They answered all my questions, gave me a detailed report of what they offer, and were even willing to customize it a little bit to the venue we chose. They kept in contact with me, and made sure I was up to date on the plans and characters that were coming. Very professional and easy to book. They were very responsive to emails and text messages. It was easy to send my deposit and book my character. My daughter wanted the Miraculous Ladybug and that character is much harder to find than an Elsa or Spider-Man. So I was happy that they had that character available. When Ladybug arrived she stayed in character from beginning to end-- even with adults. She knew all the details of the character and even talked to the kids about details of the show. My daughter is 5 so she still gets excited with those things. She told me later that Ladybug told her about her "secret identity" lol so it made the birthday girl feel special that Ladybug trusted her with the secret identity lol. The actress played games with the kids and was really good managing their short attention spans. They did a superhero training camp. So they got all their energy out. Her assistant checked in with me regularly to ask if there was any special activities we wanted like singing happy birthday or cutting the cake. I bought Ladybug paper masks for the kids and asked Ladybug actress to give them to the kids.It was really cute and the kids we're excited to graduate superhero training and get a secret identity and mask. I spoke with a woman from this place about getting a "minion" for my son's birthday. She said she would find someone and sent me contract. While I was filing out the forms and ready to pay, she sent me a text that someone from Irvine already booked the "minion" for the same day. I find it too much of a coincidence that she had to look and see what kind of character I wanted and they were available then all of a sudden they are already booked and she never mentioned this before. I think she mislead us because we only booked for hour. Wasn't worth their time. Will not recommend them and be careful if you use them that you don't get the same run around. read more

This is a very professional group that I would hire again in an instant. I reached out for Captain America to drop in to my son's birthday party. The process was easy and the communication was great. The actor, Adam, got in touch a couple of days before the party to introduce himself and explain how it would go down on the day of the party. The Captain and his assistant arrived early to scope out the space. His entrance was nothing short of heroic. They kept the kids moving and entertained with games like tug of war and races.
