My husband & I recently had our wedding here at Harmony Estate and I am so overwhelmed with gratefulness on how such an amazing experience we had. Being 26 and 27 yrs old we came into this season not knowing where to start and how to go about everything that needs to be invested in a wedding but from the moment we decided this venue was perfect for US but also our 190 family/ friends we got the help that was promised to us. From the moment we booked with them, to having a group chat where everything is talked about even at 1am asking questions and getting responses as quick as they could, from every detail that is needed for a wedding they were so helpful and available to us, experiencing our whole weekend wedding here at Harmony Estate staff were very welcoming. I can't put into words how attentive they were with us and our guest the day of the wedding of course as a couple at times we can freak out but I can genuinely say that this venue and staff felt like family. From the decorations, to the flowers, food even accommodations for the kids that attended, photography/ videography, bartender & Dj, also the morning of having something to eat and drink & for it to be a package available from the venue helped my husband and I tremendously. I attended a wedding where staff decided the Americans with Disabilities Act didn't apply to them. The fact they forced individuals with mobility issues to leave the wedding area pre wedding only to have them walk a great length with no assistance and then refused to give them a head start or assistance back to the wedding area is absolutely horrific and clearly shows the massive failure of whomever runs this place. Got married on March 21, 2025 and there is so much to mention about this beautiful venue and amazing staff! Gilbert & Cass (owners) were absolutely incredible and made sure everything was in line and perfect! Brittany (planner) and Trinh (coordinator) were wonderful and really made sure the floral and decorations were perfect! We honestly felt so special and were well taken care of, especially our parents tables were taken care of throughout the night. I am a very type A, detail oriented person & they hit every detail to make sure my vision came to life. I had the absolute pleasure of painting a live wedding portrait at The Harmony Estate back in October, and I can't say enough amazing things about this venue! From the moment I arrived, I was completely in awe of how beautiful the entire event space was. I was able to paint a scene of the ceremony space which is in front of this pond and greenery, it's so stunning! The venue created the perfect setting for an unforgettable wedding day and the perfect scene for a painting! Not only is the venue itself lovely, but the staff was incredible. As a vendor, we truly see how everything is behind the scenes. I only have great things to say! I came from out of state and was booked directly through the couple so I didn't know any of the staff prior to the wedding day. Even though I hadn't worked with them before, everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful throughout the entire day. They made sure I had everything I needed as well as did everything possible to ensure the day ran smoothly. They were so accommodating to me as I painted, checking in often throughout the night. We had our wedding here recently (June 2025), and wow--the place is gorgeous. The food? Delicious. The coordination? Smooth. Ann Marie, Brittany, Rene, and the crew deserve gold stars for pulling off a beautiful event. Guests loved it, and on the surface, it felt like a dream. But then came...the house where our family and wedding party stayed overnight after the ceremony. AC: Imagine a hot yoga studio disguised as a wedding venue. Downstairs was a full-on sweat lodge, and upstairs was only slightly better. Not ideal for an 87-year-old grandma and a 3-month-old baby. We spent part of the night worrying more about heatstroke than the bouquet toss. Towels: None. Zero. Nada. Unless this was some avant-garde "BYO towel" policy, a heads-up would've been nice. Door locks: One bathroom and a bedroom had questionable locks. Nothing spices up a reception quite like the fear you might get trapped mid-bathroom break. Bottom line: stunning venue, awesome staff, fantastic food. But for what you pay, functional AC, working locks, and something to dry off with shouldn't be optional extras. We emailed management privately and got radio silence, so here we are--Yelp is our mic drop. I recently had my wedding at this venue & it was perfect! We went with the Harmony Package, which included a two night stay at the house on the estate. This was a great choice because it meant we could have the rehearsal dinner, get ready all morning and hang out with friends all at the venue with no driving or stress. We went with their florals and were very impressed with the colors and variety of flowers. The DJ was also great! The way the DJ hyped everyone up and matched the music for the grand entrance was my husband's favorite memory. Food was great. We requested kalua pork as a special dish, and the chef executed it perfectly. Most importantly the planners, coordinators & staff were all so friendly and hard working. We got married in May of 2025. Right from the start Cassie and Gilbert were great, attentive, and very helpful. They were not able to meet us for a tour they usually like to give to