I had witnessed such unprofessionalism at an event that was supposed to be a happy joyous occasion because the owners chose to make us feel unwelcome and unwanted in their venue and one of them by literally yelling at multiple children and inappropriately grabbing one little child. I can't think of any reason this would ever be okay. Perhaps when an event is paid for, and taking place maybe the owners should separate themselves until the event is over, if little children bother them. read more

We decided to try out the tour and were very happy that we did. Located off the 15 freeway, it is a working ranch in the country side. The ranch is nicely kept, and is on 40 acres. We met Johan and he drove us around on our tour. Super friendly, nice, knowledgeable. We started with feeding the ducks and checking out the giant pond which has some fish and tadpoles to feed the ducks, but we got to feed them some pellet food. It was funny to see the ducks and their pecking order of who got to eat in what order. But it was kind of organized chaos with them trying to eat over the top of each other. Then we got to meet Ranger, 1 of the Great Pyrenees, that keeps an eye on the flock and keeps the coyotes away. Next we got to go over to the Alpacas, Steve was a big one but very standoffish. Ferguson the sheep was a favorite. After the Alpacas we got to see the Turkeys and Chickens. A lot of squawking going on in there. Then we got to feed some goats and a pot belly pig. Those goats are fun, but definitely hungry and devour the feed. Next we passed by their only current cow, but they have some coming back and they will soon have Scottish Highland cows too, so definitely going back for that. We went over to feed carrots to Bruno the donkey. We did not get to feed the little pony, it had allergies and had a face covering. Then we went to the gift shop and got some fun items and reasonable prices, and a dozen farm fresh eggs for $10. Last stop was the chicken coop to see all the chickens laying eggs, that was a unique experience. Especially to see 1 mama chicken leave her eggs and another come in to sit on them and think they were hers. I think when mom came back there was going to be a brawl. Tour was about 90 minutes, it went by very fast. Definitely fun and will go back with other visitors. Plenty of pics posted for you to check out. read more

We came here to see the ultimate spitting machines and got to see more than just the alpacas. We also got to see and feed the goats , baby doll sheep , horses , chickens , pigs and more with the hay given by our tour guide! Speaking of our tour guide, he was really informative and friendly. The tour lasted for about an hour. Anyhow, this ranch is really huge. With that said, they keep this place really clean and tidy. Also, you could tell that they take good care of the animals. My niece had her wedding and reception here and it was absolutely beautiful! The venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of the bride and groom and family while taking photo's, making sure they were fed. I think one of the coordinators was Crystal, she was excellent at directing our large family and keeping the event flowing. They had great sound for the ceremony especially for an outdoor wedding. It saddens me that I am posting with negative feedback of my experience at your ranch, but if I didn't share this with you change would never happen. I was in Temecula at the South Coast Winery for a week to celebrate my 45th birthday. I planned out every activity and one of them on my agenda was your ranch. I'm a wheelchair user and when I searched for wheelchair accessible activities, I was super excited about your ranch. Today was horrible! I had a 2pm appointment for a private tour with my father and two friends. Unfortunately, my father and I got lost so I arrived after the rest of my party. Once my father and I arrived, the tour guide never bothered to come introduce himself to me (let alone my father who was the driver of my wheelchair accessible vehicle). Instead, he chose to direct his questions and concerns about me to my two friends who were with him in the golf that was parked where my father and I couldn't even see. It was my two friends that came to rely information that the tour guide was sharing about the best way for me to get to your farm area. Which was to follow behind his golf cart to the location. My father, then started to follow the tour guide (after we could see him) and as we proceeded we came to another stop near a building. We see the tour guide saying something to the rest of my party, but again, not approaching my father and I about anything. We are now confused and don't understand what is happening. The tour guide started to drive again only this time my vehicle cannot fit in between another parked golf cart and the shrubbery. The tour guide kept driving so my father honked the horn. The tour guide just kept driving! So my father honked the horn two more times to get his