I will post below about my…read moreexperience but first I should say that after posting my experience on Facebook it is amazing how there are over a hundred people with complaints just like mine in our community yet this company is still in business. This is my post that one on Facebook as well I seriously just had the worst experience with the Beaumont gymnastics trampoline and tumbling program and I am soo incredibly upset. Last Wednesday they added a new team member which happened to be a teenage boy. Even though they have explained to parents that teenage boys are not allowed in the gym (siblings) because it is inappropriate. The kid removed his shirt in front of the girls to change into his staff shirt and of course the girls where laughing and ewwwing. I personally didn't feel it was appropriate so I approached the ladies at the front and expressed my concerns. Privately and appropriately. Today while school shopping with my son I received a phone call. The man on the phone introduced himself as something Kennedy with the gymnastics program. He rudely informed me that my daughter was no longer enrolled in the program because "We do not need trash like you and your daughter in our program"! I was caught off gaurd (while shopping) and said "excuse me, who are you" He than asked if I was stupid, that he was unsure what happened to me during my childhood to make me so uncomfortable around boys. I told him my concerns and what happened with the boy that removed his shirt, I even told him that it wasn't a big deal but I felt it should be addressed. Then he said, " Oh you are stupid, because your daughter has seen a boy without his shirt on at the beach or a public pool." My response was I guess I am since although your child has seen a girl in a bikini top, but I still find it inappropriate to remove my tshirt in front of children and allow them to see my bra." His response to that is I see on your paperwork that you work for the (my work). Maybe I should call them and make up stuff and tell them what immature trash they have working for them and how you have issues with little boys. The conversation got worse from there. After being called a bunch of other names I was then over the conversation. They owe me 6 more weeks of services and he told me if I want to see my money to take them to court!! I feel like our community should be warned about this. I have NEVER been so blindsided or talked to so unprofessional. Consider this a warning under no circumstances should you enroll your children with the Beaumont gymnastics trampoline and tumbling program.

    Just moved to the city of Beaumont and wanted to get our 3 year old daughter into an activity to…read morebuild her social skills with other children. The day of signing up, going through all the rules and regulations, my daughter just got a little whinny as any average 3 year old would. While trying to calm her down, the lady at the desk says "she's needs to be more quiet because there is kids on the floor." Kind of struck a nerve but was able to looked past it because overall is was about our daughter. Fast forward a couple weeks, due to scheduling we were going to miss a class and politely asked the coach if their was a makeup class. The lady that signed us up rudely interrupted and told the coach that we need to go back and read the back of the contract. It was just a simple question that could of been answered then and there. Now today was the straw that broke the camels back. My daughter tripped and fell, started crying, and guess who is there to set order? Same lady again rudely instructed to take my daughter outside until she stops crying! Come on now, she's 3 years old, what do you expect? Don't get me wrong the coaches are great, it's just that rude lady that just ruined the whole experience to where we just pulled our child out today (8-7-19) which we did pay up until the month. Will not recommend this place as long as that lady is around. Good luck to the nice coaches who deserves better.

    Terrible management and front desk staff. We signed my kids up immediately after their trial class…read morea couple of weeks ago. The front desk had my card on file and asked if I could run it. She also went over the payment. I was told it would be the yearly fee and the monthly fee for both of my kids. I agreed. I confirmed that was all we needed to do and she said yes. My fault for not asking for a print out receipt. I am 10000% positive I went to the front desk immediately after the class because the front staff told me that if I didn't sign them up within a certain time period my kids would lose their spots in that class. So we signed them up that day. Today we go in and the manager announced, in front of the parent area, that I didn't register my kids after their trial class. "yes I did", I said as I'm walking into the office. She proceeded to tell me, now with an attitude, that I didn't. I kept telling her that I did and she kept arguing with me saying "you may have thought you came up to the desk to register but you didn't." I get what she is saying that the kids are not registered in the system, but There is a difference between saying a customer didn't do something (after the customer is positive that they did) and being extremely rude about it vs. saying the payment didn't go through or there may have been a technical error with the computer. or what this manager should have said "I'm sorry, it seems like the payment didn't go through or there may have miscommunication about registering and I'll talk with my staff to ensure it doesn't happen again." But she stuck with the, "you didn't do it" or "you may have thought you did but you didn't." This is terrible customer service practice and terrible management. I am stern but I am not a rude person at all. I do not yell or raise my voice. I was clearly frustrated and making it the only point that her tone and blaming me is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have a lot of understanding for things happening such as bad days and technical difficulties but to argue with a customer and talk down to them and blame them for something that was the fault of the staff at the front desk for not ensuring the payment went through or following through with what she said she was going to do is unprofessional and a terrible way to manage. After I decided to not continue at this gym, I asked for the owners information. The manager continued her attitude and said I can email on the "contact us" email. I went to the front to get that email and she immediately said she has no contact information of the manager. Also, with a bad attitude. I asked her to write down the owners email and she rudely pointed to the company card and said I can email on the company email and she might see it there. I have a career in customer service and no way would I ever allow the staff of my business to handle situations like that. It's funny that this happened immediately after my husband and I were watching our kids stretching and noticed the coaches not correcting their forms. They were sitting down on their tablets. What's the point of stretches and growing as a gymnast if you don't correct the forms? That's where the fundamentals start like pointing your toes for everything and it doesn't benefit the stretch if it's not done properly. This is a beginner class where all those things are important to learn. I guess this was a sign to stay away! If you have cameras in the building I suggest you listen to those and watch the videos to see how your manager was. They represent your business. It Sucks because my kids liked the first class and wanted to do gymnastics here. It was close enough where we could go and we heard some good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot support a business with bad management and staffing.