prospective couples but had the next best person show us the site. They have a nice area for the ceremony, beautiful hangout area for cocktail hour, and amazing indoor barn for the reception. One thing that really stood out to us is that Cassie and Gilbert were very helpful from the start. Giving up alot of their time and providing so much information and hopping on a few calls with us as we were trying to make our decision. We checked out a few other places nearby Harmony Estate and did not get the same kind of service or communication. It definitely felt right picking Harmony. Another perk we liked was that Harmony can so much in house. Catering, floral, photos, video, photo booth, DJ, etc. It really helps cut down finding and coordinating other vendors. Once your date is set, they setup a group chat with you and someone assigned to help work with you up to your special day. Brittany was amazing and answered all of our questions, provided great input on items they have, what they can do, or suggestions for anything you can think of. They took care of our welcome party dinner as part of our package. tacos were so good! The food here is great. To ensure the best experience possible, almost everything is managed in house/all-inclusive (which was one of MY wish list items) 3. Communication was very easy and they were very flexible with many aspects of the pre / during / and post (basically almost 2+ years) 4. Umm obviously the estate itself is BEAUTIFUL. I feel so lucky that my wife found them through IG HASTAGS(!!!) during Covid while they were still within their first year of ops. We had been looking at so many places and I still can't believe it all worked out the way it did. EVERYTHING about the entire property was PERFECT. 5. The TEAM!!!! As mentioned, it starts with the owners, but I cannot tell you how much ALL OF OUR GUESTS were so impressed and complimentary of the entire staff! Again - communication, accommodation, and 5-star experience without ANY of the stuffiness. So so fun. The food - BOMB. The photography and video - PERFECTION. The floral arrangements - more perfection. The bartenders - rad. (Maybe too rad haha). And literally everyone! 6. They are so big on ensuring that the couple ENJOYS their wedding. Where to even start. Our wedding on 03/30/2024 was absolutely a fairytale come true. Everything went perfect and we felt like our vision was heard through the entire wedding planning process as well. Gib and Cass, are some of the most down to earth people, and went above and beyond to accommodate our every need. Their staff was so patient, and kind. Harmony Estate made our wedding day the best we could possibly imagine! From the first day we toured, they made us feel like family and ensured us that our big day would be everything we dreamed. They are extremely open to feedback and adjustments, which we had many due to our families somewhat "specific" and refined taste. They had no problem rolling with all of our requests. Throughout the year leading up to the wedding we were able to text them at any time we had a question and they would respond almost right away. This really helped ease any anxieties I had and let me "brain dump" any thoughts that would come up without having to schedule a formal phone call or send a lengthy email. The day of was wonderful, and we stayed on property the night before and after, which was extremely convenient. Our day of coordinator (also named Vanessa) was amaaazing. She was literally like J-Lo in the Wedding Planner. Professional, kind, and gorgeous on top of it! She made me feel so comfortable, and she was truly a calming presence throughout the day for both my husband and I. We never had to even think about what was next on the agenda, getting another drink, making sure we ate and got water, etc. She became like our third brain, making everything happen for us and handing us a fresh drink before I could even express that my brain was forming the thought "I could use a refill!" Can't say enough good things about her! Our DJ was also wonderful, played super fun music, and was extremely accommodating with our requests for changes throughout the night. I'm fairly certain we were getting extremely annoying with music requests, but he never gave me the impression that it bothered him. He was great at hosting the games we played during the wedding as well. The entire staff was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, accommodating and professional. The venue is absolute beautiful. The grounds are immaculate, and all our needs were met. The wedding and reception were as close to perfect as I could have imagined. There isn't a single thing I would have done differently. We decided to go with the Harmony Estate for everything (photographer, videographer, floral, decor, venue, food, cake, booze, literally anything & everything you could think of). The staff was amazing during the entire planning process and answered every single question we had. We had quite a few major hiccups during the planning process and the owners, Cassie & Gilbert, were completely understanding! I know the price looks a bit high, but this is such a low cost for everything that you get. Any other venue would cost double with all these add ins, if they even had them. The first thing that caught our eye about this place was that they had a house on the venue for people to stay at during the wedding weekend, this was extremely