They mistreat their workers and lie to parents. They pay for good reviews, I suggest looking elsewhere. They changed bookings on us several times, but we had found the original actor online and spoke to her before the party. The booking company apparently decided to punish her by telling her she wasn't booked for our party just days before the party. This left a salty taste in my mouth and I felt I needed to post this online for the world to see. They use predatory practices and mistreat these poor young girls who just want to bring joy to children's lives.

The children had an amazing time, and many parents commented on how magical, energetic, and engaging the party was. Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.
