First of all it doesn't matter where the reception took place ( family's house) . My wife was not happy with the set up. You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night). You also came unprepared and took/lost some pliers that my uncle let you borrow. You could have made this better but decided to give us bad customer service. Trust me man I am not someone that complains but it was my wedding , one in a life time event .