important to me because I wanted our bridal party at the same place! The house alone was amazing, so beautiful & big enough for our entire bridal party! The rehearsal dinner was fabulous and the food was so delicious! The open bar was perfect, everyone ended up getting drunk, but because of this we were all in bed by 8 PM LOL. Don't even get me started on staff day of! I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything, they catered everything to match our vision and didn't expect us to do a thing! There's a groomsmen suite & a bride getting room, they served breakfast, whiskey, and mimosas the morning of. The day of coordinator was on her toes the entire day. I'm not sure what we would have done without her. I have quite a few physical limitations bc one of the hiccups I mentioned earlier & she was there with water, asking me if I'm okay, or if I needed anything. She was a GODSEND the day of. Where do I start? Cassie and Gilbert are absolutely the best of the best, hands down. Cassie, Gilbert, and Brittany were there every step of the way and made everything so easy, blissful and perfect. From day one of booking, we were always updated, checked in on, any questions we had were answered very quickly and they always have your best interest at heart. We gave them ideas and Pinterest boards and they turned it into our dream wedding, something we dreamt about for 9 years. We had a super big ask/request for an astronomically large American flag to be placed in the barn, Gilbert went out of his way to make sure that flag was wrinkle free and everything went up perfectly prior to the wedding. Cassie and Savanna were with me most of the day for photography, I melt. They are absolutely the best of the best. I felt like I was with two of my girlfriends and I mean just look at the photos. Brittany (wedding coordinator/florist) I gave her boxes of stuff and just let her do whatever she thought looked best and she placed everything so perfectly and it was gorgeous. Floral? Dreamy and gorgeous and I didn't have to change a thing. The food!? Listen. I have never dreamt about a burger more. I promise you, hands down, the chef is literally chefs kiss. We also elected to do the rehearsal dinner and picked the taco bar, taco truck who?! The carnitas were so delish and everything was so fresh. Overall, everyone at the wedding said the burgers were absolutely delicious and was the best wedding food they have had. Everyone always says "your wedding day is going to go by so fast". I remember every detail and the entire day of my wedding because of how well Harmony's team managed the day. The team at Harmony is absolutely AMAZING. During the entire day, not only me and my husband, but all of our immediate family and bridal party were taken care of every single minute. We had a few kids and also our dog who is also our baby, they treated everyone as if they were their own. My husband and I felt like we weren't surrounded by workers and were just another wedding on another weekend, but apart of a family. Choosing Harmony Estate was THE BEST decision we ever made. We had an absolutely incredible wedding experience. The Harmony Estate is not just a venue, it is the whole package, for a very reasonable price!! As a bride, you have so much to worry about, but Harmony Estate helped take that extra load of stress by providing everything you could imagine. From our first meeting with Cassie and Gil, to our engagement photos, tastings, walk-throughs, floral mock up, rehearsal, etc. we felt they made a very strong connection, and their communication was flawless.  Not only is the Estate beautiful and plentiful with offerings, but Cassie, Gil and team take it to the next level by showing that they truly care about the experience for the bride, groom and guests.   When the big day came, Cassie and her team were with us every step of the way.  Vanessa was our day-of planner and did an excellent job juggling many different tasks and personalities. We can't say enough good things about her. We both felt comfortable throughout the day (even when it started to rain 1 hour before the ceremony).  The Ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, and reception went exactly as planned, and yielded the exact experience that Cassie and Gil described to us.  We could truly feel that they did not want us to worry or stress during our big day. Such an amazing venue, and even more amazing people running it! Everything about this venue and the process couldn't have been better. Myself, my wife, family and friends all had amazing things to say about the venue and how well our wedding went. The fact that they were able to accommodate our all inclusive needs, made the past year virtually stress free. I am not sure how most feel, but being the man throughout the process of planning a wedding, I was initially worried about how stressed my bride would be and how this would impact the process of planning our big day. Cassie, Gilbert, Britney and Josh all made sure we had nothing to worry about. I'll be honest my expectations of planning the wedding were really low, and the team at Harmonious events really made it so easy, stress free, and fun! They really made us feel like family and took care of us all the way through. Of course with COVID going on and attempting to have a wedding in 2020 was a roller coaster, but their team was so accommodating and we had a PARTY! Everything