I've worked with The Balloon Guy about four times now and they've nailed it every single time! I started with them when looking to perfect a birthday party and ended up pitching them to my corporate events fields after their consistency! From the beginning they were incredibly professional. The first call that initiated my continued business with them went smoothly and they were upfront with estimates and- through my doubts- the team calmed them by giving me some beautiful digital renditions of what the job could look like when done! I was looking for some balloon arches all 4 times to give my guests some visual excitement and I ended up adding some balloon bouquets and garlands to fill in spots where the venue felt bland. My expectations were blasted out of the water! The balloon bouquets looked so much better than the digital renditions I was given and without fail everyone kept taking photos and loved the balloon arches! The Balloon Guy's phone assistant the third time around gave a wonderful idea about using balloon garlands around a blank wall/background to use as a photo-op. Incredible outcome!! Incredibly upset and disappointed with this company. I was in communication with their representative several months prior to my baby shower. I was back and forth between an 18ft ballon garland and a 21ft balloon garland. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price. read more

Super easy to deal with. I needed some sort of entertainment for my kids birthday at her Daycare . I only needed 30 minuets because that is the window where the kids play outside and wait for there parents to pick them up. Long story short all the other entertainers quoted me 2 hour minimums And or didn't want to even respond to my emails. Balloon guy responded to my message quickly and was willing to work with me.
