I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company! I reached out after reading other yelp reviews (and seeing one from a friend!) I had honestly never used this type of balloon service before so I didn't know what to expect (I've done large displays at corporate events and picked up bouquets from party stores) but from start to finish everything was better than I could have asked for! Communication was really easy; he understood I was trying to surprise my daughter and so we mostly communicated over text. The pricing was very reasonable for the full services provided. I was emailed an invoice which felt very professional. He was clear about what I would be getting for the amount I paid and I appreciated that, especially as someone doing this for the first time. I ordered balloons to fill our front yard for a drive through birthday celebration for my daughters 5th birthday. We were trying to respect social distancing guidelines but I still wanted it to feel special and festive and the balloons absolutely did that! Everyone who came by commented on how beautiful the balloons were and I couldn't have agreed more! He did gorgeous organic garlands along our railings. And even made snowflakes to match the frozen theme! One of the really special added bonuses was that he took the time to set up early, and make sure the balloons wouldn't pop in the sun. Now the weather is absolutely not something within anyone's control, but the fact that he was willing to work so hard to ensure the finished product lasted on a hot and very windy day was very much appreciated! I was so surprised that on the day of, he even took the time to set up small ballon bouquets on the street corners leading up to our house so that guests would know they were heading in the right direction. This was such a wonderful touch! At the end of the day; he even came back and cleaned everything up! Which after a long hot day was so very much appreciated that I didn't have to go out and pop and clean up the hundreds of balloons. Overall this was an amazing experience from start to finish and I will absolutely be using his services again!

Michael was great to work with. We hired him last minute for our son's first birthday and he was so accommodating and involved from the get-go. While we couldn't achieve exactly the inspiration I originally asked for, what he did suited the party perfectly. The balloon garlands we ordered added a flare of fun and everyone loved the extra special touch. Communication and creativity were on point and Michael came by the very next day to pop the balloons, clean up all debris and collect the stands. This was great because the party was at my sister-in-laws house in Whittier and it was like nothing ever happened! This is exactly what you want when you are hosting a party at someone's house. I can't leave a review without mentioning the great price Michael quoted me right off the bat. He definitely beat out the competition when it came to price. We couldn't be happier!
