Where do I begin! Hawk Ranch is not only the most beautiful picture perfect venue in all of California but it also has the most hard working, flexible and kindest staff EVER. They made my dreams come true with the most spectacular wedding which included allowing me to bring my two horses and keep them on property for two nights, come in early for hair and makeup day of the wedding, bring my dog to be my ring bearer, fly a drone to capture me riding my horse down the aisle and more. I am forever grateful to my wedding planner Crystal for making my every wish come to life in the most perfect way possible. Planning a wedding was so stress free and easy with Crystals help and expertise. Every vendor included in their all inclusive package is just as amazing!!! Their florist Tammy, so sweet! Their DJ Andy, amazing to work with! Temecula catering, the most delicious food...my guests have not stopped raving about it! Not to mention their pricing is extremely fair and competitive. You also have the option to make monthly payments so everything is paid off by your special day. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much Hawk Ranch!

We came here to see the ultimate spitting machines and got to see more than just the alpacas. We also got to see and feed the goats , baby doll sheep , horses , chickens , pigs and more with the hay given by our tour guide! Speaking of our tour guide, he was really informative and friendly. The tour lasted for about an hour. Anyhow, this ranch is really huge. With that said, they keep this place really clean and tidy. Also, you could tell that they take good care of the animals. They all looked healthy! Totally recommended ! TIPS: if you meant to go to The Alpaca Hacienda, all the Alpacas have moved here!

My niece had her wedding and reception here and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of the bride and groom and family while taking photo's, making sure they were fed. I think one of the coordinators was Crystal, she was excellent at directing our large family and keeping the event flowing. They had great sound for the ceremony especially for an outdoor wedding. They had a water view, I didn't get too many pictures we were caught up in enjoying the moment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone getting married.

This is how their General Manager chose to respond

It saddens me that I am posting with negative feedback of my experience at your ranch, but if I didn't share this with you change would never happen. I was in Temecula at the South Coast Winery for a week to celebrate my 45th birthday. I planned out every activity and one of them on my agenda was your ranch. I'm a wheelchair user and when I searched for wheelchair accessible activities, I was super excited about your ranch. Today was horrible! I had a 2pm appointment for a private tour with my father and two friends. Unfortunately, my father and I got lost so I arrived after the rest of my party. Once my father and I arrived, the tour guide never bothered to come introduce himself to me (let alone my father who was the driver of my wheelchair accessible vehicle). Instead, he chose to direct his questions and concerns about me to my two friends who were with him in the golf that was parked where my father and I couldn't even see. It was my two friends that came to rely information that the tour guide was sharing about the best way for me to get to your farm area. Which was to follow behind his golf cart to the location. My father, then started to follow the tour guide (after we could see him) and as we proceeded we came to another stop near a building. We see the tour guide saying something to the rest of my party, but again, not approaching my father and I about anything. We are now confused and don't understand what is happening. The tour guide started to drive again only this time my vehicle cannot fit in between another parked golf cart and the shrubbery. The tour guide kept driving so my father honked the horn. The tour guide just kept driving! So my father honked the horn two more times to get his attention! Finally, he stopped, but now he is so far away that my father gets out of the vehicle and yells "someone needs to talk to me!" The tour guide now comes running towards him and apologizes to my father and said he thought the other two people knew everything that was needed for me. At this point, yes, my father is frustrated and annoyed, but he wasn't yelling at that point. He was telling the tour guide to talk to him about me not the rest of my party. Obviously, my father and I would know what is best for me! The tour guide completely understood and everything would have been just fine, until the on site manager, DeAnna, came out and interjected! She came outside with an attitude and said "I'm the manager. What's the problem here?" My father (still frustrated and annoyed) started to explain and next thing we know she is telling my father to stop yelling at her employee and that they have the right to refuse service. My father tried to explain that the tour guide was so far he had to yell. She told the tour guide that he doesn't have to put up with that and told my father to get off the property before she calls the police and no refund. Then she left. Not once did she try to de-escalate the situation. She involved herself after the tour guide and my father were ready to move forward. And not once did the tour guide step up to say, "hey, I made a mistake and I understand why he is frustrated and annoyed. I should have communicated my questions and concerns with Biancca and her father due to Biancca's disability needs." This isn't the first rude encounter I have had with your General Manager via email and I should have taken it as a red flag! Today was a horrible experience $190 later! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Hawk Ranch is, quite literally, the perfect wedding venue. The care they put into the smallest details, the beautiful setting, the ambiance, I just can't praise it enough! From the moment we saw it, we knew THIS was where we wanted one of the most special days of our lives to take place. We toured other venues, most had nice features but came with sacrifices and they all lacked a certain magic that is innate at Hawk Ranch. Hawk Ranch knows this, by the way, you can tell it in the pride they take showing off the venue and their complete lack of pressure to make a decision right away. Of everyone, the staff at Hawk Ranch was the most genuinely welcoming and kind. Shout out to Kailey, DeAnna, and Crystal (who we'll get to in a moment). We decided to go with an all inclusive package which included the absolute best staff and local vendors imaginable. Hawk Ranch has done its vetting, let me tell you. Our guests raved that we had the best food, deserts and music of any wedding they had been to. They loved our bartender (and her drinks) and were so impressed with Rachel, our officiant who was phenomenal to work with, and our floral arrangements (which many guests asked to take home with them). Our wedding coordinator, Crystal, was an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with. From day one, she felt like a friend and brought so much excitement to the process. A well of ideas, inspiration, and information. Any question we had she had an answer for. She also had the very best referrals for vendors that fell outside the scope of our package. I could go on and on with this review. I feel indebted to Hawk Ranch and their phenomenal staff for making our day so incredibly special and memorable. It's been three months since our wedding day and we're still hearing from guests about how beautiful it was. "The perfect wedding" has been used to describe it multiple times. That tells you just about everything you could hope to know.

