For everything that's included, the price feels very affordable for a private indoor playground. I believe the max capacity is 48 people, which is really the only downside. Because of that, I haven't been able to book it myself yet since our gatherings are usually bigger, but for a smaller group this place is perfect! The playground itself is very clean and intimate, not overwhelming or massive like some other indoor play places, so you can actually keep an eye on the kids the whole time. We booked this venue to celebrate my daughter's birthday. What should have been a fun, memorable experience for my daughter and her guests turned into an incredibly frustrating and embarrassing situation because of the lack of professionalism, organization, and basic customer service demonstrated by the manager.From the beginning, there was little to no coordination. We were not properly directed to our party room, there was no clear communication, and the manager did not take the initiative to coordinate anything or ensure the party was running smoothly. We essentially had to figure things out ourselves despite having paid for a birthday party experience. Isn't the entire point of booking a party package to have someone help coordinate the experience? When I finally addressed the manager's rude attitude and lack of coordination, instead of taking accountability, listening to my concerns, or attempting to resolve the situation, she decided it was appropriate to YELL AT ME IN FRONT OF MY CHILD'S BIRTHDAY PARTY GUESTS. Yes, you read that correctly. A manager thought it was acceptable to raise her voice at a paying customer in front of a group of children and families who were there to celebrate a little girl's birthday. Absolutely disgraceful.What made the situation even worse was witnessing her treatment of one of her own employees. She threatened the employee's job and made her cry. Watching someone in a management position intimidate an employee to the point of tears was incredibly uncomfortable and upsetting. If this is how she treats her employees in front of customers, I can only imagine what happens behind closed doors.A management position comes with responsibility. It requires leadership, communication, patience, organization, and the ability to handle difficult situations without becoming confrontational. The manager had a partially shaved hairstyle and was dressed in visibly worn-down, pajama-like clothing. While appearance alone does not determine someone's ability to perform their job, combined with the disorganization and unprofessional conduct we experienced, it certainly did not create a reassuring impression of the management overseeing our daughter's celebration. The most upsetting part of this entire experience is that this was supposed to be ABOUT MY CHILD. I paid for a birthday celebration, not to spend my daughter's special day dealing with an unorganized establishment and a manager who apparently cannot handle being approached with legitimate concerns without resorting to yelling. Customers should not have to beg for basic communication. Employees should not be threatened or intimidated. Parents should not be publicly yelled at while celebrating their children. Kristin/Kristina needs a serious reality check about what being a manager actually means. Having a manager title does not automatically make someone a leader. Leadership is demonstrated through actions, professionalism, accountability, and the way you treat people, especially when something goes wrong.I sincerely hope the owners and corporate management take this complaint seriously, investigate what happened, and evaluate whether this individual is representing their business appropriately. I would strongly encourage them to review any available security footage and speak with the employees who witnessed the incident. They were all very intimidated by her and she speaks down to these young highschool kids Candeeland can have all the colorful decorations, attractions, and birthday packages it wants, but none of that means anything when the management ruins the experience for the very families paying to be there.
