Incredibly upset and disappointed with this company. I was in communication with their representative several months prior to my baby shower. I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price. read more

He'd make balloon animals or bracelets or hats coordinated to peoples outfits and proactively give them out if there was a lull in the kids wanting balloons. Super easy to deal with. I needed some sort of entertainment for my kids birthday at her Daycare . I only needed 30 minuets because that is the window where the kids play outside and wait for there parents to pick them up.
