GLO Mini Golf presents a 27 hole experience of Mini Golf, escape rooms, virtual reality, and arcade games. It's located in the Galleria at Tyler. There's a variety way to choose your ticket and experience. For me and my cousins, we decided to only do mini golf, which was $17 per person. It was honestly such a good price and each hole was unique and fun! We stayed longer than anticipated so make sure to plan for long term stay here.

This place was pretty cool. Not located in the mall but was part of the mall. The entrance was on the outside of the mall near Macys. I will say that it was pretty clean here, even the restrooms. They had an arcade and 27 holes of miniature golf in the dark but glo in the dark. I think they also had a virtuality room but I'm not entirely sure. The kids had a blast here. The only downside is that everything seems very cramped in here. All of the holes were so close together. I felt like one kid could have hit the ball too hard and knock someone in the head on the next course. The arcade had a good variety of games so that was cool. It's a little pricy here but it was worth it to see how much fun the kids had. I dont think I would come again but it was a fun experience.

We had a fun time playing indoor glo mini golf here. The decor is fun and has a 'travel the world" theme. Each hole has its own theme and obstacles, some have themed music that starts when you approach it. While a bit pricey at about $30 per person, it was well worth it as there are 27 holes to play. We had a great time!

This unique mini golf spot is located in Tyler's Mall, with the entrance tucked between Macy's and JCPenney. Upon entering, you descend two flights of stairs to reach the actual area. The place is a mix of an arcade, mini golf course, and escape room. Since my friends and I went for the mini golf, we paid $16 per person, which included all 27 courses. The course was unique and, true to its name, it glowed. The black lights made certain parts of the course brighter than others, and even our golf balls glowed. There weren't too many people on the course, and we were told it takes about 45 minutes to complete. We were also given the option to tally our points to see who wins. It ended up taking us about an hour and a half to finish the course. Overall, it was really fun, and we enjoyed the random music playing around the space. We liked being able to move at our own pace and had a lot of fun.

Ask the Community - GLO Mini Golf

Yall sell beers?

NOPE!!!

About how long does it take to complete mini golf?

Depends how fast ppl are in front of you. Took us more than an hour.

I saw your comment back in 2018 regarding alcohol. Has that changed?

Are masks still required here?

No 4/2022

Hi, I'm here in town for a few days, is this place open or limited activites are offered at the moment?

It is open - mini golf and small arcade area. They do require masks.

How much is it per person and is it open right now due to covid?

It is open 4/2022. It was about $14~ per person. If you check in on Yelp Monday-Friday, you get $2 off

Do you have to pay 12$ per person for golf? Can two play for 12$ of mini golf?

Hi if it's for 2 then good, $12 to golf for 1 no

Is it for little kids or youth as well?

Yes lots of fun

Do you guys serve alcohol?

Sorry at this time we do no serve alcohol.

What type of food do they have?

We are currently remodeling our Snack bar, but are a few feet away from the malls food court.

Especially if you have KIDS! There's a feast to the recreational senses when you enter. I immediately gravitated towards the claw games. Note, the claw games are tough, I had to look up YouTube strategies and I still only ended up with a small prize from a smaller crane. I'll be back soon for Kaito's friends! If you're big on crossovers, Round One is constantly partnering with big names like Holo Live and other anime brands/titles. Sanrio is another major contributor, some plushies and prizes are even exclusive to Round One! I spotted cups, keychains, and much more. Now, Round One also offers bowling, karaoke, 99 cent ice cream, and arcade games. Thankfully, I went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't bad at all. No one was hogging up the activities and people were civil. I thought the experience was quite calming and sobering. The selection here is so random and incomplete it feels like they are sourcing from overstock or something. For example, it was weird seeing an entire wall of Kuroko figures (nevermind that no one has talked about Kuroko in over a literal decade and a half...), but ONLY Murasakibara, like, what? Note that there is security at the entrance and they will check your pockets and bags. I do like that they do this, it's probably just to make sure you're not sneaking food in but I felt safer walking around since the place is open late at night. It was extremely hot and humid inside and it smelled musty. I circled around to check out the selection but ended up leaving in 15 minutes because I couldn't find anything I wanted. Probably won't bother coming to this location again.

Just an overall bad experience, then my son wanted dipping dots but they were sold out everywhere inside the park, and it was only 2 hours after opening. On top of that the basketball arcade game took our credits twice, we never got to play a game and it was "nothing they could do about it". Most of the workers SEEMED LIKE nice people but the food was TERRIBLE! Add that to how hot it was, the $20 parking that was marked $15 on the website, my Easter was ehh. If the whole place runs by itself without the need of physical money, how would they even know who's playing the 30min package or the 1hr? If they use a prepaid players digital card, then a chaperone wouldn't be needed if we can't play the games anyway. We don't know anyone there or wouldn't need to cheat to play for free from others. Needless to say, we didn't see much. Just up to the door while they guarded it. Too bad, we would've enjoyed the place, but instead we were greeted with a cold welcome. Both visits had the same issue: the group next to us had no sense of bowling etiquette, and it was never addressed by staff. Their parties were oversized and ended up spilling into our space sitting in our seats, placing drinks on our table, and generally taking over the shared area. On top of that, their kids repeatedly came over to our lane, touching our tablet and interfering with our game. It made it really hard to enjoy what we paid for. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. Clear limits on group sizes per lane, ensuring kids stay within their own lane, and revisiting the shoe rental policy for guests who bring their own equipment would all go a long way in improving the experience. There's definitely potential here, but the bowling side needs better structure and oversight.
