Juballoons did a spectabular job at mom's birthday/memorial viewing and funeral. I cannot thank Juby and her team enough for the time and effort that they have put into setting up the balloon stands and decorating the stands exactly as I wanted it. JuBalloons are awesome to work with from inquiries, quotes and set up. Juby and her crew are professionals. After inquiring, Juby called and we discussed what I wanted, colors of balloons, backdrop and sign. She sent me pictures and videos of her previous work that aligned with what I wanted for my event. After the call, she sent the quote within 24 hrs. Due to weather restrictions, I requested to change from outdoor set-up to an indoor one. She asked for photos of new location to make sure there is enough space. On the day of the event, they showed up on time. Again, they are very easy to work with. We were planning for our son's 21st birthday party and realized four days before that I've forgotten about decorations. This led me to requesting for availabilities and quotes via YELP. Juby from JuBalloons was the only company who sent their quotes with confirmed available for delivery. Several responded with messages, too, but it lacked efficiency. Whereas Juby's company laid our messages with varying styles and prices. There were no second guessing as to what they were offering in what styles or the prices. She even delivered with a nominal fee which helped me out greatly. I highly recommend their professionalism and expedient services with reasonably priced balloon decors that can be CUSTOMIZED with the celebrants name and theme. read more

I heard of JuBalloons from a good friend because I saw her post on IG for her daughter's birthday. So, I've decided to do the same for our daughter. However, because of busy work life I totally forgot about it. I only had 2 days before our daughter's birthday when I ordered it to Juby. To my surprise not only she took a very late order from us she also did an outstanding job in our order. She's very accommodating on what we wanted and she made our daughter's balloons on time. We were impressed and very happy with it. She's true to her promise, our daughter's balloon is still up and inflated in our living room and it's been 3 weeks. We highly recommend her balloons and services to anyone. This is not her FT job btw this is her hobby job which makes it even more special and amazing. First I love her creativity! You just tell her the event and she comes up with something so nice and elegant! Second is the quality of her balloons! Ive had 2 baby shower and was able to use it with almost a month interval. And i am convince that it will last for another month and my baby will get to have a picture with those balloons! The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.

Jube and her team are worth every cent. I hired her from Chicago for an event I was planning in December in Long Beach. I gave her ideas I had found on social media of what i wanted and how I wanted the venue to look and she more than nailed it.
