Jackie was super easy to work with! Found her on Yelp and contacted her via email. After checking out her Instagram, I became slightly obsessed with her work! We moved the conversation to text and the communication was pretty quick. I hired her for a dessert table for my 2-year-old's Pocoyo themed party. Pocoyo decorations are HARD to find, but she made it work. I sent her photos and a Pinterest board as inspiration. She printed out a special backdrop and added handmade items to my cake pops, cupcakes, caramel apples and cake. Available flavors include chocolate, vanilla and funfetti. Payment was simple and via Venmo -- I live in Northern CA and was throwing a party in Southern CA, so I appreciated doing all this digitally. I also appreciated her attention to detail when setting up my dessert table. She wanted to make sure it looked perfect before leaving. We also had a slight snag -- my well intentioned but clumsy aunt accidentally broke the top of one of Jackie's glass jars while we were cleaning up after the party. I let Jackie know, and she was totally understanding and reasonable about the cost to cover the damaged item. I look forward to bookie Jackie again soon for my next Southern CA event! read more

Jackie was incredible to work with!! I kept going back and forth on what I wanted for my baby shower and she was extremely patient with me going over fabric choices and decorations. Jackie is very talented !! . . . I normally decorate my own dessert/candy tables minus the cake and desserts I buy them. I have become extremely busy and found Jackie on IG, I told her my vintage theme for my little sis baby shower and she had it all. She is a one stop party planner. I did not have to get all my party rentals from different places she and her hubby provided it all. What you see in the pictures I have attached where all by Jackie except the heaters but I am sure she has those too. The desserts taste amazing and the cake was the BEST I have ever had, not dry, very flavorful. Lastly her prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for someone to do your candy station (or any event planning), Jackie is your person ! She did our candy station for my son's class graduation party and it was EXCELLENT !!! She pays attention to detail and her customer service is above and beyond. My event was at 6:30 PM (hot day) and she set the station between 5:00 PM -5:30 PM so my chocolates would not melt (so sweet). Unreliable, bad communication and inconsiderate. She will leave you hanging till the last minute for a more profitable event even with deposit made. I want to start by saying that I booked with a $100 deposit 4 month ahead of my event to make sure I didn't have any issues with double bookings or any other discrepancy. Well, she received my money and she was very fast and responsive for that. A week before my event (baby shower of my first son) I decided to confirm with her (Sunday) to make sure everything was in order and she was preparing for my baby shower and of course no reply. My friend had to call her and got a hold of her. Jaquie then had to call me back (Monday) by saying that she had a 15 the exactly same day and same time and that she was planning to decorate a day before the event (Friday since event was on Saturday) because she assumed it was at a house (by the way, she was told it was at a venue and we even paid for her to drive since it was far from her location). Then she said she would call me back to confirm if she could arrange something with the other event. She didn't call back, we had to follow up with her by the next day (Tuesday) and she never replied. We had to then figure out our own decorations last minute with only 4 days to come up with a nice event. I can tell she either forgot about my event or she didn't care since a 15 had also booked her and she wasn't considerate to give me enough time to hire someone else. Don't go to her, She will leave you hanging by grabbing bigger events and not caring about her clients. read more

I was looking for a candy table for my sister in laws baby shower and I was told to go see Jackie. Let me just start off by saying that I wish I would have known about her for my wedding! She offered the exact same products and quality of work for so much less. It was easy to communicate what our vision was and she just wrote it all down and made it happen.
