From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

We had an amazing experience with The Simple Luxe for our daughter's first birthday wildflower…read moretheme. Their designer, Lisa, truly brought our vision to life. We also wanted to include our late dog in the design, and she incorporated him so beautifully. Seeing the attention to detail in their previous work is what convinced us to move forward, and all of our guests were blown away by how everything turned out. Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

Weeks went by I forgot. And she called asking me for payment. Spoke to her personally gave her my credit card number and I assumed it was taken care of. The balloons were for a school event and she mentioned involving the school since I still have not paid... immediately call her to remind her that I did pay her over a month and a half ago. They quoted me a fair price, sent me a mock up and worked with me regarding colors and a design for the balloon decorations. We communicated through Instagram and they were very responsive. On the day of the party, we were only allowed 30 mins to set up. They were well prepared and ready. They came early, set up in less than 20 mins. The set up was great and the balloon decorations was exactly what I had originally approved. The balloon display was fuller than I had expected! Definitely a great experience working with this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a balloon display.

I've been passing by this balloon warehouse for a while, and with Party City no longer in business,…read moreI finally decided to stop in and grab some balloons for a friend. The convenience factor was a big plus--the store is easy to get in and out of, and when I stopped by around 3:45 PM, it wasn't too busy. I was amazed by the selection! Wall after wall of mylar balloons, plus middle aisles packed with latex options in every color imaginable--from metallic to neon and everything in between. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and although I couldn't find the exact sports balloons I wanted, it wasn't hard to pick a solid second choice. Now, for the not-so-fun part: latex balloons must be purchased in bulk, and helium prices are a bit steep--$2.75 per latex balloon and $4.00 for mylar (not including the balloons themselves). I figured, why not splurge a little for my work bestie's celebration? But imagine my surprise when I woke up the next morning to find all my latex balloons deflated. Turns out, helium in latex balloons only lasts 6-8 hours--something I wish the sales rep had mentioned. So, let me spare you the disappointment: if you need balloons to last until the next day, go with mylar! Overall, my experience was pleasant, and I plan to return--but only for mylar balloons, which I'll fill with helium somewhere a little more budget-friendly. Lesson learned: helium is fleeting, but a good balloon-buying strategy lasts forever!
