Needed a quote for 10 6ft tables and 60 chairs. When I originally called their computers were down so they said they would call me back. They called me about an hour later. Understandable. I was given a quote and some different options for chairs and tables. However the dates I needed them dropped off they were busy so they offered to drop off a day earlier at no charge! I ordered some chairs and tables and it was easy enough to do over the phone and change over email. It's cool that you can change it even the day of. It's a $50 fee for delivery, plus another fee for setup/breakdown, so I opted to pick it up for free at their warehouse. The items were in good condition and I had no trouble with this, the employees load it into your car. There are big signs in their warehouse talking about how the employees must wear masks (they weren't either time I went) and how they have to call to confirm with the customer the day before (they didn't). They answered the phone right away (unlike some of those places I called) and the person taking my order was very friendly and helpfulI. I rented 4 butane heaters for a backyard party in early June and was very pleased with their service. The delivery man was very helpful in setting up the heaters and demonstrating how to turn them on and off. It turned out that one of the heaters was not working properly. The event was for the following day, and the next day they promptly replaced the non-working heater for a working one. My guests were very comfortable the whole evening. read more

This company is GREAT!!!! I used them for my Halloween party and they were punctual on both the drop off and pick up. Tables were good and sturdy as were the chairs. Their customer service was fantastic! So, I called them in a panic today when I realized I was having more guests on Christmas Eve than my small tables could accommodate. I ran a Google search for party equipment rental and this was the first location that popped in the Oceanside area, I was restaurant looking for patio heaters and belly bar tables, surprised that Camp Pendleton MWR Recreation didn't have any of those items, I decided to go with Ashley's Party rental. I paid for everything over the phone and was able to pick the items a day before the event due to the items not being already reserved, I was really surprised about that because other locations will charge you that extra day like MWR. I work for a property management company that hosts events for our residents pretty much every other month. Each event has a turn out of over 100 people which obviously calls for us to order additional seating. It all starts with the phone call to Ashley's Party Rental office which has really mastered the art of customer service. They are always nice and ready to help and prompt. We've put in quite a few last minute orders, but they've never turned us away or said they couldn't help us. Even when we need over 100 chairs in just a few days! The people who deliver the tables and chairs to us are also great. They help with the set of the tables which is great considering how big and heavy they can be. Usually, they drop off the day before the event and pick up the day after. That works really well for us because it means we don't have to wait around before or after the event for the furniture. We've had the furniture delivered by the owner himself on more than one occasion and he's always pleasure to work. Pricing is extremely competitive and is one of (if not the) reason that we continue to use Ashley's Party Rental. From the looks of their website it looks like they offer a lot more product than just the chairs and tables we use them for. It was important that our wedding be classy, fun and enjoyable to our guests. Ashley from Ashley's Party Rentals we so helpful and easy to work with. I am sure I spoke to several women there but cannot recall all their names. As our planning progressed we had changes...lots of them and each time I called with an amendment to our order they took it and quickly sent me the change order to review and sign. The delivery was earlier than expected and professional, they set up the dance floor only for us but did a great job. I used these guys over Thanksgiving this year to put on a feast for 30 people and couldn't have been more pleased. Because the crowd was large, we had to host the dinner outside, which meant renting some tents in case it rained as well as tables, linens, cutlery, etc. On the day of the party, it RAINED... the rain caused one of the tents to collapse which sent me into panic mode! I phoned and spoke with the owner who was eager to help and got on it! He came out to our house with another guy and they replaced the tent and assembled them in a much better way than I had. Thankfully it stopped raining, but the party was a huge success! The owner came out the next day and picked everything up...boom bada bing! My only complaint [and I use this lightly] is that the woman I spoke with right before the delivery so that I could add tents given the impending storm, was totally unhelpful. I was concerned that the delivery and pick up times for our tables, chairs, and linens would not be on schedule, but they were very accommodating and on time. When they picked up everything from my wedding (backyard wedding), they were a little too rushed and went to the wrong spot in the backyard and got stuck in the dirt.
