We had the most magical experience with Hailey and Leah at my daughter's Frozen-themed 4th birthday party! From the moment they arrived, Anna and Elsa were completely in character and so wonderfully engaging with the kids. My daughter was absolutely enchanted--she had the time of her life, and the next morning she asked, "I miss Anna and Elsa... can they come back?" Even my 8-year-old son was impressed. He asked, "Why do these princesses look better than the ones we waited an hour to see at Disneyland?" Honestly, I couldn't agree more. Hailey (Elsa) has an incredible singing voice--it gave me chills! Leah (Anna) was beyond adorable and full of energy. They truly brought the magic to our backyard and created such a memorable experience not just for the kids, but for all of us. They exceeded every expectation--we couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you both so much for making my daughter's birthday so special! read more

Beautiful princesses to enchant your child's party! Make your child's dream come true and book the party!

Amazing!!! All the kids loved Ariel and she was in character the whole time. Hailey was wonderful with the kids, all the parents felt so relaxed being able to just hang out because the kids were concentrated on interacting with Ariel. I love they have a helper come with so the princess don't have to be distracted read more

This was such a fabulous experience! The Elsa was beyond expectations. She got into character so flawlessly and made for an unforgettable birthday for our princess. She walked in and totally surprised our daughter and all her friends, then they took turns taking photos with her. The story time was sooo cute and she was sure to get every kid involved. After story time she sang songs but gave our daughter the mic to sing with her and not gunna lie I shed some happy tears! It was sooo cute. Then she sang Happy Birthday before we cut the cake and we did the coronation add on. 10/10 I would book again!!! Thank you Hailey! read more

We hired Elsa for my daughter's 4th birthday and it was a huge hit! She didn't leave Elsa's side the entire time she was there. I contacted Princess pro impersonator right around the holidays as my daughter's birthday was in Jan. And even with the crazy holiday times, they were prompt and got back to me quickly with a quote and any question I had. They have many princesses and princes for parties for hire and their prices were the best around even with a small travel fee. (Whittier to Chino). Thank you for making my daughter's birthday memorable. For her and her little sister. They loved it! read more

Princess pro impersonators Is the best service I've tried other but they did not compare. Hailey is amazing. At my daughter's 3rd birthday I hired Rapunzel and when she was singing at last I see the light and my daughter was singing along Rapunzel made my daughter a star and gave her the microphone everyone started crying it was beautiful read more

This was honestly the best character hiring I've seen! Princess Jasmine who came to my daughter's 4th birthday party was absolutely splendid. She interacted well with my daughter and all her princess friends. She really made my daughter feel special on her special day. And man, can that Jasmine sing! She was on point with those vocals for the song that she made one of the little girls' jaw drop. It was overall such a cute and charming experience. In fact, I'm booking them again for my son's upcoming birthday because they were just THAT good. When it came to reservations, everything was a breeze. Since everything is online, it made the process straightforward. I also love how they have videos of the princess characters so you can choose specifically which person you would like for your character (if you have a preference). For my Princess Jasmine, I chose Marisa and she was lovely. My daughter still talks about how beautiful Jasmine was on her birthday. On the day of the party, the princess came promptly and I was informed beforehand when they were close by. Communication is everything when it comes to booking and planning to make sure things go smoothly and Princess Pro was on point with it all. Very Impressed with this company. Thank you for making my kids' dreams come true. read more

I'm so glad that I decided to book a princess for my daughter's birthday party. The princess we had was the Unicorn one and she was so good with the kids. We had a pretty large crowd of about 20 kids and the princess was just amazing. She had a lot of patience, she was having fun and the whole time she kept a beautiful smile on her face. What really caught my attention was the fact that she always kept the birthday girl next to her and included her in all the pictures that everyone was taking of their kids and really made my daughter feel like a mini princess with her. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer for future parties and will be recommending them to people.. my only complaint is that I did not tip her as much as I wanted to...next time..:) read more

Same 5 star review as before! PRINCESS PRO IMPERSONATORS IS THE ONLY COMPANY YOU SHOULD USE FOR YOUR EVENTS!!! I'm a 2 time returning customer, so I should know! I used PPI for my daughter's 3rd Birthday. The company did such a phenomenal job that I hired them again for my daughter's 5th birthday. AAAAAAMMMMMAAAAZZZZZIIIIINNNNNGGGGG!!! First, the customer service was outstanding. I'm a very busy single mom who works full time. At times, I get beyond overwhelmed and things slip through the cracks. It was only a week out from the party and I had not yet booked entertainment. I called PPI, knowing there was a STRONG Possibility all the cast was booked (they book up super fast, weeks in advanced, so don't wait like I did to make your reservation, you may not get so lucky). PPI literally went out of their way to make sure both Batman and The Sleeping Princess would be able to attend our birthday party, on almost no notice. I didn't expect them to do that, and would have understood if they had not been able to accommodate me on such short notice but it speaks volumes to how much they value their customers. The characters arrived exactly on time and did an awe-inspiring performance! The boys were smitten with Batman - and really enjoyed the super hero training. Some of the girls joined in too. Most of the girls flocked to Sleeping Princess (my daughter's favorite) as she sang and told stories! It was truly memorable and everyone had a great time! I feel the prices are beyond fair and I actually felt a little guilty about it so I tipped the characters and their assistants extra. It's a great deal and you can't put a price on the smile on the children's face when they see their favorite characters. Highly recommend! read more

Working with this awesome company now, they have wonderful options for unicorn parties!!! So excited!

