Such a wonderful place!.Classes are run by great teachers who are well trained! Not only are the classes structured and fun, but the special events and camps are great also. My granddaughter has been going there for over three years, and not only has she enjoyed the classes, but she has had such a good time at the camps, holiday events, and parent's night out.

My son's birthday party at mygym Norco.

We are going to this children gym center for almost a year. My son just turned 2 and we had a great birthday party at this location. All I can say is everything was amazing. from being very safe and organized and welcoming to our guests to being very hassle free party for us. Highly recommend for daily socializing and activity, also great party host.

This little family type home has been such an amazing experience for my son over the years... they have helped blossom his imagination in so many ways, at this point they are kind of like family our little my gym family and if you have an only child I highly recommend

My 3 year old loves this place! Let me be more specific, she's loves RUNNING around this place. They offer a variety of classes in time slots that work well for both stay at home and working mamas and papas. The team members are all energetic and able to match the running pace of the toddlers. Which for me is very important because my little one is actually a wild one! They are very organized and keep the kids entertained throughout the class with different activities that are all gymnastics oriented. I have to admit that my kid is one of the run a muck types, especially when a ball pit is involved. It gets a little frustrating to see all of the other toddlers sitting down on the mat and she's running around like a monster kid. But, with the help of the staff she has settled down a bit. So don't be discouraged if your toddler does this to, I am told that it is normal and the staff will help wrangle them in. Besides the scheduled classes, they also offer other activities such as free play, and parent night out. They have parties for special occasions, for example, donuts with dad this past Father's Day. There is a small play area for siblings to wait while their brother or sister is in class. Keep in mind and be prepared for parent participation as well if your toddler is in enrolled in one of the tiny tot classes of 3 and under. This is a perfect way to end the day with my little one, it helps to release some of her energy and provide a learning environment when it comes to listening, shapes and coordination skills.

Some of the other ones really require adults to do a lot of crouching, and here, it's easier for me to run and follow my kids. The cutest part is that they have a train set up inside that goes off every 20 minutes. I love this! They have tje train rides inside the mall as well that the kids always want to go on, so here the kids are able to enjoy the attraction. I like that they also have a candy station, food court and also cranes. :) Kids also love it. Definitely will be back! The ball pit is an excellent example of balls coated in dirt and grime just waiting to get toddlers and babies sick. Clear padding at the base of a main slide is tearing off, and still no improvement to the hygiene of the bathrooms. We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Owners if you're reading this, PLEASE keep up with the cleanliness of this indoor playplace. You have hundreds of kids a week coming through. The least you can do is to ensure a hygienic atmosphere for families to enjoy.

The only thing to keep in mind is that if you visit during a busy time, you might end up waiting a bit behind the group ahead of you before starting the next hole. But overall, still such a fun spot to come to with friends!

We were greeted by energetic staff who asked us which package we would take. Naturally the 24 hole golf is included and decided on the escape room option. There are two options, one alien themed and the other pirate themed. We went with the Alien 51 themed one since the pirate one was in use. After a short video we had a 10 minute time limit to solve the puzzle. It's quite straight forward but quite a thinker at times. We were able to solve it with little time to spare. Me and my friend had a great time figuring it out and will gladly return to see the other offering down the line. Onto the main course, the mini golf! The courses are laid out in a way that guides you along each hour in order. Each course has its own theme ranging from a Dia de Los Muertos themed one to one with the great wall of China serving as a ramp. It was definitely a vibe and we had a blast. Some holes scale up in difficulty while others are quite straight forward. Overall this was a great time and excellent way to spend time together with a friend.

Today we showed up to use that birthday voucher but they have daily deals where today it was $23 for unlimited time. I expect to be here for 2-3hours so the price was perfect, especially since I thought I would have to pay more (the birthday voucher is for for only 1 hour). There's a lot of kids, due to the holiday week. But it doesn't feel over crowded Staff was friendly. And the place looks clean and smells fine. Normally places like these smells like feet and musty kids . I love the fact they have an area for parents to sit and do work if needed. Therese plenty of seating and outlets if you need it. This is my first time actually sitting down. The concession stands seems reasonably priced and decent food.

If you are a family considering this park, read this review and choose ANYWHERE else. As an active…read morecommunity member who has supported this local facility through countless PTA events, community fundraisers, and multiple birthday parties (spending thousands of dollars over the years), the hostile and unethical treatment we received today is absolutely unacceptable. This shocking standard of practice shows exactly why local families are abandoning this facility for competitors like Get Air. The Problem: A $27 Misunderstanding and Staff Failure The entire ordeal stemmed from a simple Groupon redemption that was disastrously botched, escalating a minor $27 transaction issue into a hostile confrontation: Technical Failure: The staff member initiated the Groupon process but failed to properly authorize or close the transaction on their end. Due to the system being left open, I mistakenly believed a second charge had been run and flagged it as an incorrect purchase. In reality, the staff member simply never successfully validated our entry to begin with. Unwarranted Confrontation: After my family had been jumping and enjoying the facility for approximately one hour, a staff member approached us as we were leaving and advised there was an issue with the Groupon. I immediately went to the front to resolve it. Aggressive Demands & False Accusations: Another worker then aggressively demanded that we pay the full, non-discounted price for our jump time, falsely claiming we had gone "over time." We had not. The children had stopped jumping, gone to the bathroom, and were standing with me at the front desk. The Line-Crossing Threat: When I objected and stated customer service needed to be contacted to resolve a system error, the employee escalated to a truly disturbing level of aggression. They falsely stated they were "sending someone to go get my children," who were standing right next to me. I had to insist again that my children were next to me and had been. This was a direct, dishonest attempt to use intimidation and fear to pressure me. I insisted they could wait with me while I contacted customer service. The Aftermath: Resolution for Misconduct, Not Billing While at the counter, I immediately contacted Groupon support. I received a direct link via chat and re-processed the payment correctly. This action resolved the technical issue, and Big Air received their payment. However, I was so disturbed and disgusted by the staff's aggressive misconduct and the way the business handled the discussion that I immediately contacted Groupon again. Recognizing the severity of the hostility and poor customer treatment, Groupon issued a full credit to my account for the inconvenience and stated they would be reviewing their contract with Big Air. Groupon's action confirms that the payment issue was resolved, and the refund was specifically for the unacceptable intimidation tactics used by Big Air's staff. Final Word: Warning to the Community A business that can only resolve a simple billing error through customer self-service and resorts to hostile, threatening tactics against a parent--especially one who has actively spent thousands of dollars supporting their local community events--has a completely broken Standard of Practice. Management needs rigorous re-training for the staff. This is not a "bad day" issue; this is a safety and ethics issue, and serves as a warning for any other patrons visiting this location. Do not risk your family's experience here. Go elsewhere.

Child Creativity Lab takes donated every day items (Lego pieces, empty prescription containers, bottle caps, buttons, wine corks, new popsicle sticks as well as excess items from various companies (excess fabric, plastic bottles, paint, pins, tacks, glue, zippers, etc.) and they put them together in a package so that kids can assemble them them and create a figure like a robot or animal out of all the parts. Before COVID they used to have in house workshops, but now they take the party out to the kids in city community centers, schools, etc. My friend planned a service event here so I came over to help out for a couple of hours. All the parts for the project were laid out at various stations and we went down like an assembly line and filled bags with the items to create a project-in-a-bag for each child. If I was a kid in elementary school receiving a project bag like this to put together with other classmates, I would be totally stoked. If you are interested in donating common household items for them to use, give them a call to see what they do and don't take. You can also arrange to do a service event here with your organization, they have people come in every week to help out. We need more places like this in all communities!
