Pam is the best. 1) She is very passionate at what she does, and she always has an answer for any questions you may have. 2) She is very organized and is always willing to help out. Pam is also willing to create your vision and customizes anything that we requested, which was within a reasonable request . 3) She is always responsive , even through her busy schedule and is there when you need her. We can rely on her , and eases our stress from the weekend grind of wedding planning ! Thank you again Pam and More Rentals read more

It's been five years since my wedding was canceled due to COVID. Like so many others at the time, I was facing financial uncertainty, but I initially understood why this business chose not to refund my deposit. We were all trying to stay afloat. What I don't understand is why--after all this time--not one person has reached out to me. My calls have gone unanswered. At this point, it's clear they've chosen to keep my money and hope I just go away. Well, they almost got away with it--but I won't stay silent. The least I can do is share my experience so others can make informed decisions. Times are tough again, and now more than ever, people deserve to work with empathetic, customer-focused companies. Out of all the vendors I worked with--some much smaller businesses, and even The Mission Inn in Riverside--every single one handled things with empathy and integrity. This company did the opposite. I never had a wedding due to COVID. That ship sailed years ago. Suggesting I use the deposit for another event is completely unrealistic. I'm not an event planner--what would I even need rentals for now? If the business chooses to respond here with a long, defensive comment instead of simply doing the right thing, don't be fooled. A polished reply from behind a keyboard doesn't change the fact that they've ignored me for five years. This experience has been deeply disappointing. If they're still holding onto deposits from people who never received a service, it says everything you need to know about how they operate. read more

We can't be anymore happy no pun intended with everything. The clear tent the tables the chairs the glasses the stunning plates and silverware. Working with Mike and his team made everything seamless. They sent a rep up for a final walk through on a Sunday to meet with everyone for our sons wedding. Highly Highly recommend. Mike had the Cad drawing done for the wedding planners right away. It just was a wonderful team read more

While our venue already came with tables and chairs, we utilized More Rentals to elevate the space with a rented bar, sweetheart table, arch for behind our sweetheart table, cake table, lounge and escort card display case. They were extremely easy to work with and had very reasonable prices for the items being rented. Renting with them was seamless and their inventory and pricing is easily visible on their website. After our initial order, we decided on additional rental pieces we wanted to add and they were incredibly quick in adjusting our order and adding on the available pieces. We had a great experience with More Rentals and would highly recommend renting with them. Great value and gorgeous pieces. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I would rate 0 stars if possible. I hired them for my wedding and they put in the date wrong and I didn't have any chairs, tables, silverware, etc for my wedding. When I tried to work with them to get any compensation they told us that if we sue them, they are lawyers and won't give us our money. They used COVID as an excuse not to do the right thing. Then they told me they'd give us a small gift and that never happened. They are not good people. They are not a good business. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. When we tried to contact them afterward they always had an excuse and didn't want to take responsibility. We had a huge order for over $3k and they treated us like we were nothing. I recently tried to follow up and even still I am being ignored. I've waited months to write this review because I was hoping they would be willing to communicate with us but I feel like I have no other choice. It's a shame things worked out this way. They took what was the best day of our lives and put a major blemish on it. read more

Back in November 2019 my best friend asked me to marry him. Then in January 2020 we started planning our wedding. Then in March, well... you know... We had to put planning on hold because our wedding was always planned for August. We waited, come June we start planning our big day again! Come July, back on hold Come late July we are determined this will happen! We won't back down! We had a small wedding anyway (35-ish people) and about three weeks before we were to be married our venue changed due to the "no indoor religious services" rule in Cali. The first vendor I was speaking with about renting a Chuppah in July just dropped off the face of the earth. Stopped answering emails and didn't pick up the phone. Second vendor could not give me an appropriate quote once I had to move the venue (charged more because no client relationship, and kept quoting me for chairs I no longer needed) then handed me off to her assistant who also couldn't get my quote together. All I needed was a simple Chuppah, and since my (now) husband is Jewish it was pretty important. Enter Emily! Lucky number three! She responded to my emails and calls quickly. Less than two weeks before my weddingI was freaking out, but she had this lovely wooden Chuppah available, on which I was able to hang some of my and my hubby's race medals, a pair of running shoes, and our blasters for cosplay. The Chuppah represents the home you and your spouse are going to create, and in this case it was perfect because it was sturdy, simple, and looked great. We were able to personalize it, and Emily made sure it was dropped off and picked up with plenty of time for us to decorate. She and the coordinator for the hotel we had our ceremony at handled everything, and I had nothing to worry about on the most important day of my life. Thank you so much Emily, if I ever have need for party planning I would love to do business with your company again. I appreciate your help and professionalism very much! read more

My husband and I used More Rentals for our wedding and couldn't be happier with the decision! Everything paired together perfectly and was exactly what we were looking for. Their cross-back chairs were gorgeous and perfect for our ceremony and reception. The farm tables were exactly what we had in mind - and the variety of sizes allowed us to have a very cohesive look. We also rented our bar from More, and it was PERFECT. Again, totally matched the look of the tables and chairs. Overall, the rentals helped make the day - and everything looked perfect :) Throughout the whole process, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend More Rentals!! read more

