I frequent this location because there is plenty of parking. They accept cash or card, but there is a fee ($.35) for card if your purchase is under $5.00. We mutually agreed on 4pm specifically bc our son goes to sleep between 6-7pm and we wanted everything from the party cleaned up before that. - The fact that it fell over again AFTER your employee supposedly fixed it, says it all. We had to go find bags of gravel to try to keep it standing during the middle of our party. - We did not leave her "equipment" in the street. We live in a nice neighborhood and we left your wooden boards near our front door, leaning safely against our house. - Gol was over 3 hours late to pickup her "equipment" so we actually thought we were doing her a favor, bringing everything to the front of our house. When we went to pick them up a week later, they didn't have our order, because he "forgot." He didn't even have it written down to know what it was that we ordered. The balloons were tied incorrectly. So the strings came off. There were no weights to keep them down. He told me that I would have to buy weights, and then said I could take one of the free ones upfront. Because there were so many balloons the weight wouldn't even hold one of the balloons. Mind you the latex balloons were the cheapest kind of balloon you can get. This place is a complete scam, the people are completely unprofessional, and everything that they use is a very low quality. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I hate to be "that person". I was really hoping to support a local business, but the joke was on me when they couldn't care less about their own business. Lesson learned.

The first time I met with Mike I told him I wanted something beautiful but with a "wow" factor. Boy, did he deliver! He and Gloria were so incredible to work with. They were so knowledgeable and full of incredible ideas. There was nothing they couldn't source for me. I had many meetings and phone calls with them and they were both ALWAYS very professional and happy to brain storm with me. Truly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was PERFECT! The staff that handled the installation were also incredible. Professional and hard working. The night of the event, the head of the installation crew stayed at the event in case of any hiccups. Of course there weren't any. I told Mike at our first meeting that I was worried about rain and cool weather. Mike suggested a clear tent that held our 200 guests. They installed three GORGEOUS crystal chandeliers in the tent, sheer white fabric draping and market lights. There is no other word than "magic" to describe the inside of the tent. The light in the tent kept changing as the sun went down. Then when it was dark, the market lights and chandeliers reflected off the clear tent ceiling. Wow, wow, wow. The chandeliers were also on dimmers so we could turn them down slightly when it was time to dance. In order to make sure my guests were not cold, Mike installed a forced air heater in the tent that was controlled with a thermostat. The temperature was perfect! We also rented all our tables, chairs, linens, dishes, cutlery, drinking glasses, bar setup, easels, yard games and oversized lighted letters from Allies. Everything was in perfect condition. It's been three months since our wedding but we still have the largest smiles on our faces. Thank you, thank you Allies and More Party Rental. Working with you was our best decision!
