Not open during normal hours with no sign or explanation, did not answer the phone when I called to see if maybe they would be in later.

I HATE to write this review! Sadly, work with Party Evolution didn't pan out though I tried so hard. I called them and got a verbal quote from Alex and he said to contact them via instagram and show him which one I wanted which I did right away. All I needed was a backdrop for my son's prom. After messaging several times, and calling again, I just got shoddy or no responses at all so I went with another company. Then, the night before the event I received a text asking where did I want the backdrop. I had no official quote and hadn't spoken with anybody about a location. I get that maybe they were busy but telling me that would have been fine. I still wish them the best and that's why I wrote this review - for improvement. read more

That burst balloon was NOT in your store, I paid for it and had to come back just for you and the girl there to tell me I can't get refunded and had to pay for a new one! Too expensive! I felt like I got ripe off but it was too late the balloons were air already and felt obligated to take them.

First visit here and will not be returning. I saw a review similar to this and called in advance to see if they were going to be open. The girl that answered said they would be open even though I asked if they would be closed at any particular time. I was one of 8 customers that came. Super unfortunate that they do not open the time they said, waiting around for them to open just to get my son's order that had me failing behind with my schedule. I asked in advance what time they open and if my order would be set and ready when I came for pick up and unfortunately it's not the service I got. Called the store a million times, waiting around for opener. Half an hour of waiting and still here am waiting for opener to come with my order !! Never again with this store waiting around is ridiculous I was better off at a Compton party store. Only getting a 1 star to leave a review but truly deserves a zero! I sent my mom here today to fill up balloons for my sons bday. She drove all the way from corona down here because I live nearby and once they were filling the balloons she asked if she could use the restroom and the employee said to hold on because they were cleaning it. After she paid and asked to use it again he said "the boss said no due to COVID" I think it's very unfortunate they will take your money first and the. Use COVID as an excuse not to let customers use their restroom. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone, they are shady and will take your money as a customer and forget all about COVID when it benefits their business. read more

Had Party Evolution to do up a few balloons for me. It was for my cousins 50th bday extravaganza. Carmen was a big help. I ordered 3 gigantic balloons that were in the shape of hot air balloons with gold glitter inside and white netting covering the balloon it looked elegant for the vibe at the celebration. Here's the downfall: the balloons didn't quite stay up long enough. How disappointing. Not sure if the glitter inside the balloon was too much or the netting was too heavy?? But it was definitely annoying as the balloons were for the dessert table. These balloons weren't cheap so, I was definitely let down. Would I use Party Evolution again? Yes but I'll be more cautious about the design. Again, Carmen was a big help and a delivery service would help a great deal. read more

Stopped by this party supply to get helium on balloons I had previously purchased online. When I asked for the pricing I was a little shocked on the cost, ($1.50 for regular balloons and $7 for 40" numbers) and the young man helping me out said that helium is expensive. Unfortunately, I was already running late and they were on the way so I just decided to get them inflated. The most unfortunate thing about this is that only a couple hours later the balloons were on the floor or near the floor. For the amount I paid I hoped they at least lasted more time than what they did. To end with some positivity they do seem to have a variety of items for parties and the young man that helped me out was friendly. read more

Went in on Mother's Day looking for Elmo balloons for my sons bday. They didn't have much options to choose from, but I was able to find a couple of Elmo heads and a happy birthday balloon with Elmo and Cookie Monster on it. I also bout 6 red and 3 yellow balloons. Small store walking distance from my home so I said let's give it a try. Went in weeks prior to a surprise birthday party placed a small order of balloons and asked for a delivery service. They charge $3 dollars a mile, event was about 7 miles so I said perfect!! I even took my own Helium balloons that they could fill up and deliver at the same time.... Day of delivery I asked can we have it by noon? Management said not possible we are at another event, so I said just have them delivered before 3pm. Reminder, birthday surprise party is scheduled for 4pm. 2:30pm I received my helium balloons, half a dozen of plain balloons but my gold HAPPY BIRTHDAY BRIAN! was not air filled, the name Brian was an ugly yellow color not a gold oh and wait I was missing an A. How do you spell Brian without an A?? I tried calling the store multiple times when I finally spoke to someone all he could do was apologize with no explanation. First time in Party Evolution, they have a lot of balloon selections which is really great. Everything went great, the lady who worked the register help me and was really nice. The only complaint I have is the price for helium. Other places I have been to include helium in the price. For instance, the place I go for balloons charges $9.99 for the big letter balloons including helium. Party Evolution adds a separate charge for helium. so the total was more per balloon I needed them with helium. read more
