We had a Star Wars theme party for my son's third birthday with Chewy, Vader and Rey the female Jedi (Amanda). We also had a Wonder Woman theme superhero party for my daughter's seventh birthday; and Amanda once again played an excellent role as Wonder Woman! Oh... You have a right to know how this company operates. Michael doesn't do the work, he sends very young workers (maybe 16 years old, maybe younger, I don't know). These kids do not know what they are doing. He makes you pay a deposit through "friends and family" on Paypal, so there are no taxes to be paid, and no way of disputing it in case they don't show up to your event. We hired a "catering" staff for our wedding that lacked basic serving skills-- they didn't know which direction to pour water from a pitcher, change chafing dishes, or bus tables. They were supposed to come early to set up and get oriented, but they came 15 minutes after the wedding started and left 15 minutes early, even though we paid for that time. Half the staff stood around the kitchen while members of my wedding party started serving other guests. This was completely unprofessional. I sent a message about how unacceptable this was, and I got a canned reply for "$50 off your next booking." Are you kidding me?? THERE WILL BE NO "NEXT BOOKING." read more

He sent me some pictures of what Evie would look like, and I thought for the price quoted and 2 hours of entertainment (face painting, balloon making, dance party, and games) sounded like a great deal. They were awesome! My son had never had a character at a party for him before and this company set a great precedent! I had read the reviews and read all the negative ones, but still took a leap out (backed with many many prayers), and i am glad i did. First off my son birthday happen to be on the hottest most humid day of the summer, and Michael and his crea came out ready to go! Dressed in a baymax costume taking pictures with the kids, blowing up balloon animals, and doing face painting that was just some body drawing stick figures and calling it face painting. They took their time, paid attention to detail and my son had a blast! He ESPECIALLY loved that Baymax gave him a present before he left (though we had to explain who the flash was lol) he loved every moment of his party. And in the end that is ALL that mattered. My son had a great Hero 6 birthday, for his sixth birthday and he will remember it forever. I NEVER take the time to write a review but felt compelled after having such a great experience this past Saturday at my daughters' birthday party. I booked Moana for 2 hours and selected her by a series of photos I had received a few months back. I can't explain how incredibly happy I was with my selection! She was beautiful, wonderful with both of my daughters and their friends and just played the character very well. Big Flop Do Not hire them You will be sorry On April 5, 2012 I asked if he had any Nightmare Before Christmas music for the games. He said I had an mp3 with the music since he was providing Jack and Sally for the costume Party. I said you know there is no electricity at the shelter since it was at a park. He said don't worry it battery operated. I said there will be 40 kids and I hope the character are full of energy and in character mode. This is txting. He then says I am getting bad negative vibes. I am going to send your deposit of 50 dollars. He was canceling. I said we are txting and do not know the tone of my voice and how you are getting bad vibes. He decided to come and not cancel. I have thetxt if anyone wants it. The company pulled into the parking lot at 2:30. This was the time the show should have started. In the contract it was stated they stated they will be there 15 minutes ahead of time to set-up. They started 30 minutes late. I didn't know the owner was there , he never introduced himself. The owner, Michael stood around and was setting up the magic show. I told him there isn't enough room and needs to put it out further which would be in the sun. Michael stated to me he doesn't want to be in the on due he doesn't like the sun. Michael went over to the teenagers (who were my guest) at the party to apply for a job with his company. INAPPROPRIATE They were not organized at the party with the games, the characters and the assistants couldn't organize the games correctly in any fashion or the children, they weren't sure on the games to do and nothing ran smoothly, the jokes in the magician show were kind of racist (baby pictures with Michael Jackson and Justin Bieber), the characters and to top off things about the one and half hour show- the owner, his son who between the age of 10 and 12, and the two characters were helping themselves to the dessert bar without asking or giving an invitation to eat anything. His son has the hardest working person from the whole company. The owner especially kept helping himself. This was a big waste of money and I will not hire them again. No one was impressed. I was ripped off on price for what they did in our contract. His son was the only good person there making the balloons. He deleted my review off