about our wedding was so much fun and they made sure we didn't have to worry about a thing. They will start off by interviewing you and your significant other to understand your goals, vision, budget, and worries. After the first kick off, you will have periodic check-ins to make sure everything is in order, and I can tell your from experience we had little to no hiccups, beside the COVID scare of course. Gilbert and Cassie welcomed us into their home and made sure to keep us informed throughout the whole process. Their catering and food was SO good! We decided on BBQ and it came out great. Definitely opt in for the late night bites, it really finished the night off perfectly. The engagement and wedding photos came out perfect, and we are glad they were able to capture the exactly feelings we had throughout the whole wedding. Everything about our wedding was perfect, and we are still about a month and a half later having people reach out to say how amazing the wedding was. Harmony Estate is a fairy tale dream come true!! Gil and Cas are absolutely AMAZING! The team they have built did not only attend to our every need, but they also felt like family. We never expected to feel so loved and taken care of by our wedding venue and vendors. The team anticipated our every need any made sure the day of was stress-free and that our guests were happy and comfortable! We stayed at the estate (and our wedding party still can't get over how amazing that experience was) and used all of their in-house vendors. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! The Harmonious team is well worth the price, as everything was perfect and our friends and family all shared they felt our wedding cost at least double to triple what we paid. The food and drinks were amazing and Gil and Cas made sure that even our non-alcohol drinkers were comfortable (which made up half of our guests due to religious regions). The wedding party and our immediate families felt so attended to by the entire team! And our day-of coordinator was a god-send! The team helped us stay on time with the schedule without feeling stressed. The photos have come out BEAUTIFULLY! I have never felt more gorgeous than I did on that day thanks to Cas, Savannah, and the rest of the team! And the DJ is LITERALLY THE BEST WEDDING DJ EVER!!! He truly cared about our love of music and was also so attentive to us. At one point as we began to get overwhelmed with all the guest photos and events, the Harmony Estate DJ came up to us and reminded us that it was our day, to breathe, and suggested the perfect song to play to help us center ourselves again and remember why we were there. I don't have enough words to explain the love and appreciation that we have for Harmony Estate! This place is over the top beautiful all the way around. I mean I haven't felt that stress-free in such a long time. Every last one of their staff members was easy to get in contact with and provided prompt responses. We were able to have a last minute wedding done and they did not miss a single detail and produced a wedding that we never imagined with the time frame given. We truly can't thank Harmony Estate enough for the energy and effort that they put towards us to have the most magical wedding and much needed time with our family and friends. We have never had people or a place leave such a lasting impression on us and they have set the bar remarkably high!! You will not regret getting into business with this team and this venue. They will put you first and do everything they possibly can to give you what you need and more. We are extremely disappointed with Harmony Estate. They are unorganized and unprofessional. When we toured the venue, Gilbert gave a great sales pitch of how they are unlike any other venue. He said "everything you don't like about other venues, we don't do" and basically where other venues rip you off, "we won't." After searching a few other local venues, we ultimately decided on Harmony Estate because they were the most "reasonable" and did most everything in house. They assured us that we could be as hands off as we wanted, that we could tell them what we wanted, and they would execute it. Long story short.. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this venue. They want you to communicate via a ridiculous group chat through text with the "team." They only schedule one phone call to review all of the information for flowers, decor, food, etc. At multiple points their "coordinator" asked us for information about food, decor, flowers, etc. that we had already shared with them... They made multiple errors with our invoices....and had to resend them. There were errors in the amounts charged and things left out that we made clear we wanted. We booked our rehearsal dinner with them, which mind you they don't provide ANY decor for. You have to bring in any decorations and florals you want, AND provide your own drinks when you already pay a lot per person. After much back and forth about the invoice errors and expressing our frustrations, Gilbert and Cassie became extremely defensive and rude. They ultimately gave us "free" items to make up for their many mistakes, but they made it clear they were unhappy with us the day of the wedding. They were friendly to our faces but we could tell they wanted us gone. Day of.... was HORRIBLE. Our day of coordinator was supposed to be Jessica (who we never