It's also very safe, the front desk guy opened and closed the gate as we walked to the car to grab a water and went back. They also sell water, juice and little snacks. I wish Candeeland was open back then!! I feel much safer bringing my grandchild here and don't have to worry about walking outside and getting shot or stabbed. I love the system of how there are employees stationed at the entrance/exit checking each sticker to ensure that the right child/ren are leaving with the right adult. They both uphold company policies to the letter and enforce them kindly, such as requiring everyone must wear socks at all times. My grand child's birthday is coming up soon and I definitely plan on having the party at Candeeland!!

We've now come to expect to bring extra clothing for ourselves and the kids as it's just not as clean as it was before. It's also a bummer they took out the train, although we understand it was costing them a lot in maintenance fees to keep up. Still, we will continue bringing our kids. Owners if you're reading this, PLEASE keep up with the cleanliness of this indoor playplace. You have hundreds of kids a week coming through. I had an appointment that was confirmed multiple times through both text and email, and after driving over an hour each way, I arrived to find the entire building dark -- every light was off -- and the place looked completely closed. I had called multiple times on the way there to let them know we'd be about 10 minutes late, no one answered, and yet the phone was sitting right next to Davian upon arrival, who seemed completely unaware of my booking. He then shuffled around like he didn't know what he was doing and appeared high. He was also sitting with a girl eating, and the whole situation felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. When I asked about my appointment, he first said, it would take him about 20 minutes to set up. By then I was uncomfortable and did not want to stay. When asking for a refund he responded "I don't work here," then changed it to, "I used to work here, I'm just helping out." He told me he couldn't process a reimbursement because his boss was at a Keith Sweat concert in Las Vegas and wasn't answering her phone, and that I'd have to contact her myself for a refund. I reached out to her multiple times and never received a single response. No refund, no apology, nothing. They've completely ignored me. For a place that calls itself a "family" activity center, this was one of the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experiences I've ever had. They wasted my time, energy, and money, and clearly don't care about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
