The reception hall of my wedding allowed a 4 hour window the day prior to drop off items and begin setup and their delivery drivers worked with the schedule and was there right when the hall was opened for us to setup. I also only had a 30 minute window for the hall to be unlocked for me the morning after the event for the chairs to be picked up and their drivers worked with my schedule. I was considering renting a box truck to pick up the rentals to waive the delivery fee but after seeing how large the load was and how hard the two delivery drivers worked, the delivery fee was 100% worth it and their two drivers did a phenomenal job. They did not have all of the chairs we wanted in their inventory on my event day so they subleased the remainder from another rental company for a very reasonable fee. They took care of the sublease for the additional chairs behind the scenes and it was so smooth that I wouldn't of have known it was subleased. All of the chairs were a perfect match and made all the difference in the overall setup of our wedding. Huge thank you to the two delivery drivers, they were on time and do some serious work unloading and loading the equipment.

Props to the other company for the excellent recommendation! While Abbey was booked for delivery, they had the items we needed and we able to pick them up. From the moment I drove up to the moment I drove away after dropping everything off the following Monday (Fri-Mon rental) I couldn't have been more pleased. First of all this place is huge (to me) and from the first employee that waved me into the pick-up area to every employee that I ran into (~5-6) they were helpful in navigating to the office, explaining things, and I think they genuinely appreciated the awe in my face as I walked through the warehouse to the office. If you've never been it's absolutely amazing the work that goes on behind the scenes of a rental company that you would never know if you had items delivered. With paperwork completed in the office two guys loaded what I thought for sure would be 2 loads (30 min drive each way) into a single load in my SUV, complete with the load tied down (with their rope... which I was reminded to return. :) ). I waited to write the review until I returned the items to see if the return was as great as the pickup, and it was. They were not as busy so one employee unloaded the entire load, complemented me on the loading and securing the load. I had to tell him I took pictures when I got home so I could do it exactly the same and he started laughing and knew exactly who loaded/tied it down (said "he's the master" and thanked me for returning the rope). The initial work to set things up with Eilias was very efficient and helpful. Again, couldn't have been more pleased. My only tip was that while they have a HUGE selection of linens (that I was able to see in their showroom) we only needed basic black. The linens were a bit pricey so we opted to purchase them at about 1/2 the rental cost and that saved us considerable money. We will use both the linens, and Abbey Party Rentals again . . . thank you for your exceptional help and service with such a small order! It made me feel important regardless of order size!
