We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. The wedding went even better than I could have imagined and I can say without a doubt that it would not have gone so perfectly without Sandra and Paola with Say I Do to Details. I will 100% contact them to help plan any party I have in the future. Choose them for your planning team- you won't regret it!

Thanks to Sandra and her team for helping my sister have her perfect day!

How can I possibly put into words how incredible it was to work with Marni?…read more Marni was our wedding planner for our July 2026 wedding, and she was an absolute godsend. Operationally, she kept every ball in the air without ever seeming stressed. Her vendor recommendations alone were worth their weight in gold. Every partner she suggested was excellent, clearly vetted, and a great fit for what we wanted, and her relationships with them often meant preferred rates we never would have gotten on our own. She essentially paid for herself. And when we hit decision fatigue (which happens more than you'd think), she knew exactly how to help us cut through it. We genuinely looked forward to our calls with her, and her follow-up meant nothing ever got lost in the shuffle. Planning a wedding with her felt less like a job and more like working with a friend who happens to be scarily organized. On the day itself, she was a rockstar. The entire day went off without a hitch, and I know that's because she was quietly solving problems and keeping every vendor on schedule so we never had to think about any of it. We just got to enjoy our wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Marni and her team. 6/5 stars.

Unfortunately, I was not able to have the Forever & Always Wedding that I dreamed of. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." Thank you.

Jenny absolutely nailed the planning and execution of our wedding day!! We are forever thankful…read morethat we chose her to be our wedding planner, and people are still telling us how amazing our wedding was! We started planning in late 2019 for an October 2020 wedding, but we all know how that story ended. Our wedding date was changed to October 2021, but Jenny maintained contact with us and continued planning throughout the pandemic. She worked tirelessly to make sure every single detail was perfect and exactly as we wanted it to be. She also offered her own personal, creative touches, many of which we used in our wedding design. Jenny was there for us at every venue tour and every vendor meeting to support and guide us through the complex and sometimes overwhelming process of planning a modern wedding. She even sent a beautiful gift to our house on our originally planned wedding date to cheer us up! Her hard work and support didn't end on the day of our wedding, as she and her team made sure our wedding was as special and as memorable as possible. We wanted a team that could help keep us organized, communicate with our vendors, help build and manage the day-of timeline, and make sure all of the tiny details were accounted for leading up to the wedding. Most importantly, we wanted to actually ENJOY our wedding day. We wanted to dance, drink, eat, laugh, and party with our favorite people without worrying about which family member was supposed to walk down the aisle next or who was giving a speech after dinner. Allie and her team did ALL of that and then some. Allie made herself available for questions, recommendations, and guidance well before our official month-of coordination even began. She stayed on top of communication with us and our vendors, kept us on track with planning and booking, thought of details I never would have even considered, and somehow made the entire wedding planning process feel SO much easier. Allie brought so much life and fun to the entire process. She is an absolute joy to have around, does not take herself too seriously, and somehow manages to keep things organized while still making everything feel exciting and fun. That was such a breath of fresh air during a process that can very easily become overwhelming. The Morning Concierge service deserves its own shoutout because it was AMAZING. Angelynn joined us that morning and immediately became the person who somehow had an eye on everything. She brought breakfast, kept me hydrated, steamed all of the dresses, kept hair and makeup moving according to schedule, made sure the groomsmen were ready on time, and basically made sure the entire morning stayed on track without it ever feeling stressful. Having someone there whose entire job was to take care of the little things and keep us moving was SUCH a luxury. I could actually sit back, enjoy getting ready with my girls, and soak in the morning instead of constantly looking at the clock wondering what needed to happen next. When our wedding day finally arrived, we were able to completely let go and enjoy it. We did not have to worry about timelines, vendors, family, setup, speeches, or any of the million tiny things happening behind the scenes because we knew Allie and her team had it handled. And they DID. We genuinely loved every decision we made and every vendor we booked, but hiring Pop the Champagne was, without a doubt, one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They allowed us to be fully present for the day we had spent so much time planning, and our wedding would not have been nearly as amazing without them. If you are debating whether you need a coordinator, DO IT. And if you are trying to decide who to hire, hire Pop the Champagne. Your future wedding-day self will thank you!