The crowd arriving for a company party.

Recently attended a company party here during the day. It was a perfect setting on a warm sunny day. Picturesque property most often used for weddings and funerals but the company party worked out well. The venue has lots of space, a pond and walking trails, places where games can be set up as well as food areas with tables and chairs. Kids and their parents were treated to a petting zoo. There were ducks in the pond that added ambiance. For this party we had a dance floor and DJ. A nice place we are happy to recommend.

Hawk Ranch and their staff were our favorite part of our wedding!! Cannot say enough good things about them and the venue!! Their team was amazing and took care of everything to make sure our day was seamless!! Crystal answered all questions and supported us every step of the way. The entire staff was overly accommodating and made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Cannot recommend Hawk Ranch enough!!!

Hawk coordinator Crystal is a great person, she was very helpful at all times. I highly recommend this venue for your events, everything was so beautiful. My daughter had a great time. Thank you Hawk Ranch!!

Area where they had the ceremony

Went to a wedding here yesterday. Funny that I live just a few miles away, but never knew it was there. Absolutely a beautiful venue! It's back in horse country of Murrieta. The grounds are amazing! The couple had no problems at all. Everything went off without even a hiccup. Definitely would recommend looking into if you're planning on any kind of event.

Beautiful location for an outdoor event! We attended a graduation here and it would be the perfect location for a wedding! Only suggestion would be to add more restrooms for a large event (but this was a pretty large group ). All in all I do recommend this amazing place!

Ceremony area.

Hawk Ranch made all of our wedding dreams and ideas a reality and we cannot thank them enough! This venue will go above and beyond to make sure every detail of your big day goes as smooth as possible and EXACTLY how you imagined it. From the initial planning stage to the day of your wedding, you can count on them to be easy to reach and willing to answer all your questions. Crystal was amazing! No matter what the question, problem or concern, she had it handled. She is VERY knowledgeable about every little thing on the property and with vendors. She without a doubt made this whole process easy for us. She is an incredible resource to have help you plan! The Venue itself is gorgeous, very clean and romantic. The ceremony sight is very secluded and personal, no matter the time of day. We also had our reception on site which was beautiful under the lights in the trees and lighted pathways. 12/10 recommend getting married at Hawk Ranch!

Hawk Ranch is the best wedding venue we could have ever picked! Our wedding was a dream come true! Kylie, Crystal and Heather and seriously the best people to work with and they know what they're doing. The staff on our wedding day was great. They set everything up just the way I pictured it! Crystal always had the best attitude and soothed all of my stress about setup. Being pregnant and planning a wedding was so easy with Crystal as our wedding coordinator. She answered all our questions and gave us advice when we didn't know what to pick. The venue is well maintained and beautiful all times of the year. We booked our wedding date in March for September and every time we came back to the ranch, we fell in love with it all over again. Hawk Ranch was the first place we looked after getting engaged and every venue we looked at after didn't even compare! We highly recommend Hawk Ranch for your wedding venue!

Our entire experience with Hawk Ranch was amazing. We just had our wedding here on March 8th and everything and everyone, from the coordinators (Crystal and Heather) to the setup/cleanup staff were all so wonderful and helpful. They definitely made our day feel like it was under control, within our control and seamless from start to finish. We truly cannot thank the entire team enough for making our dream wedding a reality. From the bottom of our hearts we appreciate you all and HIGHLY recommend this venue and staff for any/all events!

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

Check in was standard and easy also. The room was decent and the AC and heater worked great! The toilet wouldn't flush and was stopped up. They had black out curtains and we were given two double beds. I actually slept well in the bed surprisingly because I usually don't sleep well in hotel beds. I paid over $900 expecting something clean, comfortable, and updated, but the room felt more like an old motel than an Embassy Suites. The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The shower handle was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly, the carpet looked old and worn out, the door to the room looks more like a prison cell, there was a loose screw on the floor, the air vents were rusty, and the TV kept cutting in and out. There were also stains on the blankets/covers and scratches all over the doors and furniture. I took plenty of pictures because I honestly couldn't believe the condition of the room for what we paid. I will say that some of the staff members were friendly, and I don't want to take that away from them. Breakfast was decent, the only saving grace was the omelet station. I appreciated the reception hour (5:30pm-7pm you get 2 complimentary drinks. They were one of the only positive parts of this stay. The amenities offered were all completely outdated - the gym, the pool, even the little convenience store had very limited options. Overall, the hotel felt very creepy and uninviting. The hallways to the rooms were dark and uncomfortable, smells moldy, the walls are paper thin, and I honestly would not recommend this hotel for women or solo travelers. Thank God I was traveling with family members because I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone. Definitely not worth the price, and unfortunately not somewhere I would stay again.