I honestly found them randomly on Facebook and decided to go with them after seeing their reviews . I chose Camryn to play Moana at my daughter's fourth birthday . Honestly seeing my daughter so happy while Moana sang to her had me in actual tears I've never seen her so excited . She keeps begging me to bring Moana back for her next Birthday. Camryn was so professional at the event and played her character on point, I liked how she had so much patience when it was time for her to leave and the other kids kept asking her question and trying to talk to her when it was her time to leave and wasn't rude at all! Will be looking into this company again for my daughter birthday next year ! read more

Princess Pro deserves 10+ stars if I could. I can't begin to express how wonderful our experience was. We saw them at a friends party and had to have them for our daughters birthday. From the start, I felt like the ease of booking, the simple and professional process, to the confirmations, to the day of the event was flawless. The party was made with having Rapunzel with us. She and the assistant were so great with the kids and Rapunzels voice, character and overall performance was flawless! We got asked by so many guests if we hired Rapunzel directly from Disneyland. Thank you and we will we booking for many, many years to come. read more

My aunt hired cast member Hailey to impersonate the little mermaid. For her 4 year old daughters birthday party. She did such a wonderful job. We had such an awesome time hearing her sing. The kids loved it. They truly believed she was the little mermaid. They said they can't wait to visit her at Disneyland where she lives. Both her and the assistant who accompanied her (unfortunately I didn't get his name) were so pleasant. Definitely recommend! read more

I do not recommend! I paid a deposit of $150 & booked the life of luxery package w Princess Pro Impersonators in June of this year for my daughter's 5th birthday party in September. The night before my party I had to call, text, send messages on their Facebook messenger and send an email in order to confirm my reservation! I did not get any response until after 10pm! I noticed on my contract they sent me out a few days prior that it was for a ball gown princess when I had picked the mermaid skirt princess Hailey Rose. They also informed me that not only was I not getting a mermaid princess I would be getting an entirely different cast member than the one I had requested 3 months prior due to my first 2 picks not being available. They told me they had miscommunicated between each other and would comp me the remaining balance due for their unprofessionalism. I had no other choice but to take the offer but the day of the event they left out the main activities for my daughter. The package was to include these activities: Life of Luxury Package 2 hours  $265 -Event Assistant to coordinate activities -Picture taking with Party Guests -Interactive story time -Singing performance -Princess makeover for Birthday Child with  makeup, glitter hair spray, and accessories -Princess training with teaching a dance -Coronation with a rhinestone tiara for the Birthday Child -Singing Happy Birthday and giving a complimentary gift  -Unlimited amount of Children *$130 per additional character She did not give my daughter a princess makeover w glitter hair spray & accessories. She did not Coronate my daughter w a rhinestone tiara! Their communication was horrible and then they leave out these important activities that were included in the package I picked booked 3 months in advance!!! The princess was great w the children but I was not happy w the way the company treats the customers. I did not get anything I picked and booked. read more

They did an amazing job at my daughters birthday. We got Moana and Elena of Avalor. The princesses come with an assistant to help keep the party going and to keep the princesses in character. We got Queen Elsa and it could not have gone better. My two year old shies from most Disney characters but Elsa came in total character and my daughter gave her an immediate hug. Elsa sang "Do you want to build a Snowman" with so much conviction that I could see my daughter remembering the movies emotions. Unprompted she clapped at the end of that and "Let it Go"s performances. It was heartwarming to see the kids be drawn by the charm and storytelling. We will never forget it. read more

I wanted to make my daughters birthday an unforgettable one because she was turning 5. Money and time was a bit of an issue as my daughter wanted to go to Disney to see the princesses and we all know how expensive that is. I was beginning to stress because her birthday was around the corner and I had no plan. When I called, Ashley answered my phone call and she was so friendly that it quickly gave me a good feeling that their service was going to be good. She explained everything and worked out a few deals with me considering that I didn't have a lot of money to spend. Once we made a deal, I called a few times after to see if I could make changes to my package and she never seemed bothered. She was always happy to help me the best she could to accommodate all my needs. On that day, I was running late after work that I never even got a chance to changed out of my scrubs and got stressed out for a minute. However, all my stress instantly disappeared when I saw my daughters surprised expression as princess Ariel walked in. The impersonator I chose was Hailey and she looked and sang just like Ariel!! The outfit she wore, a gown, was gorgeous and fluffy and did not looked cheap or flimsy at all. And her assistant who happened to be Ashley was just as friendly in person. This company did amazing and went beyond my expectations. They made my little girl girl extremely happy that if I could I would give them 100s of stars. I just loved it so much!! read more

We had Elena and Rapunzel come to my daughter's 5th birthday and let me tell you it was so magical. First of all, the ladies look amazing and just like the princesses! Their voices are also spot on and they really sing live and beautifully. In our package, we had them sit with the girls at tea, they read a story each, taught tea etiquette, and a princess dance and etiquette. They took pictures with all the girls, sang happy birthday and each brought a gift for the birthday girl! It was truly a special event she will never forget.
