We had a glow in the dark party in December. Not sure how everyone feels about it, but it was mask optional since no staff wore masks. They did have another party right after ours. Not sure if they clean the rooms after each party, so you'd have to ask. The jump rooms were great. Had a small private party and it was amazing to have it all to ourselves. Staff was nice and helpful. Bathrooms were clean. They take pics of your party and you have the option to purchase them. Overall great place for a party for your kids.

We had a great time with our group. Staff was so friendly and excited. we loved the private jumpy times and how smoothly the party moved and I didn't have to prep food or clean up! thank you pump it up staff!!

Here is the younger grandson. He is 4 and loved it too.

They are a great business for Parties for those in between years. The run the place efficiently and keep it going. The flow was awesome at my Grandson's 11th Bday. He had all ages there plus a few parents. A big Throne Chair for the Birthday King or Queen. We just had pizza, cake and juice. I warn ask about the timing from JUMPING INSIDE to going in the EVENT ROOM for food. Gathering kids was a challenge for parents (mother mainly), family and staff.

Great place for the kiddos! Booked a team soccer party and the kids had a blast. Costumer service was phenomenal and very attentive. The staff were awesome with all the kids. Any age would have a blast here. Pizza went as quick as it came from pizza factory as the kids scarfed it down. Lots of parking out front of the building. Place was clean and they had cubbies and water for the kids set up too. So bring your kids out to get their jump on!

We had an amazing party in October 2022 at pump it up. We had a few things come up but the staff was so great in correcting the problems so we could go on to enjoy our day and celebrate my son. Thank you so much pump it up and would highly recommend pump it up.

We had a glow in the dark party here in December for both of our kids and it went so smoothly and problem free that I couldn't believe how organized and fun this place was. The kids and the adults really enjoyed every moment and the party planners and staff know what they are doing. I wanted to give both my toddlers a wonderful birthday during such a hectic time and I know they got just that here. If your a busy mama or just want a smooth sailing party, pump it up Murrieta knows what they Aaron doing. Trust me. We had right under 25 kids and about 40 adults and absolutely no issues. Here are some pros and cons: Pros- Reasonably priced Delicious food and variety of side options to go with their package deal Friendly staff Clean environment Activities for all ages (no weight limits on jumpers so you can play with your littles) Hands free planning They clean everything for you! Glow feature is amazing! *Literally one of the best parties we have ever thrown.. The food came straight from the pizza shop, hot and fresh! The staff served our guests and completely organized event Cons- Limited time for all party packages and you can't add more Only one room is glow feature (we were under impresssion glow feature was for entire party) I wish I could list more to be helpful but there really weren't any issues or things that weren't being met for our party. Between working with Elsa and her staff, everyone was pretty wonderful. We'll be back just to play. Thank you all for making our 2 & 4 year olds birthdays so incredibly amazing and memorable.

I enjoyed petting them and feeding the animals and being able to spend that time with the animals unlike in a crowded carnival style place that has a petting zoo. The staff who greeted us at the front were super sweet and friendly and playful too which makes the place feel just like another alternate world full of good, happy people. They have a little shop full of chocolates and when you enter, a staff member offers you a sample. She asked what we would like to try while kids received a milk chocolate with sprinkles on it. Because they're probably made with a lot of love and labor, the chocolates aren't cheap but not ridiculously overpriced either. I'm for sure the type though who would have spent a lot more on the chocolates if the tickets were cheaper but that's just me. I'm sure the ticket sales are better. A lot of people do walk out with purchasing any chocolate when I was there. I had fun looking at all of them though and deciding what I wanted. I will be back again when my children are a little older and it's a good excuse to stop by a winery while you're in the area.

The course itself was clean and interesting; however, the courses were very easy and not very challenging. As a result of the easy courses, my husband and I got through them really fast. I was a bit annoyed because there was another group playing, and they were running all over the place. They were stepping on the props and going out of order. The parents weren't paying attention, and I just wish there had been some intervention from staff, unless they don't have cameras in the room to see this type of behavior going on. I think the mini golf is more for little kids. I've been to other mini golf locations, and have always found them to be fun and challenging. I just feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I think the price should be lower than what it is. Overall, the place was clean, restrooms clean, and the staff were nice and helpful.

We drove the hour to come up from San Diego to Temecula to visit this park and spend the day with littles. Arrived at noon on a weekday, and the team was very informative about their lunch time closure and process. Check the city website. They do have great information and details there as well. I love that things were fenced off -- both around the playground and again around the splash pad -- to moderate the number of folks entering and exiting. The team working there is very kind.. keeps a good eye on the littles (parents do need to enter with the kids).. and do moderate the number of folks to avoid over crowding. This splash pad is associated with the Margarita Community park (https://www.yelp.com/biz/margarita-community-park-temecula) but the splash pad itself is listed separately with the city. I wanted to recognize the great job the team working the splash pad did. It's not huge.. but it's just right for kids up to early elementary. Mostly for the littles in attendance are of the age where they are just discovering their walking skills and can enjoy the splash of water on a hot day. The other kids weren't too crazy or rambunctious.. so I felt safe. Parents that day (weekday during school hours).. did pay close attention to their own children to keep everyone in check. There is one outdoor shower post to rinse off (the water is highly chlorinated -- or has a smell like outdoor pool water). Not much shade so definitely bring the sunscreen and hats. Recommend water shoes... even though the ground was clean and paved, the ground does get a bit toasty and it's just safer imo. They run in 55 minute increments to then shut the water off. and give the space a break and refresh the crowds. Once school lets out.. it does get more crowded in both the park and the splash pad. I believe the splash pad (as well as the surrounding park) are ADA accessible which is fantastic. I'm happy to see that all friends, of all abiliites, are able to enjoy fun time in the sun! Lots of fun.. and wish we lived closer!

However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge. What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free. I don't know when 10 months became annual, meaning a year, but apparently at Uptown Jungle, it does
