place just "Pala Starlight Theater???…read more I still claim this to be my second favorite place to see a music performance in San Diego County. This time we saw Sammy Hagar and the Circle. A performance of old and new Sammy written songs from Montrose to Chickenfoot. I call the show, "The best cover band ever", because there was too much Van Halen and Led Zeppelin and not enough Montrose. Rumor (my accompanying concert goer) has it, Van Halen broke up because of Sammy. During the show I realized he wrote all of the Van Halen love songs. Not too cool for a guy who anticipated way more shredding rock-and-roll this evening. The venue remains number two on my list behind San Diego State's Open Air Amphitheater, but I've seen way more shows here. There's a few reviews that claim the seating is bad or otherwise inadequate being comprised of folding chairs. I'm an older guy and can a appreciate a seated show more than standing, although I have been known to stand an entire event in the back while enjoying a cigar in the adequately sized smoking area in front of the lower floor of the hotel's east wing. This area is elevated about 8-12" above the standing crowd so you can see the performance from back there. They also have/had patio heaters to keep us toasty back there. I usually always buy the cheap seat in anticipation of standing back there and moseying around to check out the performance from keen vantage points (albeit only for a few moments normally because security will tell you to keep moving) of better sound, and some that are rather close to the stage (great for pics). I have seen Chicago at this venue among other artists and unfortunately, sometimes you just have to stand if you want to see above those sometimes annoying dancing enthusiasts. My wife is very short (less than 5') and she just bought us decent tickets (seats) for KC and the Sunshine Band, so I will probably be dancing with her. We'll see if she's still good with the seats as she was for Chicago (plenty of dancing during that one also). But the charm of this place is you can stand and walk around and never miss the show. Then you can return to your seat. That's why I always get the back row on the end . . . nobody ever sits there and you never have to say, "excuse me please". Deal with it. The entire casino is under construction and the bars this evening were a fiasco, but it will hopefully be better come October. That's all I'm going to say about that. The hotel-guest only pool area has also been closed off to concert traffic They did do a really nice job of the place (they have like five pools) except closing the door to one other bar that used to cater to the concert crowd. Also, I did talk to the staff and they said the inside bar area used for the concert shows, where you can easily hear the show, still has not received small satellite speakers to bring the show's clarity inside of the bar while you are being serviced; otherwise the sound you hear inside there is rather muffled. I guess that means you need to get someone else to fly for drinks so you can still enjoy the show. Still my number two. BTW, with all of the changes coming up at Pala, look for several other reviews of mine sometime soon. See my other reviews Dicks
