We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them.