attention! Finally, he stopped, but now he is so far away that my father gets out of the vehicle and yells "someone needs to talk to me!" The tour guide now comes running towards him and apologizes to my father and said he thought the other two people knew everything that was needed for me. At this point, yes, my father is frustrated and annoyed, but he wasn't yelling at that point. He was telling the tour guide to talk to him about me not the rest of my party. Obviously, my father and I would know what is best for me! The tour guide completely understood and everything would have been just fine, until the on site manager, DeAnna, came out and interjected! She came outside with an attitude and said "I'm the manager. What's the problem here?" My father (still frustrated and annoyed) started to explain and next thing we know she is telling my father to stop yelling at her employee and that they have the right to refuse service. My father tried to explain that the tour guide was so far he had to yell. She told the tour guide that he doesn't have to put up with that and told my father to get off the property before she calls the police and no refund. Then she left. Not once did she try to de-escalate the situation. She involved herself after the tour guide and my father were ready to move forward. And not once did the tour guide step up to say, "hey, I made a mistake and I understand why he is frustrated and annoyed. I should have communicated my questions and concerns with Biancca and her father due to Biancca's disability needs." This isn't the first rude encounter I have had with your General Manager via email and I should have taken it as a red flag! Today was a horrible experience $190 later! From the moment we saw it, we knew THIS was where we wanted one of the most special days of our lives to take place. We toured other venues, most had nice features but came with sacrifices and they all lacked a certain magic that is innate at Hawk Ranch. Of everyone, the staff at Hawk Ranch was the most genuinely welcoming and kind. Shout out to Kailey, DeAnna, and Crystal (who we'll get to in a moment). We decided to go with an all inclusive package which included the absolute best staff and local vendors imaginable. Hawk Ranch has done its vetting, let me tell you. Our guests raved that we had the best food, deserts and music of any wedding they had been to. They loved our bartender (and her drinks) and were so impressed with Rachel, our officiant who was phenomenal to work with, and our floral arrangements (which many guests asked to take home with them). Our wedding coordinator, Crystal, was an absolute gem and a pleasure to work with. From day one, she felt like a friend and brought so much excitement to the process. A well of ideas, inspiration, and information. Any question we had she had an answer for. She also had the very best referrals for vendors that fell outside the scope of our package. Recently attended a company party here during the day. It was a perfect setting on a warm sunny day. Picturesque property most often used for weddings and funerals but the company party worked out well. The venue has lots of space, a pond and walking trails, places where games can be set up as well as food areas with tables and chairs. Kids and their parents were treated to a petting zoo. There were ducks in the pond that added ambiance. For this party we had a dance floor and DJ. A nice place we are happy to recommend. read more

Where do I even begin! If you are looking for a venue that you and guest will be talking about forever, this is the place! When first getting engaged the FIRST venue we looked at was Hawk Ranch and met with Kylie, she answered all our questions and was so nice and patient with us. Every other venue couldn't compare to hawk ranch. We went back and booked with Hawk Ranch and we are so glad we had our wedding there! 1. Its beautiful, during the day, at night with the lights, all of it is magical. 2. The Venue comes with as little or as much as you want! They have different packages, different décor, different setups to match your vision. They work with your budget and have so many options to add things you want for your perfect wedding! 3. Crystal and Heather are amazing to work with! The dream team coordinators, they make everything easy from start to finish! Being a type A bride, they give you the freedom to give all your input and visions and bring them to life for you, they made the wedding day flow with making you feel calm and at the same time the most important people of the day. My now husband and I had our wedding on 5/26 at this venue and it exceeded every expectation that we had! Let me start off with the planning leading up to the wedding. I am not the best bride, by that I mean I am terrible at Pinterest and all things wedding planning. Crystal made this process SO EASY for my husband and I. She gave us a timeline that she suggested but was SO FLEXIBLE with any adjustment/quirky ideas we had! Kylie