She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! (The one thing I will say that added to this nervousness was some lacking communication, particularly when we went to do our walk-through a couple months before the wedding day and our appointment was not on their calendar--or rather, it was put down at a different time.They definitely redeemed themselves from this though!) Tiffany, our main contact & their principal coordinator, let us know ahead of time that she wouldn't be present the day of the wedding, but to rest assured, because she had 2 other coordinators that would take care of the day. And let me tell you, they (Crystal & Jordan) were AMAZING! Like I said, I had the bridal party ready to help set up if needed, but the help we had to do was minimal. Jordan and her team set the tables up so beautifully, and I just sent her a picture of what we wanted. Crystal was on top of everything and would come to me periodically to let me know how everything was going (ceremony set-up wise) and I let her know of any changes, etc. She basically kept assuring me that things were done & would be great--and they were! Honestly we weren't expecting anything crazy, but even with that we were super bummed with the experience. The one star is for how cute the place and setup are. It has a lot of potential, and maybe something was just going on this particular day that made the experience so awful. But even if that was the case I wish they would have explained. Anyway, the tea party started at 11 am and they did not specify how long it was supposed to be or the end time. We get there on time and sit down, enjoy the adorable set up and wait to be served. It took about 20-30 for us to be served our tea and lemonade. After that we are waiting for our finger foods (which on the advertisement they stated it would be sweet and savory). They did not bring our bites until 12:30! Meaning it took an hour and a half for them to bring a small tray of croissants, cupcakes and cookies! I was so confused as to why it took so long to serve.. I mean clearly almost everything was premade besides the little basic finger sandwiches (and it was taking a long time for everyone, because we were listening to all the little girls around us complaining of how hungry they were). So finally we get ours and instead of getting ham & cheese sandwiches like everyone around us, they gave us chicken salad sandwiches which the kids did not want at all. I ate them because at this point I am super hungry and getting a headache because i'm also super pregnant. We ask the lady if they have anything else and she said she can make them grilled cheese sandwiches. The main problem was that for the amount of tickets they sold/tables they had.. they were understaffed. There was just one adult (who i'm assuming was the owner) and two kids helping her (i'm guessing her kids). I loved that the kids were serving the tables but it literally took an hour and a half for us to get a super basic tray of snacks and they only came twice to fill our tea. On top of all that, what bothered me the most was there were moms waiting in the waiting room for a solid hour waiting to be seated! Their daughters all dolled up for a cute day with their moms and literally waiting an hour to be seated for something that was supposed to start at 11 am. A lot of the moms were disappointed but what can they say? They don't want to ruin the experience for their daughters. No joke if this was my business i would 100% refund all the moms there. I was so bummed I ended up leaving with a headache that lasted all day. I am just tired of businesses taking peoples money and not delivering.

Oh, and by the way, the previous owner MURDERED someone on this property. LONG VERSION: Booked Wilson Creek Manor directly through Avantstay's website but the day before check-in I got an email saying they had to cancel my reservation because of a broken water heater. Why wouldn't you CALL instead of just emailing? My reservation was less than 2 days away, call and leave a voicemail. I called Avantstay immediately after I saw the email and the call gets routed to some overseas call center. The person can't help and says they'll reach out to the dept that handles this and I should hear back within the hour. 1.5 hours later I still haven't received a callback so I call again. Same response, said I should hear back in an hour. 1.5 hours later, still no call, I call again, now they say I should receive a call by 5pm (5.5 hours later). My check-in date is the NEXT DAY! 5pm might be too late because what if they don't call me back and everyone goes home for the day? Then they change their answer to someone will call back in an hour. But I've heard that one before. FINALLY someone who can help calls back and finds me a replacement property. After we hangup I discover a hiccup. One of the families staying with us was planning to bring their dog they noticed that the new property doesn't allow pets. We paid a pet deposit so this is something that Avantstay should've caught and pointed out. That family had to find a last minute accommodation for their dog so that was another added inconvenience. Another hiccup: I was told I'd receive check-in instructions the next morning. On the way to the property my wife asks for the details of how to get inside the property so she could send it to the other families. Realized I didn't receive those details. Had to call Avantstay once again. Another inconvenience. This is all BEFORE we even stepped foot onto the property. While on the property we discovered someone was MURDERED in that house. This spooked everyone and no one was able to sleep well.
