I ordered a bouquet of Bluey balloons for my daughter's birthday a few days before our party and Josie was SO accommodating and easy to work with. Not only did they deliver the bouquet to our home but they upgraded us for free! The balloons were a big hit and we will definitely be working with them again for all our future balloon needs!
Our PTA needed a good vendor to celebrate our first day back to school. Josie was patient, flexible and offered us more pricing options than any other vendor we reached out to. Her packages and designs were really helpful and true to the final product. There were so many happy smiles and lots of photos taken. We're so glad we chose Long Beach Balloons & More, they made kicking off the school year fun and memorable. If you need help with balloons, call Josie! She was great to work with.
Long Beach Balloons & More saved the day when I was in a pinch for balloons last minute. And not just any balloons, donut shaped balloons!! The owner was quick to communicate, helpful, and went the extra mile to search through her inventory for donut balloons. I'll order from them again for sure!!

I was looking for a quick gift for my homie. There's not many ballon spots in the area except for this spot I found on Yelp. I contacted the person, Josie, and by within 2-3 hours I was able to pick up my lettered balloons. Balloons: I asked her for lettered balloons and she told me she usually have two sizes but had them available for one at the moment. I had the choice of air or helium. Customer Service: Excellent! She was responsive and friendly. Tips: *Asked for specifics, type, color, air, and when to pick up *There is no brick and mortar so location on Yelp is not accurate (understandable so call ahead of time if you pick up)
This review is for a 10x12 balloon arch! We had to do this last minute for my job and Josie was SOOOOOO helpful. Quick to respond. Great communication. Texted me when they were building the arch and the result. They did it at 5:30AM! Will definitely call them again!
What a disappointment, we discussed and agreed I would get an organic balloon arch like the photo with the AW on the gold arch. I was sadden to see I got something that look unprofessional and nothing like the image sent. We had 4-5 discussion before I made full payment and she assured me she could replicate my request each time. the day of, she tells me she couldn't give me what I asked for due to intellectual property. Such BS, I would never hire or recommend them. If I could dispute the charges I would. I paid for a particular look and got nothing like what I asked for. Regardless of the owners response they should have been clear about the final look. Furthermore, I never asked for a discount, that was the owner's decision. Very unprofessional. I'm the one that hired and paid the company, others opinions are irrelevant. The balloons she provided were horrible. If you want something basic, she may work. If you're looking for an elegant or elaborate design stay away... very far away from Josie and this ballon company. Intellectual property is a cope out, bogus and ridiculous. The image is not trademarked, your company doesn't have a logo or signature attached to my balloons and NO ONE WOULD KNOW YOU PROVIDED THE BALLOONS or DID THE BALLOON DESIGN. You should be ashamed of doing business like this! Very deceptive company, they will agree and say anything to secure your payment prior to an event
Josie is the absolute best! She was super responsive and we chatted through my ideas and delivered above and beyond. She paid extreme attention to detail and helped us surprise the mama to be! Definitely recommend her if you need any sparkle to your virtual parties.
Used Balloons and More to order tables, chairs, balloons and tablecloths for my daughter's birthday. They were very easy to place an order with and responsive too. Everything was very clean, prices were good and delivery was on time. All very easy. I look forward to using them for future parties! Thank you!
Used service for grad party. Got quick quote, and reasonable price. Balloon towers with gold and white chrome balloons were lovely and large. Josie waited for us to arrive at banquet before placing towers in the room. She even helped us set up our table displays. That was beyond good service. She arrived on time to take the towers down. She never complained though we changed the dismantling time, two to three times prior to the event. Highly recommend this company. Very professional and friendly.
Everything about the customer service was the best part. I needed balloons for a last minute marina view brunch party before 11am on yesterday, Saturday, Aug.17,2019. I contacted Long Beach Balloons the night before, maybe about 9pm not expecting any response until morning. I emailed the place using email provided and yelped them hoping someone would respond. If you are a party planner type, it can be overwhelming trying to bring your vision to life with all the last minute changes in details and a complete change in location. OMG! I was beyond overwhelmed. It was for my sister's birthday. The original plans changed so my sister said, "Forget it, we don't have to celebrate my birthday this year!" Well that was not an option for me. I came up with another plan, marina view rooftop brunch. No reservations, Saturday's are usually busy, no specifics, just planning off "hope." Ding! Notification? Yes! I got a response from Long Beach Balloons. Josie responded to both inquiries via email & yelp the same night. I explained and screenshot what I was looking for, the color scheme and design. I didn't know the difference between columns or helium stacked, I just wanted a certain look with balloons. Josie explained the difference. I contacted her again early that morning of the 17th. I asked about business hours, the earliest time to pick up the balloons. She stated that they open at 7am (which I thought was great because I have a 11am deadline). Oh fyi, the restaurant is first come, first served seating, they do not allow you to reserve tables. The event coordinator said come in early to get your table because Saturdays are the busiest. I'm like ok but I had to pick up the birthday cake across town at 8am. I decided to pick up the cake first then drive after to Long Beach Balloons since the brunch was located in the Long Beach area. On yelp there was no address listed. I contacted Josie for the place of business. She said that I had to place order first. She emailed me the invoice. Of course, right? My brain was not functioning properly that morning. I paid the invoice~ $40, made arrangements to meet up to see if balloons could fit in my car otherwise they could have been delivered for a $50 fee. Oh! I forgot to tell you, I ordered 16 of the shiny chrome balloons in gold and green to match the cake. They were pretty! We met up at a privately owned location and the balloons did fit in my car. Josie made it happen, she even added a few extra small ones at the bottom. I asked to buy a tablecover, any extra detail to create a festive look. She had no linen for purchase, rentals only. She did not have the colors I wanted. So I opted for a white linen tablecover then she told me all the white linen had been rented out for other events. I'm like darn it! So she referred me to Stephanie's a party decor shop near by. I immediately head over there after thanking Josie for her time and my balloons. At Stephanie's, Joselin helped me pick out the perfect tablecover satin gold with a sequins green runner to match balloons. I am so glad that Long Beach Balloons/Josie was available and her quick response to meet my needs. An A++ in customer service, I definitely recommend. My sister was surprised. She loved all of it! Thanks Josie for your help.
Much more than what I expected. I 100% recommend Long Beach Balloons & More. They were such a pleasure to work it and brought my vision to life. I found them through a google search when I was trying to find a company to help me deliver balloons to my godson for his birthday (who lives in Long Beach) and I'm glad I did. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area but was able to make the order over the phone. They were super patient with my inability to decide what exactly I wanted and provided suggestions. They helped me surprise my godson and he loved the balloons! Those who live in Long Beach, don't think twice about contacting them. Just by looking at the images, you can tell they do beautiful work and have an eye for combining colors and patterns. I wish they were in my area to help me with all my parties or simply to surprise loved ones on their birthdays or special celebrations. Now that I know about them, I will continue to use their services moving forward for future celebrations near their proximity. For those that are near, take advantage of the gem you have.

