I just used New Age Gaming this past Saturday for my son's 10th birthday party. I chose the package with the 2hrs of the game truck and then 1 1/2 hours of laser tag- both were a HUGE hit!!! They arrived on-time, were very accommodating, helpful and kind. The game truck was perfect and had so many options both inside and outside for the kids to play. By far though, I think laser tag was the highlight of our party! The man who ran it was so helpful and organized. We had about 30 kids participating and he made it so easy to form teams (teams are 6 players each) and then rotate the groups every 4 min. Every kid loved this event so much! The lights, the fog machine, all the tents to hide in... it was seriously so much fun! I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a game truck or laser tag. You will not be disappointed! Thank you New Age Gaming for making my son's 10th birthday such a memorable one!

Since the first contact with owner Victor up until the end we received quality customer service. The truck arrived a little late due to weather but as soon as they arrived I was informed they would be making up the time and adding and extra 15 minutes. The truck was very cool and had all the games the kids wanted. It was nice and clean and at all times there was a gentleman attentive to what the kids needed. The kids really enjoyed the laser tag! Someone from New Age stayed with us the whole time to explain the equipment and help the kids throughout the two hours they were playing. I mean, I can't speak to experience using them, but finding them on google and calling several times as well as text (like the website reads) trying to book they do not answer. They don't answer or respond. If they are out of business they should be removed from rental recommendations. read more

Disappointed. The VR system was dead after 10 minutes of use. All the kids tried playing the outside race car game and it did not work correctly. The two workers provided were inside playing games instead of helping the kids. Kids were asked to get out of the truck 10 minutes early. Contacted customer service after I was told about the Vr issues by my son. Was given the run round. Said they would refund $75 but I feel like it was not worth the $325 that we paid. Was told they had 3 VR's but that was not the case. The one they had only last 15-20 minutes per them. Co-owner" was was very argumentative, accusatory, and rude. When I asked for a refund he accused me of extortion?!?! Do yourself a favor and book another company. read more

we had booked a party for this month on 3/18. we gave our deposit and a week later we received an email telling us our event was cancelled do to the lost on an owner and that we were going to refunded for our deposit. this was on 2/20/23. till today we have not received our deposit, nobody is responding to emails and the #951-786-8269 doesnt pick up. I understand if there was lost we did express our condolences. so not sure if the business is still running but i'm just trying to get our funds back. read more

Like other reviews have said, don't waste your time. They fail to respond to booking requests, Yelp messages, or even phone calls. Their voicemail says their inbox is full. If you advertise as a reputable business but can't respond to requests, people will go elsewhere. Buy bye read more

I had the worst experience with new age gaming. The guys that showed up were unprofessional and lazy. Half the games were broken. No VR systems with a charge. No stadium seating? The truck was dirty and smelled like old farts. There are so many good game truck companies. This is not one of them. read more

These guys were great! They showed up early to set up all of the laser tag obstacles so that it was ready to play at party time. A couple of guys were there the whole time incase anyone needed help with the laser tag guns or getting started. My son said he wants a laser tag party every year! Would definitely book them again! read more

