    Joe did an amazing job at our wedding. He kept the party going and made sure to play all the songs I requested. On top of that he was very kind, courteous and punctual. I so glad our coordinator recommended him to us. His set up was also very clean and sleek, no ugly wires showing anywhere. Thank you joe!

    I would like to say thank you to Joe and his team of professionals that had helped me through a very stressful sweet 16 for my daughter! I highly recommend PDJI for any event they are totally capable of making your event come out as a success. Very stressful setting everything up but Joe was very hands on with numerous visits to my home to plan and help to make my daughters sweet 16 go off with out any issues. My daughter was very happy and grateful for everyone involved with making this a very special memory for her and us . Thank you Joe

    WOW! Does yelp give out more than 5 stars? Because if so DJ Joe gets them all! I had my wedding on August 17, 2018 at Mountain Meadows Golf Course in Pomona and I already have know Joe from a few years back and when I got engaged I already knew who was going to DJ at my wedding, but even then I could not even imagined of what Joe's talent and professionalism made my special day even more unique. Price: His prices are comparable to most DJ's out there but what Joe brings to the table, you can't put a price on. He not only has a HUGE library of music but also has an awesome website portal to make a wedding day timeline for yourself, add music you do and do not want to be played, and so much more. Also he not only DJ'ed but he was an MC throughout the entire night brining out laughter, excitement, and most of all fun to my entire event. So for price your pretty much getting a STEAL! Equipment: His equipment is top notch. We had gotten the up lighting, Photo Booth, and monogram. It was awesome, Our guests and even the venue coordinator was in awe of what Joe and his team had created our venue into. He even had music videos on the tv's like it was a real club! Music: I did choose a lot of my music myself but Joe added his own flavor and really read the crowd, there was not one person sitting down! HIs transitions and song choices were spot on. Extras: I was very hesitant on getting the Photo Booth but I am 10000000% glad I did. Not only were the pictures crisp and clear. But my guest got 2 copies, quality props, I had a custom frame (that they did a beautiful design), and to top it off I got a USB at the end of the night with all my guest pictures! I had so many guest come up to me and ask who did my Photo Booth because they were so nice and they wanted it for there events. *Also side note the ladies who work the Photo Booth are DJ Joe's wife and daughter. Earlier before the ceremony my florist didn't set up my centerpieces correctly and I was freaking out, his wife and daughter saw me and my bridal party freaking out and they did not hesitate and sprung into action to help fix the centerpieces, I will never forget that and how much I appreciated that. Overall: DJ Joe, his Wife, and Daughter made my even so special and helped out in ways that went above and beyond my expectations. I thank you so much for everything and if you are considering booking him, DO IT! I promise you won't regret it.

    DJ Joe has been Western University of Health Sciences' DJ for the last 2 years! He did large banquets and smaller meetings and at both types of events, his knowledge of how to run both events is impeccable and his service is exceptional! We're a tough crowd since we have various generations mixed at one event but DJ Joe knows when and how to please the different crowds!! If you provide him a schedule, he also runs the event on schedule so that the party runs on time. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and professional DJ, DJ Joe is the way to go.. because you'll get all of that and much more- his charisma will win over any crowd. You thought the review was over since it's for a DJ, didnt you?! But DJ Joe is not only a DJ, he's the party master. I didn't even start talking about all the other stuff that he does... He also provides other party services like photo booths, uplighting, logos on the wall with lights, slide shows, screen rentals, and etc. If you want a great party where people will talk about for ages, you need to get on touch with Joe... He'll make sure that the party goes without a hitch! DJ Joe= Party Master!!

    Joe hosted our wedding reception last friday. He did an AMAZING job! Was very professional and we received many compliments from our guests about him. He helped us understand the website by meeting with us personally about a week before our event. He led our reception and made it very easy for us to have a good time and not worry about anything. He played a lot of music from different genres and made sure everyone was having a great time. When he announced the last song of the night, we were disappointed he had to go. Looking back, when we decided to plan the wedding within six months, we were overwhelmed because there were simply too many choices, and we didn't know where to start. Fortunately, I came across Amormagic's wedding samples on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and I was immediately captivated by their attention to detail and their keen sense of aesthetics. After sending them a message, I received a reply the very next day, and we quickly scheduled a video call. Mandy gave me a very professional first impression, asking me many questions I had never even thought about. Since my husband and I are both people who dislike hassle and lack creative ideas, we quickly decided to entrust Mandy with the entire wedding design and planning. Throughout the process, I deeply felt that hiring Mandy and her team for wedding planning was worth every penny--truly "value for money." Below is a summary of their services: Key Features: Quick Responses, Always Available, Patient, and Thoughtful During the wedding design process, there were many things I had never heard of or didn't understand. Mandy and Dorris always replied within a few hours, patiently explaining the differences between each option and how they applied to me. Actively Listened to Client Needs, Focused on Key Points, and Organized Since I had never imagined what my wedding would look like, Mandy and Dorris asked me about my preferences in movies and art, and they surprisingly designed a floral color scheme that left me in awe at first glance. They also cleverly incorporated elements from both my and my husband's cultural backgrounds, filling the design with thoughtful details. After the wedding, many guests praised the stunning little touches, and they were particularly delighted with the seating cards, which doubled as gifts. Clear Division of Labor and Smooth Communication From the design phase to the on-site arrangements on the wedding day, everything was well-organized. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." I found Heather through Yelp and let me say: she really understood my vision and kept it real with me on what i could and couldn't afford lol. Not to mention, I literally and honestly don't know how I could have enjoyed my wedding without Heather. Her and her assistant, Courtney, handled E V E R Y T H I N G on the day of our wedding at the Estate on Second and then some. If there was any sort of problem, she had the solution. If we needed a drink, she was there with mine and my husband's signature cocktails. If I was losing track of time, she made sure to gently push me along. She truly handled everything so that me and my husband could just have FUN and for that I am truly grateful.