may give you the initial tour and she gave off this exact same vibe, very warm and overall you could tell she cared about making sure our day happened exactly how it needed too. Now for the actual wedding day, the grounds looked INCREDIBLE! As the bad bride, once again I did not have a million different DIY crafts for our wedding but I didn't need it! Crystal and her team carefully took the time to put our small amount of decorations exactly where they needed to be to make our reception and ceremony look exactly like us. I got a compliment from almost everyone one of my guest stating that how beautiful and warm the reception area was. My bridal party and I got there at 9 and we're constantly checked on through out the day by Crystal (with a very calm smile) stating "how are you doing? Can I get you anything?" Most of the time this answer was no, everything is wonderful but the couple times I did need something Crystal was right there. The wedding went so smoothly and exactly how we planned without feeling stressed/ rushed by any of the staff. When my husband and I were taking pictures we even had a security guard offer to take us to a beautiful location we didn't know by golf cart and then proceeded to watch us fake laugh and run for about 15 minutes with our photographer! On a final note the day after the wedding everything was returned in PERFECT condition and Crystal and her team made it so accommodating for us to pick up all of our items! If I had the ability to give hawk ranch 100 stars I would. Starting with the venue, it's beautiful. It's a working ranch. So there are adorable animals all around. I found that for some of my younger guests, the animals were a nice distraction for them to look at. Jacque the free roaming peacock was also a fun addition to the property. The reception area houses some of the most lively ducks and a beautiful lake. It is the perfect backdrop to the ceremony! The bridal suite is a terrific place for the bridal party to get ready for your big day. I had a bridal party of 5, and it housed us and 1 makeup and hair person comfortably. In my humble opinion the crown jewel of the property is the reception area. It housed among large trees. It was able to accommodate my 100 guests very well. At night it turns into a magical forest. We were able to dance and have a wonderful time! The staff members of Hawk ranch worked so hard to make my wedding day perfect! Hawk ranch was my secondary venue, the first one tragically fell through. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Kylie gave me the tour and I was HOOKED. I knew I needed this place to be my venue. Kylie answered every question that I had in a prompt fashion. Kylie was just as excited as I was for my wedding. It made me feel great to know that someone at the venue was just as excited as I was for my big day. Amanda the bookkeeper was on top of everything. The crown jewel of the staff personal is Crystal the coordinator and her daughter heather. Due to the issues with my other venue we essentially had three months to plan my wedding and Crystal made it happen! I laid out everything that I wanted and she made it happen or let me know if there was a potential issue. Her experience as a coordinator was key to making my day PERFECT. The day of the wedding crystal goes to work. She decorating, corralling vendors, and pointing lost guests in the right direction. From the parents of the goom. I am not sure I have the writing ability to correctly express how fantastic everything about our experience at Hawk Ranch was but I will give it a try... From begging to end the venue and the staff were great, my son's wedding was so beautiful. Every expectation and vision my daugter in law had was executed perfectly and the staff, well let's just say 5 stars does not come close. Crystal and her daughter were at our disposal every minute we were there to answer any question or assist with anything we needed. Every member of the Hawk Ranch staff that was there was polite and very eager to help in anyway possible. A special shout out to Jake and Frankie (I hope I got their names correct) they were so attentive to any special needs from running to the bar and picking up grapes and strawberries for our hungry ring bearers and flower girls to bringing us water while we were waiting for pictures and making sure our elderly grandmothers had anything they needed while waiting. My wife and I highly recommend having your wedding at Hawk Ranch and making sure Crystal is your venue coordinator. My wife and I got married there in October 2022 and had a large 170+ person wedding. