I have never had a bad experience at this location or the Temecula location. All rooms are challenging and the difficulty rating does match the experience. The staff is always welcoming and helpful! If I could change a few things it would be when you reserve a game online, that it routes you to the waiver right away. Show up a few minutes early to sign the waiver if you didn't online. The second thing would be to have the option for people to allow others to join their group. Some games can be easier with 3-4 players versus our typical 2 but still very doable (we have done 8 escape rooms and have beat them all).

We quickly signed a waiter and got to our lane. The worker demonstrated the different axes we could throw. There was a small and thin one, small axe, medium axe, long and big axe, and a shovel. I liked the small and thin one best. It's cool because the target is digital and they have tons of different options to pick from. Our favorite was the regular target and the tic tac toe. They had strategy ones as well. I noticed that the board panels were thick and the axes were dull and so it would still, but fall off quickly after. Not sure if I wasn't hitting it with enough power, but even the worker couldn't get his axe to stick when he was demonstrating. You can't drink alcohol inside the building, but there's a bar next door. They let us go back and forth, but that took time away from our hour. They have drinks and snacks for purchase. The location and staff were fine, but compared to other escape rooms we've visited, there weren't many photo opportunities or themed areas for pictures, which is something we usually enjoy after finishing a room. Overall, it was an okay experience. If you like really challenging puzzles, you might enjoy it, but clearer audio for clues and a few photo spots would make the experience better.

The city of Murrieta offers so many affordable classes for children and adults, highly recommend! I didn't notice too many other renovations since last season. It's a very nice facility though. As far as stadiums go, the Diamond is one of the nicest. Sadly, the crowds are light. It's a real shame since it's the first home game. The concession lines are absolutely ridiculous. Nobody wants to wait in an hour and a half line to get food and drinks but they have no choice at this point. Yes, I can order from my seats but that wait is substantial as well. There are two bartenders in the Tap Room. The bar right outside the Tap Room is closed. There just aren't enough employees all around. Why can Storm not get it figured out? This was an issue last year and still persists. It's only the first home game. Why do we keep buying season tickets? Unless something changes drastically, it will be the last season for us. Do better! Your customers deserve more. We didn't pay to waste our time waiting in lines. We paid to watch baseball.
