My granddaughter is 5 years old, and she believed that it was AppleJack straight from the cartoons. The performer was incredible. She not only embodied Apple Jack in look, she spoke the same and even knew the lore about where she lived, games she liked to play, etc. We've had Disney performers in the past, which have been great. But, this one really takes the cake. She helped create lifelong memories that I know my granddaughter daughter cherish.

I received a few different calls to confirm the party so everything seemed on track. On the day of the party, the balloon artist showed up without the character. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.

The entire process with Enchanted Characters was incredibly smooth from start to finish. It was so easy to inquire and book online, and I received a follow-up message almost immediately. They were very thorough and provided all the information I needed, so I barely even had any questions. The little times we did communicate, the response was almost immediate, which made me feel so confident that someone would actually show up to our party and on time! We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party! She was such a beautiful Cinderella and played the character to a T. She did singing, dancing, storytelling, bubbles, and games and had all the kids participating and engaged the entire time. The kids absolutely loved her and said that was their favorite part of the party! My daughter had the biggest smile on her face and the loudest laugh throughout the whole performance, which made it all so worth it It was such a special experience for her third birthday, and I can't wait to reach out to these guys again for future parties!

Lindsey was so great at communicating with, despite me being a busy single Mom and taking a bit to reply. The whole team was so helpful and great to work with. We booked Blippi, which was not easy to find, and the actor was absolutely amazing! Shoutout to Joaquin!!! He called me the night before to get more information on Cali Rose, the b-day girl, and what was planned so he would deliver the best for us, as well as my request of letting me know when he was arriving to get video and pictures. Cali has albinism which makes it difficult for her to see and navigate in the sun and bright light, so Joaquin made sure to have her not facing the sun during the games or interacting. All of the kids loved having Joaquin there (even those that didn't know who Blippi was) and made my job of wondering how to entertain 12 kids for 3 hours much easier! We originally planned on 1.5 hours but, couldn't stop the fun so ended up extended it another 1.5 hours. Joaquin never stopped being Blippi for a minute and entertaining the kids. He made sure to focus on Cali Rose but also included all of her friends and family. With Cali Rose and her family being bilingual (English and Spanish) it was an amazing surprise to learn he knew some of the traditional birthday songs for the Piñata and Happy Birthday! Cali Rose, her family and friends kids have not stopped talking about and dancing to the songs at the party since! We truly were blessed to find The Princess Party with a great team of admins and actors! Book your next party with them, you will NOT be disappointed!

Every character is a real-life princess and is so deeply caring with the lore and background and behavior of the world(s) they inhabit. I have been to and hosted many a Wishing Well party and I am always blown away - it truly feels like you have these characters come to life straight out of the stories and movies. Oh! And the insanely beautiful voices and dancing?? It's unreal. We most recently hosted a birthday party with Moana and when she started singing to the children the entire party went silent...the adults thought at first that she was lip-syncing to a recording and then quickly became convinced that we had worked some magic to have Moana pop right out of DIsney+ and into our lives. It was amazing. Wishing Well is amazing. On top of the mind-blowing, crowd-pleasing characters come to life, Kalinda also is sure to make sure that every possible detail is communicated and taken care (since we all know that things can fall through the cracks with the million things going on in life and party planning...)! I have always felt so taken care of and know that when Wishing Well is involved, it's going to be a magical day for everyone.
