We came from out of town and were looking for something to do nearby since there isn't a lot to choose from around here. When we first walked in, the place was completely empty and small so we felt weird sticking around. We went to some stores and came back when a few more people walked in. They have some arcade games, mini golf, and small escape rooms. We tried out an escape room and some games. The arcade games are pretty pricey to play so it was easy to blow through your reloadable card. The escape room was somewhat challenging, we were told not to be too aggressive with anything in the room but one of the items you had to be somewhat forceful with to progress so we lost - but that's okay! Overall, maybe it would be fun for younger kids or if you have more people in your group. But for us, there wasn't enough game options and it just felt pretty empty. read more

Very bad experience. I came to celebrate my son's 15th birthday with his friends, and they completely ruined the moment. They were 6 teenagers, excited to play and have fun, yet they were kicked out of the game for no valid reason. The kids were simply laughing, enjoying themselves, and behaving like any normal group of teenagers, but the staff member didn't accept that they were having fun and acted rude and unfair toward them. It's unacceptable that a place that is supposed to provide fun treats young people this way--especially on such an important day like a birthday celebration. I do not recommend this place for family events or groups of teens. Very disappointing. It's also illogical and upsetting how they managed to ruin such a special day for my son and his friends over something so minor. A complete lack of professionalism and empathy. read more

We came here between 5-6 pm on a Saturday. The place was full but not packed. The employees work swiftly and efficiently. They are friendly and helpful. There's bowling lanes, arcade games, laser tag and mini golf. We came for the mini golf. I think we paid $18 or $19 per person. They don't charge for two year olds. There's different sized clubs to choose from. What I liked was that it wasn't so packed that you had to wait your turn or hurry up because people were waiting on you. I think there was 21 different courses each with a unique theme. At the end of it, you return your club and ball into this cool box. You get a 10 dollar card and it's literally gone after playing 3 things. The Escape rooms are so lame it's a small room like a bathroom lol. Then the mini golf is seriously so wack for anyone over the age of 5. The only good thing here was the Lazer tag. So you've been warned if you're an adult or you have older children you're better off going to John's incredible pizza. This was a nice little spot for the kids to enjoy! We went on a whim to spend some time with my niece and nephews, and the fact that it was indoors was the main reason we chose it. First time here and the glo mini golf was fun for my granddaughters even though there were a lot of short holes but overall not bad. They wanted to do the Escape Room and they said it was pretty easy and way to quick for time wise. The rooms are only given 10 min and I felt that was too pricey for the short time frame even though we did the golf/escape room bundle. Came here to enjoy a date with my boyfriend at GLO Mini golf. We found this place on Google and we drove about an hour to get here. Upon entering the place was very empty and there was no one to greet us, we walked up to the counter and despite there being multiple workers, us and another couple weren't helped until 5-10 mins later. We picked only the Glo Mini Golf experience and got started with a score sheet, golf clubs, and glow in the dark balls. The place was not super crowded but there were a fair amount of groups going so we did have to wait for other groups for most of the rounds. We played all the different holes with the glow in the dark stuff too. There was not much variety though, and for a 28-hole mini golf, I had expected more variety in terms of set up. This place is hidden next to The Home Depot and Aldi store. When we got there it seem interesting. I brought a group of kids ages 5 - 14. Compared to other game arcades it was ok. The kids had fun. The attendant for the laser tag, I wish I got his name, took the time to sketch out some Spider-Man pictures for him & he keeps them on his nightstand now. Overall we had a wonderful experience. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this place and " store manager" We came to Glo Mini Golf in San Bernardino for a kid's birthday party, expecting a fun, interactive experience with mini golf, escape rooms, and laser tag. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. All the activities were over in less than 30 minutes, and none of it was engaging. The escape room was finished in under 10 minutes and felt like an afterthought. The kids were bored and really let down--definitely not what you want for a birthday outing. To make it worse, we spoke with the store manager, who offered absolutely nothing to make it right. Instead, she told us to speak to her district manager, who is currently "flying in the air" and wouldn't be available until maybe Monday. Completely unhelpful and unprofessional. The layout concept needs improvement. There is no seating at all (except the bowling lane). only 3 small standing tables(no seating) Parents had to stand around while kids played laser tag/arcade games. Some parents went to wait in their car while awaiting their game times. Also a transient entered the building, roaming around the kids at the arcade area and security didn't acknowledge the situation as they were too busy on their phone. A father had to tell the man to stop staring at the kids and told him to leave . Lastly Prices of the arcade games are kinda high with no variety. read more

glo golf was fun but when i had looked on their website it said i could purchase the 35 dollar package and play golf, lazer tag, and the escape room. when we got there they told us in order to do those three activities we would have to upgrade 50 dollar package even if i had already paid and selected those activities. recently I bought 9 legendary passes to Glo in SB and thought it would was a good deal 2 laser tag games 1 mini golf and 2 bowling then found out all of the bowling lanes were down except 1 of them so I tried to see if I could swap it for another laser tag and the guy at the counter seemed genuinely happy to tell me no so I said ok and continued with the day.. later on I went to buy some beers for me and my friends when the guy at the counter told me he would need to see their IDs to get extra beers and apparently this was at 9:59pm so I waved over to my buddies to come over and they did then the guy said sorry it's 10pm i cant serve you any beers now and the way he said it was like he just hit the jackpot of misery by telling all of us we were too late when I hadn't even moved from the counter to have my friends bring their IDs.. I spent 450$ and feel like I got completely ripped off maybe it's just this location but seems like the staff only gets joy by telling people no sorry I can't help you. Im going to make it my mission in life to tell everyone on social media to stay away from this Glo center.. in hopes to save others time and money.. Do Not Go! The WORST customer service! Went in on 6/5 at 4 pm for Escape room. No employees in sight for a good 5 minutes. When the girl finally showed up, no greeting, no apologies for the wait, and waited for me to tell her what I needed. For being so expensive and so new the customer service should exceptional. When we were taken to the escape room, we were given little to no instructions, so we basically wasted half of the 15 minutes we had to get out of there. $40 down the drain.
