We came here for a birthday party that started at 12pm. We stayed till about 7:30pm. I liked that there was no 2 hour limit and then they kick you out. The girls really got to celebrate.

We heard this place recently opened around Thanksgiving. We came on 12/13/25 with friends to check it out. I browsed online and filled out the waivers the night before to save time. We arrived around noon and there were plenty of staff available to check us in. Isabella helped us; we asked lots of questions, took a quick guided tour around and then decided what we'd purchase. She was kind and patient with us since it was our first time. She let us know there's a promotion right now since we're part of the first 200 guests. If we purchase the Ultimate Pass we'd automatically get a Deluxe Pass for free that lasts a year to return, expires December 2026! Then, if we wanted, we could pay $5 more to upgrade (per visit). Parents could also get in on the fun and play for 50% off. Parents can also not pay and not play for free. Lastly we purchased socks, which to me ran a bit small. For 2 kids, 1 parent and 3 socks we paid $135.35. We were given our wrist bands, our Deluxe Passes for next time and off we went. It was full, but not squishy. There were a few parties in the private rooms, but overall it had the new clean vibe. We were told there really isn't a time limit, unless they've reached capacity. That made it more appealing so we didn't have to rush. The girls only tried about half the stuff while being there for 3 hours. They were happily exhausted when we left. They really enjoyed the trampoline area. One tried the tube slide and big slides like 20 times! Then they did the warrior course a few times; there were three different options. If you fell you landed in a 3 foot deep ball pit! They did the ropes course and laser tag. We didn't get to do the sky rider, the mini basketball area or the rock climbing wall. We'll try those when we return. There was also an area for smaller kids to climb and crawl and slide around. We noticed 9 party rooms available. There were a few benches throughout, 3 massage chairs, and mounted TVs playing sports. The intercom was a bit hard to decipher whenever staff would come on. There was music playing as well, but nothing crazy loud. There were bathrooms towards the back left and two areas to put shoes; one up front and one near the restrooms in the back. There were also lockers you could pay for to store your belongings. There were several staff which was great for safety and to ask questions. The reason this place earned four stars and not five was the food area. I ordered the pizza combo (comes with 2 slices and a drink) and 2 Dippin' Dots for $20.49. Since they didn't have cheese pizza ready I was told it may take awhile, like 12 minutes. No problem, I said. There were a good amount of tables and chairs, but getting the food, if you were given a buzzer, which I was, took FOREVER despite all the teenagers workering behind the counter. I literally waited 35ish minutes for 1 slice of cheese pizza and that was only because I went up to the counter 2 times to ask for it... my buzzer never went off. Also there was only one long line to order food, when they had plenty of space to add more lines. I could tell other people were not happy with the food wait times, why, because I was watching people go up with buzzers and sent back to keep waiting. The pepperoni pizza was sub par. The cheese tasted a bit better, but maybe my girl was just hungry for waiting so long. We probably won't order food next time, but we'll definitely return to try new adventures! Our girls were 12, 9 and 6 and they had a blast!

We LOVE this place! We have been to the Fullerton location for a birthday party a couple years ago, so we were so excited and couldn't wait until our local Murrieta location opened up!And we found out it was opening close to my son's birthday! We visited on 11/26 and it went smoothly. Paris was SUPER helpful and friendly. She has amazing customer service!! Thanks, Paris!!! We hope to have a birthday party here soon! Thanks for coming to our area Urban Air!!!

Super fun place for the kids HOWEVER prices steep! It's abt $40 per kid per visit. Right now there's a promotional ticket $100/6 months. It also shouldn't be a flat rate when depending on your kid height they aren't able to participate in everything. My kid loved it and can do all but the elevated attractions. I do feel like staff is attentive. One of them pictured comforted my son better than I could have imagined when he feared coming down from the wall he climbed. We will go back solely for his service and maximizing the 6 month membership.

Horrible bruise

Really fun basketball hoops ( small ) I suggest for kids although I got a horrible bruise from one of their tube slides

Climbing area

This location has only been open a few weeks and the lack of employees working certain areas is concerning. The climbing area in particular has 7 climbing areas with only 1 employee working it. There is no set time limit for the kids climbing so there were kids waiting for over 20 min just to be able to enter the area To climb then they have to wait for the employee to put the safety harness on them. The kids can climb and then get off and climb on another area therefore making the wait time just insane! There needs to be a better method here. For the amount of money families spend at this place you would think the staff would be better and be more accessible. I would suggest waiting a few more months for this place to get their act together.

Ask the Community - Urban Air

Would you say this indoor park is more for big kids like 6 and up? Or do they have a toddler area?

