I love the set up here. The playground is large, clean and they have a lot of fun set ups. I really like that this indoor playground has equipment that is fairly spacious. Some of the other ones really require adults to do a lot of crouching, and here, it's easier for me to run and follow my kids. The cutest part is that they have a train set up inside that goes off every 20 minutes. I love this! They have tje train rides inside the mall as well that the kids always want to go on, so here the kids are able to enjoy the attraction. I like that they also have a candy station, food court and also cranes. :) Kids also love it. Definitely will be back! My kids love Candeeland, but I do feel like this updated review is necessary. Their facilities are becoming more and more unsanitary. The ball pit is an excellent example of balls coated in dirt and grime just waiting to get toddlers and babies sick. Clear padding at the base of a main slide is tearing off, and still no improvement to the hygiene of the bathrooms. We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Owners if you're reading this, PLEASE keep up with the cleanliness of this indoor playplace. You have hundreds of kids a week coming through. The least you can do is to ensure a hygienic atmosphere for families to enjoy. read more

It's big enough, the place just really smells like feet. You need to do more cleaning or something but it was a pretty overwhelming smell. Not enough people cleaning in between. I do like the place and it has lots of potential but I'm not sure how sanitary this place is. I'd go back only right when it opens or when it is not as crowded during a weekend... just of the smell and the cleanliness in question. read more

Candeeland in Riverside is such a fun spot for kids! From the moment we walked in, it felt bright, colorful, and welcoming. The staff was really friendly and check-in was quick (which is a lifesaver when you've got excited kids pulling you toward the play area). The play areas are awesome--super clean and safe. My kids went straight for the big ball pit and climbing tunnels and I swear they could've stayed there all day. I loved that there's a separate toddler section too so the little ones can play without getting bumped by the big kids. For parents, it's actually pretty relaxing. There's plenty of comfy seating, spots to charge your phone, and even a snack bar with reasonable prices. I actually got to sit down, sip on something, and just watch the kids have fun. We also saw a birthday party while we were there and it looked really well set up--fun for the kids and super easy for the parents. By the time we left, my kids were wiped out (they were knocked out in the car within 5 minutes ). Overall, Candeeland is a win. Our family always had a fun time here! We usually purchase the 2 hours play time for 2 kids on Groupon (valid for Monday through Friday). We sign the waivers ahead of time so check in is painless and hassle free. They ask for my phone number, and our tickets are printed. Our kids have the best time here, running around exploring, sliding down fun slides, and they have train rides! The train have its own schedule posted by the ride. The facility is kept nice, clean, and cool. They even provide parents with plenty of fun colored benches for us to sit and wait as our little ones are burning their energy. I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the staff and owner!! Outstanding customer service! The staff were amazing and so helpful! I've booked a few places for parties and this place tops my list of go too's now. From the beginning with booking to the end we felt at ease with no stress! I booked the ultimate party package which comes with the bigger room and I must say it was worth it for the space. We had about 40 people come and had great space. Allison(Addison) was super sweet and nice! She helped out with whatever we needed. I mean whatever without a hesitation she was on it with a beautiful smile. The kids had a blast!! I had babies and I had big kids come and they all had a great time! The baby play area was super clean and the train was working. Which was a plus because I seen mixed reviews. When I say the staff worked with us throughout the party they did making sure we were well taken care of. We did bring our own food and drinks but food and drinks come in the package. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND for an all included birthday party place! Mickey Mouse was not included but you can rent a character and have them come. read more

Let me start with I love the indoor play gyms like luv 2 play on La Sierra Avenue. Or High 5 in Redlands on industrial Avenue. I visited Candyland Friday afternoon right after they opened 05/29/2026 with my 2 1/2 year-old, 3 1/2 year-old and 5 1/2 year-old. From the moment we walked in the door I noticed three big kids, probably around the ages of 10- 14 years old fighting. Hands on each other, hitting each other and wrestling, knocking smaller kids out out of the way. I immediately asked them to stop and looked for their parents. I also notified the young girls working there.. At Candyland there are names on the kids stickers and the adults have matching stickers. I could not find any parents or adults for these children. After keeping my eye on these kids for a while I noticed that they were there with the staff. I know Candyland is family owned. I'm not sure if these kids are a part of the family, but they will not stop and they were scaring my children, other small children, and an autistic child that was there to whom I spoke with the parents, . The staff did nothing about it, except bring them to the corner and give them ice creams, and Gatorade's. . It's dangerous ! Those kids are pretty much maxed out at the age they were and should not be here except you can't even wait for them to leave. They're probably here all day with the staff. I wasn't sure what else to do besides leave a review short of call security it was that bad . I will not be going to Candyland ever again after this experience! Further more, I do not recommend you-take small children to Candeeland either. Go to luv 2 play on La Sierra. You can also bring your bag in with snacks and drinks. read more

This establishment tries to force tips on their customers. Very shady business practice. When we complained, the worker tried to pretend she didn't hear and processed the transaction anyways then claimed we added the tip. We ultimately had to get the manager to refund the forced tip. Completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun day at an indoor playground. read more

This place frustrated the **** out of me and my wife, and we didn't even go in. My wife and daughter's birthdays are 7 days apart and I had a whole day planned with this as the start. My daughter is 2 and she needs a nap at a specific time as most babies do. We go on a Sunday, website says they open at 10, google says 11, yelp said 10. So we get there at 10 and all mall doors are locked. We tried calling the phone of the business, and the mall and no answer. We ask around to a bunch of employees of businesses on the outside and no one knows anything. After 30 minutes of trying to figure out what the problem is, finally doors open up at 10:35 to the mall. We walk to candy land and the doors are locked. There's a guy sitting at the counter and makes eye contact with us, zero engagement to even tell us they're closed or what time they will open. The papers taped on the door sharing whatever info are backwards so there's nothing to see about the hours. There's a paper about pricing but that's it. This place really pissed me off. My wife and I work 75 hours a week each and get very little family time, and the one day I get to take them out for a birthday date, and this dumb mom and pops place ruined the first half of our day. It was my first attempt at going there and I will not return, and that's unfortunate because it's close to us. We had a years membership at iplayology but wanted something closer than dos Lagos to us. I'm a very loyal customer to places I enjoy going and I'm not typically a bad review type of person, but this really rubbed me the wrong way. To save some time, fill out the waiver prior to arriving and don't forget grip socks for the kiddos. Parents can wear regular socks. For children under 4, there's a separate play area (Older sibling wasn't allowed in) and every 20 minutes, kids can line up for a train ride. The restroom has sandals and there's a small snack bar available. Plenty of seating areas for parents to keep an eye on their children. When leaving, staff ensure that children are with the correct adult, which adds a layer of security. No complains now, but I hope they can keep up with the cleanliness, which most indoor playgrounds struggle with read more

Came in to stretch our legs from a long drive from Vegas. And man, what an amazing place! Our 4 year old was on cloud 9. This place is HUGE! we have been to many play places and this one is def top of our list. Too bad we don't live in Riverside. Or else we would be here every day. They sell candy, have a mini arcade, a train for kids to ride, a ginormous play arena with different parts. Activities and lights to stimulate your toddler's brains. Your baby can literally go on their own adventure. Plenty of places for parents to lounge, where they can keep an eye on their little ones. Snacks and drinks for sale too. What I loved and appreciated most is, they have someone guarding the exit and entrance and they check stickers to match. So none of the kids run out without a parent.
