There seems to be a constant staff turnover, which raises concerns about how the program is being managed. It's unsettling to see teachers and staff frequently leave. I've even witnessed staff yelling at the kids on the playground openly. What are they doing behind closed doors. Cleanliness is a major issue. Kids are frequently sick last post is true, and it doesn't appear that proper sanitizing or cleaning protocols are being followed. I've been seen leaks from the ceiling in the rainy months. I'd also like to mention they have children WATCHING CHILDREN some of the staff are 19 teen, 20 years old hints the yelling at the kids on the playground. I really do not like my funds are going to teens that have 0 experience with kids. Kourtney hypocritical, fired a staff member who was the heart of lighthouse for 0 reasons. No 2 week notice just heartless the way she treated this faithful member who actually cared so deeply for the kids. A protest did happen after she was fired just a fake email about what happened.