Maybe it is more of a 4-5 and up place. But There's a trampoline area to go to if you want to do that.

What actually happened was disturbing, traumatic, and handled with an alarming lack of professionalism. During the party, one of the children in our group was violently assaulted by older boys who were roaming the facility unsupervised. The injured child suffered visible facial injuries, including bleeding. While this was happening, staff response was minimal to nonexistent. The aggressors were allowed to continue playing freely, without being removed or even meaningfully addressed. What was even more upsetting was the impact this had on my 7-year-old stepson, who witnessed his friend being assaulted. This was not rough play, this was a frightening, violent incident. My stepson was visibly shaken, confused, and distressed by what he saw. This was supposed to be a joyful birthday celebration, and instead it turned into a traumatic experience that he is still processing. Law enforcement showed up and found out that other kids had become visibly assaulted as well. Multiple employees on duty, many of whom appeared very young and poorly supervised themselves were seen laughing, pointing, exchanging comments, and sharing images related to the incident, rather than helping the injured child or ensuring the safety of the kids involved. At no point did it feel like the staff took the situation seriously. The general manager on duty failed to step in decisively, failed to separate parties, and failed to prioritize the emotional and physical well-being of the children. There was no immediate first aid offered. No quiet or safe space provided. No reassurance to the injured child or the kids who witnessed the violence. The behavior of both management and staff created the clear impression that the incident was being treated as entertainment rather than an emergency. To make matters worse, parents of the aggressors were allowed to come and go freely, with one parent returning to the area where our group was standing and openly threatening members of our party again, with no visible staff or security intervention. The lack of concern for child safety was staggering. Not once did anyone ask how the injured child was doing or acknowledge the emotional impact on the other kids who witnessed the assault. Offering a small discount afterward does not begin to address the seriousness of what occurred. Until this location prioritizes active supervision, trained staff, real management accountability, and child safety, I cannot recommend bringing your children here especially for birthday parties. What should have been a happy memory became a traumatic one due entirely to staff inaction and poor leadership.

We visited with six kids ranging from 1 to 9 years old, and every age had something to enjoy. The kids were running, jumping, laughing, and testing their limits--I honestly didn't see a single kid who wasn't smiling. My kids have been before and ask to come back every time we're in the area. The staff is friendly and upbeat, bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the snack area with both treats and healthier options like string cheese and fruit pouches. If you're in California and looking for an indoor place where kids can truly be kids and burn energy, Uptown Jungle is a great choice. We'll definitely be back.

However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge. What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free. I don't know when 10 months became annual, meaning a year, but apparently at Uptown Jungle, it does

She kept everything on track and kept me informed on what was happening and what was coming up. She was so good with the kids and really made the party go so smoothly. We only got pizza for the kids which I'm glad cause it was pretty expensive for a whole pizza for the adults and it was cold and not very good. The kids were happy with it though. We paid extra for the photos they took during play since there were a handful of cute ones. Lots of blurry ones and a lot of my niece and nephew (more than the birthday boy lol) but a few gems we wanted to have for memories. The other play attendee was alright. She was on her phone a lot and at one point my son was distressed and scared of an activity (the one where you jump from island to island) and he was crying to come down. The attendant was literally sitting near him on her phone not helping him. Thankfully I heard him and went to help him off the activity. At the end of the party, my husband gave Delaney a cash tip because she was so good to us. As stated before, we've never been to a place like this and didn't know any better. When I went to pay the bill, the manager gave me a bill for $800 and I knew it was the wrong one. It was for 25+6 kids and our event was 10 kids (but we only had 5). She questioned me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I gave her my kids name and she gave me the correct bill and she pointed out where to put gratuity. I told her my husband paid cash to Delaney and the manager asked if it was for the "team" or just Delaney. I said I thought it was just for Delaney since she was our primary person and I didn't know my husband's intent. I admitted we had never been to a place like this and didn't know the procedure. She asked if I wanted to go ask my husband how much he gave and I just stared at her. She again asked me if I was going to tip the team (she was listed as part of the team but this was my first interaction with her) and I said we already tipped Delaney. She gave me my receipt to sign and lectured me about how the tip should go to the team. I said I'll know for next time and left. My husband was outside with the kids and I told him what happened just for the manager to come outside to put something in a car. He told her tip was for Delaney since she was the most helpful to us and again the manager explained we're supposed to tip everyone. We just left Everything was wonderful except for this manager. Almost a perfect day. My son had so much fun though so that's all that matters.

The kids went and play and I love the fact that it was just our party and no other kids there so the parents had a comfort knowing that the kids cannot go anywhere and that we aren't watching somebody else's kids. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.