Long Beach Balloons, owned by Ms. Josie is very convenient for last min. balloon needs. This was my situation, found Josie on Yelp and contacted her for some latex and foil balloons. This was not at a storefront which kind of threw me off and I passed it up and had to circle back but Josie definitely hooked me up. I got professional service that was curbside. The balloons were appreciated by the recipient and that's all I wanted! I will say the foil balloons could have had a little more helium because they weren't fully inflated- maybe it can be attributed to the heat, but I had the AC on... so idk. Other than that, I appreciate Josie and how seamless the process was from placing the order to being brought my order (curbside). If you need balloons or some arrangement needs contact Josie, she'll definitely customize your needs! read more

If I could give 100 stars I would. The staff and the owner Josie went above and beyond. I have seen a lot a balloon arrangements in my life but this was the most fun, and the most beautiful collection of balloons yet. Not only were the balloons perfect, but Josie and the staff went out of their way to make it soo special and beautiful. LB Balloons & More was a great experience! I was trying to find something to brighten my nephews birthday during Coronavirus (while being states away) and this was it!! Josie was extremely easy to work with and brought my vision to life. LBB&M has a great variety/selection of balloons. I asked for different shades of yellow for my balloon bouquet and the finished product exceeded my expectations. Thank you Josie for arranging such a fun bouquet!!! The most impressive service and piñata ever! I ordered a custom piñata on Wednesday for a Saturday birthday and they had it ready by Friday. They also delivered it to my home and as a surprise included candy to fill it, a rope, blindfold and stick as well as extra specialty candy as a gift . The piñata it self was about 4ft tall, so beautiful you didn't want to hit it and made my daughters birthday the perfect day! Thank you so much! read more