met), but somehow became Cassie and some girl that was "shadowing" her who had no idea what she was doing. When the bride and bridesmaids showed up to the venue, Cassie was aware and greeted them, but then disappeared for 30 MINUTES. Cassie was nowhere to be found and at multiple points we needed direction on the timeline. The bride's bouquet and bridesmaids flowers were ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the multiple inspiration photos sent months in advance. They were sent back to be adjusted and came back even worse.... So they were sent back again...still not what the bride wanted but at that point it was almost time for the ceremony. This venue doesn't even have a legit florist... We had mariachi at the wedding and coordinators (Cassie and the other girl) placed them in a common area right next to where the bride and bridal party were trying to take photos, so guests began to arrive and gather where the bride was prior to the ceremony.... It was a complete MESS. We asked them to move the mariachi and they said they couldn't... so we had to stop pictures and sneak back inside. We would like to make it clear that our photographer, who was an outside vendor, did a MUCH BETTER job of following the timeline and coordinating than Cassie did. During the beginning of the reception, they CLOSED THE BAR! Mind you we paid for OPEN BAR. What a joke. So during speeches, the majority of guests didn't even have a drink to cheers with. Cassie made sure that the bride and groom and their immediate families had a drink but literally nobody else... At the end of the night we told Gilbert we were going to leave a car overnight, since he clarified that we could (at least 2 times previously) as long as it was picked up by 10am the next morning. When we said we would leave the car, he said "I don't think so." So we packed up the truck with a bunch of our own decor we brought and left. This place is a joke. They are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and go back on things they say. A lot of their team is young and INEXPERIENCED. For how long they have been doing weddings we are so disappointed in their execution. read more

My husband and I chose this venue for our September wedding. The entire staff and wedding planning personnel that comes "included" in the price is not worth it. Cass and Gilbert could have been much more involved in the process. It feels as if everyone on the team was operating by themselves and weren't communicating with one another. we waited over 60 days for our photos and half of them are still missing. Our day felt rushed and like our business wasn't set as a priority. Every concern we addressed was countered with an additional price or dismissed. Overall, we regret spending this amount of money on a mediocre wedding venue. I would definitely be cautious with booking this venue and wedding planning "all inclusive service." read more

We had our wedding at Harmony Estate on June 1st and it was absolutely perfect! We booked this venue when it was Bella Gardens Estates and we are SO happy that Harmonious Events took over. Gilbert and Cassaundra are amazing people. They instantly felt like friends and we knew we were in good hands. We are so impressed with this venue and everyone who was involved in our big day. We decided on the all inclusive package and it was the best decision ever. Wedding planning was so easy and stress free. We chose what we wanted and they made it happen. It was so nice and convenient to have our wedding party stay with us. We had our rehearsal at the house and the pizza by Giovanni was amazing, our family loved it. We got to party all weekend with friends and family and even used the jacuzzi. It was perfect waking up on our wedding day already at the venue. The spaces for the bridal party to get ready are so cute and comfortable. Our ceremony was held outside on the lawn. The weather was perfect, the space was beautiful, the floral by Harmonious Blooms was perfect, and the DJ John did a great job with the music and keeping everything on track. Everything went extremely smooth and if anything went wrong I had no idea. The reception in the gorgeous barn was so much fun! We had BBQ for dinner and it was incredible. The bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. The staff made sure I had a drink in my hand at all times which was a plus :) Our guests had so much fun, we had several people let us know that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. This place is amazing! The venue is beautiful and the people who work there are awesome! From start to finish the owners made sure that my daughter's wedding was everything she dreamed it would be. The whole wedding process was a lot easier because of Cass and Gilbert(owners). They are super friendly, and they made sure that we were happy! The flowers were beautiful, the food was yummy, the bartenders were awesome, the venue was clean and beautiful, the photographers/videographer were kind, and the sneak peek pictures were incredible! I forgot to mention how organized and friendly the wedding planners were! I simply can't say enough good things about this place. *Most of the wedding party stayed at the house which is on the property. The Harmony Estate was the fourth venue we went to see but the first one that my wife loved. As soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one we were looking for. Everyone was