This is a great company. I wasn't expecting such a Good quality experience. We just celebrated a birthday with their laser tag event and let me tell you 2 hours went by quick!!! The kids didn't want to go home it was so much fun! The music and the fog machines with all the bunkers made the kids feel like they were in an actual video games themselves. All the guns were good quality and had no issues. The 2 young men that were in charge of getting the kids situated were very helpful and friendly. We had a slight problem where we needed to move from one side of the park to the other and new age gaming didn't take time off for that and we really appreciate that. We will definitely be back! Just an absolutely awesome experience with these folks. Their truck is top notch, state-of-the-art, and simply bad ass! Their staff is super helpful and friendly. Had my son's 11th birthday on super bowl sunday and it could not have been any better. The kids absolutely loved the game truck. All the best new games and equipment and I would recommend new age to anyone considering a game truck. They also played the super bowl for us on the outside screens, supplied an easy-up and set up a nice seating area for party goers to enjoy the game in comfort. We used New Age Gaming for my son's 9th birthday party. The process was very professional. Their response time to any of my questions was almost immediate. On the day of the party they were ready for the kids right on time and were beyond friendly and professional. They had the newest consoles and a huge library of games. The customer service and professionalism we received was excellent! The laser tag was such a cool set up and they provide hands on help and a bit of training as well! The game truck is one of the best I've ever seen, with every game system and an endless amount of games for everyone's enjoyment for all age groups! The truck was very spacious, it held 20 plus people and might I add it was heated which was perfect for our night time party! For the 2 hours, phenomenal customer service and the amount of fun my son and guest had I'll say this was totally worth the price! I couldn't have asked for better! The teeny tiny parking lot holds maybe 16 cars, but there's plenty of parking right outside in the residential area. We went today, which is a Friday and although the street signs said No Parking on Fridays due to street sweeping, at least a dozen cars were parked so I took a chance and parked on the street too, hoping the patrol and street sweep already happened. I carried our camping chairs and stuff and posted up inside the splash pad where there was shade under a big palm tree. They had 4 concrete benches and ledges but most were not shaded. A bunch of families had their blankets and chairs set up outside the splash pad fence under all the trees. The restrooms were just past the front of the entrance to the splash pad. The play ground was right next door with some shade and a good size jungle gym and 4 swings, 2 of which are those giant chair swings. And because it is summer, the school district had 3 pops that were serving free lunch to all the kids. Fridays was cheeseburgers, which was perfect! They packed up around 12:30pm, so come before noon! We had a blast and will definitely come back this summer!

While I had never experienced anything quite like what happened during my last visit, I have had smaller, somewhat similar situations happen here before. I brushed them off at the time, but after this most recent experience, I definitely look at this park differently. One thing I have noticed almost every time I've visited is the amount of children who seem to be completely unsupervised, running around and doing whatever they want without a parent nearby. I'm definitely a helicopter parent when we're at parks because anything can happen in a matter of seconds, and let's be honest, the world we live in nowadays doesn't always feel safe. I understand kids are there to play and have fun, but parents still need to be present and aware of what their children are doing. During my last visit, there was also a group of people smoking weed at the park, and the smell was EXTREMELY obvious. Listen, there's nothing wrong with what adults choose to do on their own time, but please keep it away from children and family areas. A children's park and splash pad is not the place for kids to be surrounded by the smell of marijuana. It's unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed bringing my kids here, especially for the splash pad. But after my last experience, I highly doubt I'll be returning. Sometimes one situation is enough to completely change how comfortable you feel in a place, and unfortunately, that's what happened for me with Celebration Park.

At the time, our income was low, but the Y offered scholarships, which made it possible for us to join. We received a 50% scholarship, and it truly was a blessing. It gave me time to work out, take classes, and just have a little "me time" while my baby was safe and cared for. Now that my son is in preschool, I have the flexibility to come at any time, and I love that freedom. The childcare hours used to be limited to mornings (around 8 to 12) and a bit in the afternoon (around 3:30), but now I just come whenever I can. I usually do my own workouts since the group class times don't always fit my schedule, but there's such a great variety, swimming, tap, pilates, fusion, and so much more. Another thing I love is the sense of community. I often see friends from church here, and it feels like an extension of that family atmosphere. The staff is generally friendly, though a few could be a bit more personable, but overall, they're helpful and kind. For the value, variety, and community, the YMCA has been such a big part of my life these past few years. I'm so grateful for it, and I can honestly say, I love the Y!

New Age Gaming came out to my children's elementary school as a prize for a fundraiser. The children had a great time! The truck was well taken care of, air conditioned, and there were no funky smells (like I've experienced in other trucks - kids sweat and feet!). The staff arrived early and set up in minutes.
