She asked the only employee that was there if she can have help because she attempted to bring them out and and they started to go everywhere and tangling, the person replied that they had no one to help.. because the balloons where not done in a timely manner they arrived after our guest had started arriving at the event. Not done at the time promised and no help to get them out of the store and for what i paid.. smh!!! Worst customer service , and terrible self awareness in the product they are selling. Originally we discussed to have the delivery the day before event and pickup the day after. Lupe texted me on Friday night asking if they can drop the tables and chairs off that night. I agreed and made sure pickup day was still going to be the same. Lupe said yes. Then she texted me back again and asked if they could bring tables and chairs Sunday morning (the day of my event). I was nervous about it being last minute but I agreed. I texted back to confirm what time on Sunday everything would be delivered. No response. I texted again on Saturday to confirm delivery. Again no response even though the messages were showing as "seen" Sunday morning I texted again, no response. I called twice, no one picked up and the voicemail was not active. I'm very disappointed that I'm being ignored and now the morning of my event I don't have any tables and chairs. This is no way to conduct a business.

The entire crocodile from tail to snout was rectangular. The legs were nubs. With the party being the following day, there were no other feasible options but to take it. I have seen their work before and knew that they were capable of recreating a much better version of what was given to me. I would have appreciated maybe an update halfway through or at their beginning stages a sketch clarification of what indeed was going to be produced so that I had the option of moving forward or not. Anyway, all to say this was a $60 order for a large. It was already small in my opinion, but I would have been ok with the size if there was a little more effort given to the overall shape of the piñata.