the giga salad, I had repost in two more times for it to stay there and wrote to me sarcastically thank you for the great review and God bless you! My partner found this company for a birthday party. I wouldn't hire them again. To be fair, their price is very cheap. Beware, this is a case of you get what you pay for. The kids at our party were young and in general probably didn't care. But trust me, the adults at my party including myself could tell the girls this company hired are definitely not professional. In particular, the balloon twister girl was bad. Almost all the boys got swords and almost all the girls got flowers. I looked around and I think there were a total of about five different balloon shapes(mostly sword, hat, and flowers made up 95% of the balloons floating around). I heard several of my guests comment that this is the worst balloon twister they have seen. I would absolutely agree. That was embarrassing. The balloon twister girl gave the kids two choices in balloons to make. I watched and listened to her. When a boy would come up to her, she would say "do you want a sword or a hat." When it was a girls turn, she asked "do you want a flower or a hat." I noticed a review by Yimo L. on 8/27/17 say something consistent with the lack of options "I will be more happier if they had more options in face painting and balloon making." Again, if you are on a budget and don't care what the adults at the party will think of the quality of the balloon twister, you will probably be content as long as you are not expecting much at all. Just set your expectation very low and you probably won't be disappointed. You could argue as long as the kids are happy, who cares, and you would be right. For very very young kids, they won't care or know any better. The older kids will know better. If you will be having friends/family to the party who are critical people and like to give their opinion, you are guaranteed to get a mouth full of how disappointing the balloon twisting is. read more

Completely recommend this company 100%! This company has amazing workers, who really know what they are doing in multiple areas of work. When it comes to dj'ing, princesses, princes, marvel characters, bar tending, servers, they know what they're doing. I had Michaels company come for a party that I had my work set up, I requested 3 princesses for my coworkers birthday, they painted faces and made balloon animals. Even though we're all adults we still all felt like kids again and had a great time. I also used Michaels company for my sisters sweet sixteen, I requested 4 servers, Michael himself as the dj, and a bartender. The party was seriously popping! Everyone had a great time no disappointment whatsoever with any of the guests. Good music was playing, servers were on it on serving guests left and right. I even had guests ask me what company I used because they were so pleased. ALSO Michael's company is also extremely caring when providing awareness on illnesses. I attended a pediatric cancer awareness fundraiser where there were 5 princesses. They were all so beautiful and friendly! So professional! watching all the children's faces who attended the event light up was the highlight of the day! Hired this company for my nieces 3 and 6 birthday party. We hired Ariel Mermaid (Sam was the person sent to be Ariel) and an assistant to provide 2 hours of entertainment which would include games, face painting, and balloons. From the beginning the two girls entered the party they had no social skills, non engaging with the children, non talkative, very unprofessional, and when the girls decided it was time for games it was the most awkwardness experience. Ariel was waiting for the children to get in a circle speaking monotone and did not seem in a good mood. If you know anything about teaching or children you would know children need a leader to be assertive, outgoing, and personable specially if you are trying to get them to participate in a group and have a greater outcome. I was offered $50 off. Clearly the owner has no business knowledge money was not an issue it was poor unprofessional services offer that was an issue. What hurts me the most is that my nieces adores Ariel and truly looked forward to their birthday. When my 6th year old niece ran to Ariel when she saw her coming Ariel was standoffish and you could tell my niece was not as happy after that with Ariel. Do not waste time with this company hire someone who truly knows how to provide high quality entertainment. I recently used this company for a bubble guppies themed party, the costume I wanted wasn't available but I was informed that they could get it but it would cost more and children don't really care for mascot costumes so we went with a guy dressed as the character we wanted. Communication was great and it was a plus that she explained to me the differences and what not of the mascot costume vs costume. The character arrived right on time, the consume wasn't exactly what I thought it would be and looked homemade, he was a bit unorganized but you could tell he was extremely nervous all in all he did an amazing job!
