I'm walking out and it's deflating again I tell him and he says no it's good no more air. Clearly the balloon was damaged because why would it deflate. Despite having 4-5 staff members in the balloon area, no one stopped to assist with my order, and I only received help after voicing a concern. (This was after someone in the balloon area asked what I needed help with then redirected me to an order window)

The balloons were for a school event and she mentioned involving the school since I still have not paid... immediately call her to remind her that I did pay her over a month and a half ago. She is unsure about anything going on and mentions she has to talk to her staff. Do not recommend doing business with her.

As someone who's ordered balloons before, I can confidently say this was not properly done. Poor customer service, improperly inflated balloons, and I didn't get what I paid for. Definitely not worth the $78 for two dozen latex deflated balloons and two aluminum balloons with the $10 delivery. Maybe they're trying to cut cost by using less helium.