As an event planner, I know the importance of a reliable, professional rental company! More Rentals is this--and so much more! Not only do they have functional rentals (tables and chairs), but they also have tons of specialty items I just love! I love being able to send clients to a one-stop shop. I often work with Emily, and more times than I can count, she's gone above and beyond the call of duty--style boards, keeping the showroom open for an out of town couple, tons and tons of revisions. Day of, the staff is personable and helpful. In 17 years, I've never had another rental company come up to me, check in several times and ask if they can assist in any way....talk about going the extra mile! read more

Farm Tables & More made my wedding dreams come to life. They provided the long farm tables and belly up tables for my reception as well as white benches and a custom arch for my ceremony. They were VERY responsive and professional and made it easy to plan in the stressful months leading up to the wedding. We had an initial meet up at their warehouse and they literally had EVERY thing you could imagine for a wedding. Their warehouse looked exactly like my Wedding Pinterest board. The pricing of the items were very fair and were sent to me detailed out line item by line item and were easy to make changes as the time got closer. Farm Tables & More also custom built the arch for my ceremony from an image I sent them that turned out perfectly. On the day of the wedding, they delivered the items to both the ceremony location and reception location (they were in different locations) right on time and picked them up promptly at the agreed upon time. I highly recommend Farm Tables & More for any wedding or other event that could use the look and feel of the products they offer. read more

My husband and I recently worked with More Rentals for our September wedding. As our venue had all the farm tables and chairs covered, we were specifically looking at the lounge furniture they offered. I am a researcher by nature, and talked to A LOT of possible venders. I had a specific budget I was working with, so I needed to find a great deal, but I still wanted quality items and a great customer experience. I know, that can be asking a lot. Anywho, it ultimately came down to Folklore Rentals and More Rentals. Although they both were very helpful in answering all of my questions and inviting us to their warehouses to see the inventory, we chose More Rentals because they worked with out budget and a very strict set up and pick up time set by our venue. Their inventory was pretty limited, but the style worked well for our event so we made it work. When the day came, everything looked beautiful and exactly as I pictured it. Thank you so much for helping my vision become a reality! read more

I had the privilege of working with Farm Tables and more, 2 weeks ago. As an event coordinator, working with an outstanding rental team is hard to come by. Especially one with patience and a keen eye for detail. Paul, Peter and Trevor exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond. Not only did they arrive early (which I always appreciate), they were extremely accommodating to my OCD and need for perfection. Also, because I'm pregnant all three of the guys were super sweet and helping me lift things that normally I would be able to. I can't wait to work with them again. I've already added them to my vendor list and will absolutely be recommending them to my clients. Thanks again guys for a great event! read more

We would recommend More Rentals in a heartbeat! We rented from them for our outdoor wedding on August 3, 2019 in Rolling Hills, CA. The setup for the furniture was absolutely stunning. So many of our guests said they had never seen such beautiful rental furniture. The whole process of working with More Rentals was seamless and easy. My mom and I took a trip to the warehouse in San Diego to see the furniture in person before the wedding, and we are so glad we did. We experienced amazing customer service. We were led to each piece of furniture that we were interested in renting, and all of our questions were answered. We appreciate a company that has that kind of transparency. All the furniture was delivered and setup exactly as we had hoped. We loved working with More Rentals. They are a company that prioritizes their customers, and they carried out our vision precisely. The setup and take down processes were flawless. Everything was exquisite, and we will definitely be using More Rentals again when we need rentals for another event. read more

More Rentals is the best! When we decided to change our 200+ person wedding to only 10 people due to COVID, we were scrambling to reimagine our plans. I hadn't planned on using rentals for the big wedding, so was a bit overwhelmed trying to find the right fit. I talked to several rental companies, and Emily at More Rentals was by far the sweetest and most helpful person I connected with. She was very quick to respond, happy to walk through various options, and make changes as we went. Not to mention they have a great selection of items! They were able to schedule our set up the day before our wedding so we didn't have to rush it, and they were extremely flexible on the pick up/ take down time the day after. We opted for a small, beach wedding last year. At the time I was trying to plan everything on my own, and had no idea how to pull it all together. My wedding coordinator suggested I check out Farm Tables & More for some ideas on seating and on the beach setup. I initially went to their showroom on my lunch break to get a feel for what they actually offered. Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was welcomed and given a quick tour of their facility, with information on how they make their pieces and what options were available. They provided me their pricing and I went home to think over what we wanted to do. We ended up renting benches for on the beach for seating, Megan's arch for the beach ceremony, a couple of belly bar tables for the cocktail hour, and a table with 2 chairs for the bride and groom table. The pieces worked perfectly with our setup! Everything from the selection, payment, delivery, and pick up were a smooth and seamless process. The women I worked with were incredibly helpful and patient while I worked my way through decisions. I would highly recommend using this company for your wedding or for any party/event! read more

Farm Tables was amazing! The furniture they rent is solid and in beautiful condition. The guys who delivered it were friendly and punctual and offered to move it around the venue as much as I wanted in order to get it right. Some advice - The warehouse, at least at the time I went there, is just that. The furniture was stacked up in a giant space and not displayed in a mock setting. This made it hard for me to envision the end goal. Although the measurements are clearly given for each piece, I am more of a visual person and it would have helped to see the pieces laid out. Overall Farm Tables was great, the prices are very reasonable, their service is awesome, and I would definitely recommend! read more
