This review is kind of overdue but has been top of my list as I attend one wedding after another this year. We found Tempoe Entertainments through Yelp and were plannjng our wedding from the east coast so imagine trusting yelp reviews completely. Our DJ was DJ Tempoe. Our wedding was at 6pm and I saw him setting up already at about 4pm. His equipment were clear, he spoke clearly, aside from having the planner, he actively set up a time with us to meet and talk about our must haves and must not haves. DJ Tempoe was very professional and worked amazingly with our venue coordinators as well as asked us throughout the night if we were ready for the next item on the agenda since we were running behind schedule. On top of that, in the planner, you put in song requests and using those choices we made, he created a playlist that just reflects the right kind of music we wanted at our wedding - like no rap or swear words, etc. He tweaked music based on the vibe of the room. We saw relatives we've never seen dance, go up to the dance floor and never stopped till it was over. We got countdown emails from them leading up to event with advice on what should be done during that time which was really helpful. The communication was great as well, I was really picky about my music and only wanted my specific Playlists played during dinner and dancing and they really heard me and respected my wishes which was such a relief. The Harpist was extremely professional as well and really made our ceremony stand out. I really love their web portal where I was able to upload my Playlists directly from my Spotify account and there was a section for every specific song I wanted during certain times of the event. We hired Tempoe DJs for our wedding in Aliso Viejo, paying for a DJ and also a photo booth. Their online portal was great for helping us plan our reception schedule and also paying for their services. We had a first call with Joe to go over some initial details and then as the event got closer, we had a couple calls with DJ Johnny to go over our whole reception schedule in detail. On the day of, DJ Johnny and Brian the photobooth attendant showed up on time and were very professional.
