Took my son here for his 10th birthday today. He brought a friend and we got the "All Day Pass"- it's $59 a person. This is our fourth time coming here and we normally do 1-2 hours. They've added some new things, which is awesome. This is THE ULTIMATE place for your gaming kids (and adults!) They have most everything! Pros: * Every time we come here it's super clean! I appreciate that. * Every employee has been very helpful, attentive to set up the VR for us, and has a great attitude. * It's super fun, and I think the all day pass is well worth the money! * They are chill about me (the Mom) sitting and working on my laptop at one of the cool tables. Cons: * The cafe is closed during the day (at least it has been every time we've come) They used to have a soda machine and if you bought time you got a free soda, which I thought was a cool perk. Came in looking for something to do and I sure found it! Not something I would do regularly because it was pretty pricey $38 for an hour, but it was fun! Steven was the only one working so aside from price the only downfall is you needed to wait for him to help you set up on the next game/ride you're ready. However he was so friendly and welcoming! OKAY, our world was literally turned upside down from fun at this VR location. We had so much fun remembering how to be kids again!! Honestly, one hour here can turn into a blur without getting overwhelming - they have a lot of games to offer from VR to traditional handheld games, but they are all curated so you don't feel like you're missing out by doing one thing over another! Took my dad here for a father daughter date and had a fantastic time! Right upon walking in, you're greeted with a smiling face and the service was amazing. The entire arcade is very clean and there are a ton of ride + game options for you to choose from. We tried a couple and had a great time but dad did say he was expecting the graphics to be a bit more HD. Regardless it was a great time and had some good from the cafe as well. A very diverse menu with tons of options for everyone's taste buds. We ordered the Wagyu sliders and fish and chips. Yesterday me and my fiancé had the time of our lives we never experienced virtual reality. The employees were so attentive. The food was amazing. We had six chicken wings with fries and Wagu Sliders with fries. For dessert we had strawberry banana crepe which was delicious. They have a big screen TV where they host the World Cup games for those who are looking for entertainment and to watch the World Cup this year. Stopped by a saturday afternoon w/ my brother. we paid $40 for an hour. They had lots of stuff to do- high speed racing simulators, pc setups, nintendo switch setups, VR Coaster Simulators and my favorite the VR station where we played Creed! The VR station was fun, I played two matches and I actually started to sweat a bit. The racing simulator was really cool as well! The whole platform moves as you turn and break! They also have a small cafe that serves snacks & treats! We got the buffalo chicken sliders, Lotus crepe and mini dubai chocolate pancakes. This place is epic! The staff, legendary! They're so respectful and patient with the kids... Mom fave, it's always so clean! I noticed they added more tables, job well done mates. I do need to mention I was feeling pretty parched as and needed an adult bevvy. To my surprise the bar was closed not sure what happened but that was a huge disappointment. The lack of knowledge, professionalism, and phone etiquette has forced us to seek service elsewhere. Went for the first time, only to walk in the guy at the front tells us "we're not accepting anymore customers right now" and basically says to come back in 3 hours. I had a great experience at Odyssey VR with my 4 nieces and nephews. We went the week before Thanksgiving. I've never been to a VR anything before so I didn't know what to expect. It was great! I loved how their employee Luke was amazing with the 5 and 7 year olds. He was so patient teaching them how to play the game and getting them set up. I appreciated how they played good music that wasn't too loud. I also liked how the bathrooms were visible and that the machines were low to the ground so I could see where the kids were the whole time. I would definitely go again. When I first reached out, I spoke with Josh. I was informed that the weekend was booked, but he would let me know if any openings came up. He invited us to come and play (without reserving a party) and said the kids would still have fun playing. I get a call 2 days before and Josh mentioned that a party canceled, so we took their place.
