After inquiring, Juby called and we discussed what I wanted, colors of balloons, backdrop and sign. She sent me pictures and videos of her previous work that aligned with what I wanted for my event. After the call, she sent the quote within 24 hrs. Due to weather restrictions, I requested to change from outdoor set-up to an indoor one. She asked for photos of new location to make sure there is enough space. On the day of the event, they showed up on time. Again, they are very easy to work with. I look forward to using their services again for future events/parties.

Weeks went by I forgot. And she called asking me for payment. Spoke to her personally gave her my credit card number and I assumed it was taken care of. Fast forward over a month and a half later she messages me asking for payment. The balloons were for a school event and she mentioned involving the school since I still have not paid... immediately call her to remind her that I did pay her over a month and a half ago. She is unsure about anything going on and mentions she has to talk to her staff. Do not recommend doing business with her.

On the day of the party, we were only allowed 30 mins to set up. They were well prepared and ready. They came early, set up in less than 20 mins. The set up was great and the balloon decorations was exactly what I had originally approved. The balloon display was fuller than I had expected! Definitely a great experience working with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a balloon display.

The convenience factor was a big plus--the store is easy to get in and out of, and when I stopped by around 3:45 PM, it wasn't too busy. I was amazed by the selection! Wall after wall of mylar balloons, plus middle aisles packed with latex options in every color imaginable--from metallic to neon and everything in between. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and although I couldn't find the exact sports balloons I wanted, it wasn't hard to pick a solid second choice. Now, for the not-so-fun part: latex balloons must be purchased in bulk, and helium prices are a bit steep--$2.75 per latex balloon and $4.00 for mylar (not including the balloons themselves). I figured, why not splurge a little for my work bestie's celebration? But imagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning to find all my latex balloons deflated. Turns out, helium in latex balloons only lasts 6-8 hours--something I wish the sales rep had mentioned. So, let me spare you the disappointment: if you need balloons to last until the next day, go with mylar! Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I plan to return--but only for mylar balloons, which I'll fill with helium somewhere a little more budget-friendly. After I had sent an inquiry email, I got an email back that said their email address couldn't be found or is unable to receive mail. As an attempt to get in communication with the company to get a quote after hours I used the "book now" feature on their website. The book now feature did work. The employer contacted me via text the following day. After I told them I was still collecting quotes and will contact them back if I decide to book with them. The company replied "Please don't reserve again online bc that costs me $ everytime". I explained to the company why I used the book now feature on their website since their email was not working, the company responded "Thanks for pointing out the obvious lol there's no reason to be rude tho ". As a potential customer just looking for a quote, I felt like this company owner demonstrated unprofessionalism in her texting customers using "$" and "LOL". The whole experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant. Please improve your customer service and communication with potential customers. Also please provide a workable email address for customers to request a quote without having to directly call as some customers prefer email communication instead of calling or texting.