so attentive and caring throughout the months leading up to the event, especially the day of. They take care of everything, from all the decorations to photography and catering the event. Food and atmosphere.... I truly cannot wait for my wedding at this stunning venue! My fiancé and I, as well as my parents, have been to Harmony Estate about 4 times now leading up to our big day. The first time was shortly after the new owners took over and I was in awe even then. What they have done to the property since then has beat my expectations and dreams. Then, there is the food! We (me, fiancé, and my parents) were there last weekend for our taste testing and left completely full and beyond satisfied. Thank goodness too, because my parents had an actual wedding to go to later that day and they called me that evening to rave about how amazing our food will be at my wedding, as the food they had at the venue nearby was less than impressive. Our "tasting" at Harmony Estate was more like a lunch, as the Harmonious Events team has basically become friends, if not family during this planning process. We are going with their BBQ menu and every single item we tasted, had our mouths watering. We still haven't narrowed down exactly which appetizers because ALL of them were so good! Bacon wrapped jalapeño poppers, grilled cheese bites with tomato bisque, sliders, chicken teriyaki skewers, oh the cheese stuffed meatballs and more! Again, we are still trying to pick our 3 for the wedding! The main dish is going to be tri-tip, chicken, and pulled pork. Doing all 3 because we couldn't choose just 2! And the BBQ sauces...delicious and savory! The best mac and cheese, rosemary garlic roasted potatoes, and grilled veggies completed the plate. I'm really regretting not getting a picture of any of the food! The bartender was on-site to create our "His and Hers" cocktails and we were sold on the first one he made each of us! "His" is a cucumber margarita with a Tajin rimmed glass and "Hers" is a raspberry vodka spritzer. He also made us some dang good Bloody Marys to enjoy with our lunch! Ok...finally, the desserts! We are having a small cake for pictures and for those that like cake...and we had to choose only 2 flavors because we are doing a small 2-tier cake. That was very difficult! All 6 of the flavors they gave us to try were delicious. Although we didn't try these, our main dessert is going to be churros in vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce. I just love that it's an option and everyone I have told is very excited. I cannot thank Harmony Estate and the Harmonious Events Coordination Team enough for everything they have done so far. Bride's Perspective: I would like to start out positive, as people Gilbert and Cassie (owners) are truly great people. Our first meeting with them after they bought the wedding venue was very laid back and informative. We had booked the venue when it was Bella Gardens Estate, and then it sold unexpectedly around 6 months later and became Harmony Estate. I can only imagine what it is like to have an event company and then a venue- that is a lot of weddings! Unfortunately that is why I have an unsettled feeling post wedding that my wedding was just one of their many that needed to "just get done". The reason I use the "just get done" phrase is because after the wedding when my mom asked what happened with some of the details of the wedding day, we were informed they had another wedding that day somewhere else and they had worked with those clients for two years. Now I kind of wish I did not know that fact, because then it felt like my wedding was not as important to them because we were not one of their original weddings and had not worked with them as long. Every bride's day is special, and not just to her but also her groom and all of their guest. I can forget about some of the things that just did not work out how they were suppose to that day because I choose to remember the parts that I loved about my wedding. However, I have a hard time knowing that some of my guests, especially my mom, will think of my wedding and remember how they had to run around and help with things that the staff was supposed to get done. The day after my wedding at the airport I called them all to say thank you for helping out so unexpectedly, and of course they all say they didn't mind but they were our guests and for the amount of money paid they should have all felt relaxed throughout the wedding day. I can't go back and change the mishaps that occurred at my wedding, but I can offer advice. Advice for potential Harmony Estate Brides: be very detailed and seriously have a list of what staff are responsible for what because then you and your family knows who is responsible for what jobs that need to be done especially on the day of the wedding. Advice for Harmony Estate: you have a gorgeous venue and you are great people, but please remember that every wedding that you guys work may be just another event but these are very memorable days for your clients. The guests should feel just as happy and relaxed on the wedding day as the bride and groom. Go over what staff needs to be doing prior to the event, and have a list or something to make sure things are not forgotten. I know you two had said that you had a rough experience with your own wedding and that is why you started this company, don't forget why you started this. read more
