Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. The way they treated their equipment and me was a direct reflection of the people they are. Don't shop around, just rent from them!

So much work went into planning but unfortunately as it was only two hours before when we had to call it, I had forgotten to cancel the face painter. So much on my mind that's my bad but the fact that she still charges in full and no reduced cancelation fee rate. She just told me she could have gotten another job instead. True, but the winds were beyond my control (We're talking 40mph gusts). After I immediately paid her she continued to text me to try to make me feel guilty, even though I paid her in full. I had to ask her to stop contacting me and then she told me "we're good". Overview -Unprofessional -Good idea to check in with your client before party (common sense and every other vendor did).
