With that being said, this guy doesn't have enough reviews and he deserves all the rave!! I hired Don to make balloons for my son's 2nd birthday party. He was on time (actually earlier than he quoted, but if you're not 10 mins early, your already 5 minutes late in my book ) set up was quick and he quickly went into entertaining the Lil ones with his twisted creations.