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful of a wedding venue it is, which is undeniable given it is a very-well maintained outdoor venue with beautiful trees, tons of greenery, and a large pond. Its really unlike any other venue you'll find in the Murrieta/Temecula area, especially for the price. And, the day of the wedding, everything went absolutely smooth and, I may be biased, but it was the best wedding I've been to. Crystal and her team were very responsive throughout the entire process, answered all of our many questions, and provided excellent vendor recommendations, including Temecula Catering, Wine Country Florals, and 2 Olives & a Twist. One of my favorite things about Hawk Ranch is that it is BYOB--you can provide your own alcohol, which means you get to save money compared to other venues and purchase the alcohol you and your guests actually enjoy. We were also able to secure our own DJ, DJ Solstice, who provided DJ services, professional audio and lighting, and a photo booth. One thing we really appreciated is that the venue did not nickle and dime us for using their lounge furniture and other decor they have on site, which is unlike many of the other venues we toured. My wife was overall happy with her bridal suite, although it is probably better for a smaller bridal party (she had 9 bridesmaids so you won't find many venues that have a bridal suite that can accommodate such a large group). For the grooms suite, they offer a very nice trailer with a nice little outdoor area. Again, it wasn't ideal for such a large group (I had 7 groomspeople) and it is located near the parking lot where guests enter from so I really wanted to ignore that area beginning an hour or so before the ceremony. One recommendation would be to build a more formal grooms suite with a pool table or other indoor games in the future. Unfortunately, the one day in October it happened to rain was on our wedding day, which, as you can expect, caused a lot of stress the week leading up to the wedding given it is an outdoor venue. Crystal, along with our personal wedding planner (Events by Ari), worked extremely hard to secure a tent large enough for our guests and vendors and that was to our quality (e.g., clear tent, draping, twinkle lighting). This was stressful given there was limited availability and the venue didn't have its own tent, but it ended up working out and we were able to secure the tent we wanted through a separate company. Another recommendation, which I understand the venue is already planning to secure, would be that Hawk Ranch offer its own tent as a back-up plan in the event that it does rain the day of the wedding. Given tents are expensive, hopefully it could be offered at either a discounted rate or only for the labor costs. In addition, the bathrooms were pretty far from where the tent was located, which resulted in a lot of time walking back and forth from the bathrooms to the tent. NOTE, this is ONLY an issue if it rains on the wedding day and you have a larger 100+ person wedding. In hindsight, I probably would have preferred to pay for a luxury portable restroom that could have been located closer to the tent. Something to keep in mind as part of your back-up plan, but not necessary at all. Overall, my wife and I were extremely satisfied with how the wedding turned out and actually believe it exceeded our expectations. Lovely venue. The only complaint would be the constant barking of dogs directly behind the tables while very heartfelt speech's were being made during the reception. If I was to book this venue I would have it written in the contract, "No dogs, owners or otherwise." Very sad. read more

Crystal was very accommodating and had a lot of great suggestions for us before and during the shoot. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable about the property , weddings and other events. We attended a wedding on 06/04/2022, a beautiful ranch & security went above & beyond to oversee everyone was ok, I thought the other staff were a bit unorganized considering the amount of money they charge, I don't think it's proper for the bride, her mother & the wedding party to have to set up tables. Just last week I had my wedding at Hawk Ranch and let me tell you they did an AMAZING job. When I say nothing went wrong, I mean it. Crystal and Kylie far exceeded every expectation I had and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went perfectly. Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to Crystal and Kylie for all of their hard work throughout the entire process. From start to finish, they were with us every step of the way and always willing to help. Hawk Ranch was the first venue we visited and we loved it instantly. It is truly beautiful and the people make it even better. We received so many compliments from our guests and I am just so happy with how it all turned out. Hawk Ranch is gorgeous. Our granddaughter's wedding was there Saturday. Everything about this place could not have been better. Their coordinators, Lisa and Courtney, were on top of everything and were more than accommodating. My husband has limited mobility and they met his every need. The beauty of the grounds matched the niceness of everyone who worked there. It's very peaceful and you just want to come back and walk around the lake. This is just gramma's review.
