They have options to include many things in their package, so you can really get an all-inclusive day. The bridal Suite was extremely pretty and bright. It had a full bathroom, and chairs and mirrors for getting ready. The Grooms Suite was awesome nice, and had a foosball table. After, we stopped and had a glass of wine under pretty patio area. The wine we tried was very good, and The View just added to the experience. We didn't have much time here, so hope to go back to explore more.

I came to Amanda after touring two venues that same day, distressed, covered in dirt, and red in the face from crying. I was met with the warmest embrace & kindest hearts. Truly, Amanda saved my wedding. She (and the rest of the amazing team of course!!) listened to every question, all 1 million of them. She never made me feel like a burden or annoying for asking a million questions and made me EXCITED for my wedding again!! From there, we planned the wedding in three months - something I believe can only be done by people who truly care about the bride above all else. It's…read moreabsolutely beautiful, the food and drinks were fantastic, and I wouldn't make a different decision about the venue. Some highlights: - The Stone House as a venue is beautiful. There was plenty of space for 150 people, and it felt like the ceremony, cocktail hour and dinner were all slightly separated despite being in the same spot. We appreciated the convenience of staying in the same location while also having the experience of moving guests around. - The Stone House is not accessible by foot or private vehicle. It was incredibly private, and we were able to control when guests arrived. No one was able to get there super early, which helped with the schedule. The shuttling was also very easy. - We loved creating our signature cocktails with the mixologist Eric. He's super knowledgeable and it was so much fun. We came up with 3 perfect cocktails. - The food was great, and I never like wedding food. It was hot! The tasting was also really fun, we liked meeting vendors and the other couples getting married there. - The Creekside House was a huge plus. We used it to get ready. I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 groomswomen and 3 mothers all getting ready there. It never felt crowded. We also did our Sunday farewell brunch there. There was plenty of parking and lots of space inside and outside. We had music on while we got ready and a football game Sunday. We also had a couple bridesmaids and a few guests stay there, which was great. - I loved Devon. She was super friendly, really great at explaining all sorts of information when I first viewed the venue, and overall very helpful. We had a small hiccup with a suite for the getting ready space. She called me, we talked it out and she came up with the idea for the Creekside House, which was better than the suite anyway. - Every in-person interaction I had with any staff member was always positive. Checking in was easy and we were able to get into the house early. Everyone was always kind and attentive. - The property is beautiful and we used a lot of it. We did our rehearsal on the oasis lawn, which was a good size. We did our welcome reception on the patio beneath the Corkfire grill (including glow ball which was so fun), took photos at the Meadows and a few guests golfed. It was great as an all-in-one venue. - Our bridal suite was beautiful, we really loved it. There was a bottle of champagne, a cookie and a cute little note when we arrived. They gifted us a very soft blanket. Some Challenges: - There was a lot of nickel and diming. We needed an extra microphone for our ceremony vocalist. That was an additional charge ($130). We needed an extra cord, that was a charge. etc. I get that those things are usually rented for a fee. We paid around $50,000. You'd think they could just let us use the mic. - I don't feel like the amount everything would cost was accurately explained prior to us signing. Maybe that's on me and my understanding, which is why I didn't choose 4 stars. My advice would just be to really try to get clarity about what it's all going to cost. - It was pretty cold that night. To be clear, this is not the venue's fault, just something to consider. The ground also gets very slick and would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, we are so happy we got married at TCI. We can't wait to visit in the future and remember our beautiful wedding.

However the minute we got to the parking lot and stepped into the venue, we were speechless at the vast beauty of the estate. The oak tree immediately caught our attention, and every detail we saw after that drew us in more and more. Jennifer and Ron have done an amazing job at keeping their home and venue so well kept! Their story of how they began this venue business with their own daughter's wedding is so touching, and it makes sense why they continue to invite others into their home to host such beautiful events filled with love. They actually took part in making sure everything went accordingly on our special day, and we are so glad to have met them! I thought the venue couldn't be more beautiful the day we first visited, but when the flowers bloom and the grass becomes greener... WOW! Absolutely breathtaking!!! They have done a wonderful job with their upkeep. Kendra was our lead tour guide and ended up being our wedding day coordinator, and she absolutely played a vital role in how perfect our planning journey and wedding day went. I cannot emphasize enough how well she took care of us and our bridal party - I don't think I'll ever feel the same royal treatment anywhere, anytime else for the rest of my life! She was so patient and heard us out on every question/concern, and yet so very succinct so that when time came to make a decision, we were all on top of things. She has such a sweet personality as well, you can't help but smile whenever you're working with her! The site separations make it a fluid journey for your guests, as you begin at the lowest area with the ceremony and welcome pergola, then move up to cocktail hour where the bathrooms are conveniently located centrally, and then finally the reception area where beautiful market lights are hung. I honestly fell in love with the surrounding trees and market lights - it looks so magical at nighttime! The bridal and grooms suite are spacious and had the right amount of space for us to get ready in. We had 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen, and easily fit with all of our belongings. We even held a Chinese Tea Ceremony in the front of the bridal suite, no problems at all! Some other venues had a large bridal suite and a small sad room for the Groom, but that's not the case here! They had a pool table and foosball table to enjoy! Both suites also have fridges in case you have drinks you wanted to bring! With all that being said, the windy road to Circle Oak Ranch was still a worrisome thought in our minds, but with their recommendation of a Shuttle vendor, that was all resolved! All of our guests were able to utilize the shuttle pretty effortlessly, and no one had to worry about driving back home in the dark. All of their vendor recommendations were amazing - would highly suggest picking from their list because the ones we did were perfect for us! She has been nothing short of amazing. When COVID hit, she helped to accommodate our new wedding dates without hesitation. When organizing an event, communication with the managers is key, and their communication was excellent, answering all my questions respectfully and with great customer service. From the view from the parking lot outside, it doesn't appear as spacious or impressive, but don't be fooled by outward appearances. If you need a venue to host your event, I highly recommend the Corporate Room.
