I was nervous about it being last minute but I agreed. I texted back to confirm what time on Sunday everything would be delivered. No response. I texted again on Saturday to confirm delivery. Again no response even though the messages were showing as "seen" Sunday morning I texted again, no response. I called twice, no one picked up and the voicemail was not active. I'm very disappointed that I'm being ignored and now the morning of my event I don't have any tables and chairs. This is no way to conduct a business.

The entire crocodile from tail to snout was rectangular. The legs were nubs. With the party being the following day, there were no other feasible options but to take it. I have seen their work before and knew that they were capable of recreating a much better version of what was given to me. I would have appreciated maybe an update halfway through or at their beginning stages a sketch clarification of what indeed was going to be produced so that I had the option of moving forward or not. Anyway, all to say this was a $60 order for a large. It was already small in my opinion, but I would have been ok with the size if there was a little more effort given to the overall shape of the piñata.
